Beautiful home in the oldest neighborhood of Rome. Outside garden area/patio was beautiful, very relaxing and where we spent most of our time. The host was very helpful in pointing out areas of attraction and responded very quickly to my email requests.Good location and value for money. Marcella was very lovely and welcomed us into with all kinds of information about the appt and the area. We felt safe in the area since there’s a police station nearby. The apt itself was very clean, spacious and had air conditioning (which was appreciated during an Italian heatwave). Would rent again!

Everything was perfect! Arturo is a wonderful host, great communication and so helpful. The apartment is in a lovely quiet walkable neighbourhood and has many good restaurants and cafe options. The apartment is clean, has a well equipped kitchen and more space than we needed. We loved the large outside terrace. We highly recommend.

Quiet oasis from busy Rome

Hosts were very helpful during check-in and with any questions we had. Lovely apartment in quiet neighborhood close to some restaurants and supermarkets. Loved the outdoor area where a mating pair of turtle doves had a nest in a tree and would visit when you were outside. Overall great stay with great hosts.

This property was perfect for a trip to Rome. Located in a quiet neighborhood; a great escape from the hustle and bustle of sight seeing around the city. Arturo was a great and friendly host! The apartment was just as described and Monteverde is a nice area of Rome away from the crowds but close enough to walk to Trastevere (if you can handle the steps/hill). Has everything you need, great for families. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great location in a residential area in Trastevere. Quiet and spacious with a beautiful garden. Arturo made us feel so at home, gave us great local recommendations when it rained and even drove us to the airport! The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had good communication with Arturo and this continued through out our stay. The apartment was nice and clean and in a great area. The bus, mini Market, pasticceria, restaurants and more close by.

I really cannot stress how wonderful our stay was, communication between Arturo and Marcella were outstanding and they were the consumate hosts. They really went out of the way to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed.The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly, we walked all over Monteverde and Tresteverde since they were next to each other. There are local grocery stores within walking distance, There are also restaurants scattered close by.The property sits right next to the major bus line routes. Getting to the City Center (which is downtown Rome) took no time at all. The streets are easy to navigate and Google maps has all the stops for the bus lines.Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely stsy there again if and when we come back.
