Harbour-Side Appartement En Porthmadog avec une vue imprenable

Bel appartement au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec de belles vues de Snowdonia et l'estuaire de Glaslyn avec jardin adjacent au port. RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©. Le salon donne directement sur Porthmadog Harbour oĂč vous pouvez regarder les bateaux et de voir des vues magnifiques dans toutes les directions. La propriĂ©tĂ© est sur le chemin cĂŽtier Welsh. Il y a une place de parking numĂ©rotĂ© extĂ©rieur de l'appartement. Il est dans un endroit trĂšs calme, mais en mĂȘme temps proche de tout ce que vous pourriez avoir besoin! Il est Ă  distance de marche de la gare de vapeur Ffestiniog ainsi que de nombreux magasins, cafĂ©s, restaurants de la ville Porthmadog. Il est Ă©galement proche du joli village de Borth-y-Gest et les plages au-delĂ , y compris les sables Black Rock, qui sont tous trĂšs agrĂ©able pour les familles. Il y a 2 pubs Ă  quelques minutes de marche, Ă  la fois servir de la nourriture, et il y a Ă  proximitĂ© indiens, thaĂŻlandais et de nombreux autres restaurants Ă©galement Ă  distance de marche facile Ă  Porthmadog lui-mĂȘme. Il y a de superbes promenades Ă  proximitĂ© du parc national de Snowdonia.

Thanks our stay was very good really. Hot water pressure could be better but I’m sure you would have heard that before. The finish (sealing etc) in the shower was awful if you payed someone to do that you should get your money backOther than that it was a lovely couple of days away.

Porthmadog little gem!

Property is in the most perfect location with parking right outside the door. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything you could need for self catering is provided too. Fantastic views too.

Ideal position for touring area

Nice comfortable apartment in quiet location with lovely view, well furnished with comfy bed. Location close to rown centre with plenty of restaurants within walking distance meaning no need to use car when eating out or make use of well stocked kitchen facilities.

My name is Emma Patchett and I live in Warwickshire with my husband and two children. Before having my children I had a career as a solicitor, although I decided to give up my legal position whilst the children are young. I now work part-time. The apartment in Porthmadog belongs to my mother.

It is in such a beautiful and peaceful spot, with every type of amenity close by. We hope it appeals to many types of holiday maker - walkers, beach lovers, climbers, wildlife enthusiasts, fans of steam railway or those who simply want a restful holiday watching the yachts in the harbour. Our children have loved trips to the beaches and amazing coastal castles nearby. All of our family have had wonderful holidays in the apartment and we would like others to be able to enjoy the delights of Snowdonia too!

Snowdonia is a wonderful destination for a holiday. We love the area because there are so many different things to do and it also has both spectacular coastal and mountain scenery. The apartment is ideally positioned to take advantage of both.

The apartment is very quiet and peaceful and is at the edge of the small town of Porthmadog. It is situated on the Harbour, the access road is actually part of the Welsh Coastal Path. In the 19th century Oakley Wharf was a busy quayside loading Welsh slate for export around the world, and the area retains many historic features. It's only a few minutes walk to restaurants, pubs, shops, beaches and Ffestiniog railway station where you can travel by steam train into the surrounding countryside. The apartment can cater for everyone's holiday needs!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

One of the best things about Oakley Wharf is its waterside location and the fabulous harbour views from the garden. This makes it a wonderful spot for sitting in the garden, having a cup of tea/glass of wine, or eating, and watching the boats go by.

To the left you can see the ever changing colours of the mountains of Snowdonia and to the right is the Glaslyn estuary with its varied bird life and the beautiful sea views.

From the front door it is a pleasant walk to the beaches beyond Borth-y-Gest or the shops & cafes of Porthmadog High Street. You can choose a short stroll or a longer hike along the coastal paths, past beaches and coves with spectacular views.

The Ffestiniog railway is also very nearby for memorable steam-powered trips into Snowdonia.
