My third stay here; I think that says it all!! Fantastic property - warm, cosy, well appointed and very well kept. The location is similarly fantastic. Can't ask for more.

Beautiful stay! The cottage had everything we could dream of needing. We particularly enjoyed the log burner for cozy relaxing evenings.

Beautiful situaded, near to mountains and sea. The tiny cottage is exceptionel structured, but not as comfortable as we expected. Firstly due to the big staircase, which is very "in the face". and takes a lot of space. The sofa is not nice for sitting in, (maybe due to our age,59?)and the board against the wall, used as table not suitable for propper breakfast/dinner.It is small and you are sitting facing the wall. We have stayed in many cottages already, and we think this one is overprised. But our holiday was great, because Lynn is a beauty.

We're glad that you enjoyed our beautiful area but are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your accommodation. It is a small cottage but we feel we have sensitively converted it and made the most of the space. The oak staircase is a feature of the cottage and cannot be in a different position as it leads up to the mezzanine bedroom. There is a fold down dining table and chairs which you could have used instead of the "breakfast bar". We charge what we think is a fair price compared to other similar properties in our area. We hope you return to Wales on another occasion to enjoy the mountains and the sea.

We really enjoyed our stay in this little cottage. The area is a great one to explore and Branwen and Paul were perfect hosts.

Perfect retreat in the most beautiful place

The cottage is wonderful! Very comfy bed, great little kitchen area and the most relaxing atmosphere. The views from the nearby beaches (a matter of minutes walk away) are stunning, especially at sunset. You couldn't find a more perfect place to stay.

We had a lovely relaxing stay in the cosy cottage. Thank you so much to the owners for allowing us to change the dates of our stay at the very last minute, due to a family member’s serious illness. We very much appreciated it, as we realised they didn’t have to do that at such short notice. The cottage was perfect, spotlessly clean and warm and in a great location for exploring the local area and beyond. We would definitely recommend.

A perfect little hideaway with everything you could need. Really comfy bed, great shower and a lovely little spot in the garden for coffee (or something!) We didn’t need to use the car once. Close to easy footpaths and the coastal railway was a treat.

Charming cottage in good location

Although compact the cottage is well designed to meet all needs. The bed is very comfortable which helped to give us a restful stay. We loved being able to get to sandy beaches so easily.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Modern and clean with excellent facilities and plenty of charm. We enjoyed the outside seating area. Excellent wi fi. A fantastic trip on the Snowdonia Mountain Railway. We had a wonderful stay.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this cottage. We love the location / area - plenty of amazing walks - stunning scenery. The cottage is well equipped and perfect for our little ‘get away’ - we will certainly come back again - in fact we plan on making it an annual event
