Very clean comfy and cozy. The house is located very close to Gunstock and the NH Bank Pavilion. The host was very accessible and accommodating. It was a great post Christmas get away with friends. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked for a long weekend with 3 families including kids. Each room is big enough for a pack and play. The house was clean and checkin process was a breeze. The host and house caretaker were very communicative. The kitchen is big enough to cook large meals and has all the pots and pans, though just be sure to bring all spices including salt and oil. The location is great; no more than a 15 minute drive to apple picking, farms, the beach, and hiking. We would definitely book again!

The property is awesome! The three levels of living were fantastic! Each family had their own floor and bathroom. The living room/Open kitchen had great space and room for everyone. Definitely will return with some friends to catch a show at the Meadow Brook!! The host was great and communication was fantastic

We came to Gilford for several days for a concert at the Bank New Hampshire Pavillion and extended family reunion in the area. This home was the perfect gathering spot for the six of us. It has a comfy kitchen and two family room areas filled with games and a pool table which came in handy on our one rainy morning. We also found it the perfect location, less than ten minutes from the concert venue, close to local hikes, the Winnipesaki waterfront and local restaurants in Laconia, Guilford, and Weirs Beach. The house itself is as pictured and the beds are super-comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Great Property! Lots of Bedrooms and Baths, along with the multi-floor layout made this a very comfortable place for our extended family stay. Pool table, games/puzzles, indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit make this a fun spot for everyone. Excellent communication with property manager and owner. Hope to come back!

4th of July Concert Fun!

What a beautiful home minutes away from Gunstock Mountain, Ellacoya State Park, and convenient access to the Bank of NH Pavillion. My cousins and spouses headed up to attend an Old Dominion concert and we’re looking for a getaway weekend. We could not have found a better spot. Carolyn was super communicative from check in to check out. We enjoyed a fun day at Weirs beach, a twilight tiki boat trip around the lake, followed by dinner at Dox in the pier. It was so nice to come back to the house after long days of fun and relax by the fire pit! Carolyn dropped off a bundle of wood and ensured our stay was memorable. The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Beautiful upstairs bedroom and 2 spacious bedrooms on main floor. Fun basement set up with 2 additional bedrooms and pool table. The kitchen living room area was perfect for our big group and plenty of space to spread out and relax. We also set up corn home boards in the upper deck and enjoyed being outside to enjoy the fresh lake air. Would recommend for anyone looking for ease of access to many of the amenities in the area. Carolyn is a great host and super nice! Thanks Carolyn!

Very accommodating

The owner and caretaker were very easy to contact with questions and they were super helpful with anything that came up! The house was even better than the pictures! They definitely did some updates from the last time they took pictures so it was even better than we expected!

Ski trip

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. We were 4 adults, 4 teens/tweens and 2 dogs. The kids enjoyed the basement space with the pool table and TV while the adults had their space upstairs. There was a nice yard in the back for the dogs to run around. We were met at the house by the caretaker who was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, spacious home, close to Gunstock

This is our second time staying at this home. It is spacious and great for a couple of families to share. The host and caretaker go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and happy. Extra little touches like chocolate on all the pillows when we arrived :) They respond immediately to any questions or requests. I highly recommend staying here for your next family getaway or ski trip!

Great property. Loved layout. Kitchen supplies could have been better- limited silverware, no foil or plastic wrap. Coffee pot needed cleaning. Lower level was a bit musty but improved when we turned air and fans on. Had to replace battery in thermostat.to get it to work.

Fathers Day Weekend

We stayed at this home for Father’s Day weekend/end of bike week. This house was a good distance from the strip but still a popular area so we could still hear bikes at all hours of the night going back to where they were staying. The house was clean and the owners were very easy to communicate with as well as the house manager. We would absolutely stay here again!
