Great location for Lands End and St.Michael's Mount. The view from the balcony is wonderful but in the shade from midday. Outside seating could do with cushions as uncomfortable after a while but we improvised. Main bedroom really comfortable and slept well listening to the waves. Catching the train from Carbis bay to St Ives very easy and saves finding a parking space in St Ives. St Ives was an unexpected gem with many good restaurants. The parking space for the accommodation really handy but turning around can be difficult. Excellent communication throughout. Only note is the Lounge sofas could do with an upgrade!

Beautiful view and we had everything we needed. Such a great location and susie was very responsive to all my questions. Only thing I would mention is that the parking space is very tight so if you have a big SUV like us, I’d say to park it at the top street and walk down. The walking path is steep so wear good shoes. Other than that, I’d happily rent it again and again. Thanks for all the great memories!! I’m sure we will be back. X

Nice apartment. Quite tired I’d say.The rear entrance is pretty ugly with scaffolding across the entrance ramp.As weather was great it worked but felt a bit unloved.

The suite needs replacing. The view is the selling point for this site but the paintwork is terrible including the seating arrangement it looks terrible dirty and neglected the view of carbis bay and beyond is exceptionalEverywhere else was good the main bedroom was very good

Thank you for your comments. I am not sure what you mean by the suite but the 2 sofas have washable covers and my excellent cleaner has assured me that they are fine. Before you arrived the apartment was cleaned to a very high standard so your description is not what we recognise. Pleased that you enjoyed the rest of the apartment which you found to be good or very good. Yes, the views are amazing.

Holiday

Absolutly amazing place to stay, beautiful views lovely walks to beaches. The apartment is very clean and comfortable to stay in. This was our second time staying here and can highly recomend .

Relaxing week

A quiet, relaxing place to stay with a fabulous view over Carbis Bay. Be prepared for the challenging up and downs of the paths at first… however after a few days it was a real pleasure to walk into St Ives and back and Carbis Bay and back. Would stay again.

All in all a very nice place with an ever changing view ! Only negative was 1 matress in the small bed room which could take an upgrade.

Very comfortable flat, great view & good location

We could not think of a better place to stay. Carbis Bay is beautiful and St. Ives in good and pretty walking distance (15-20 minutes). The appartment is very quiet, sitting on the balcony is very relaxing.

Great property, facilities and owner. Well stocked and comfortable. Excellent views from the balcony. Very peaceful. Would recommend to anyone and will hopefully stay there again one day.

Our third stay here . Perfect location and a lovely , homely feel to the flat . Our favourite place to sit is on the chair by the window in the bedroom , fabulous view across the bay .

Fantastic Sea Views from our very own balcony

Delightful cottage - well equipped and in an excellent location . Beautiful panoramic views over Carbis Bay , private entrance onto beautiful, woodland trail to Carbis Bay ( taking approximately 20 minutes to beach) Beautiful comfortable master bedroom - with access to balcony . Wonderful cottage .

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was stunning ... we were sad to leave and are still missing that view and being able to hear the lovely sounds of the sea ... very relaxing. My only criticism is that the bed in the main bedroom could be a bit bigger (it's only standard size) and more comfortable, although it may of course suit other people.

Beautiful views , fab apartment !!

Stayed here with my sisters , it was a beautiful apartment the views were wonderful . Waking up every morning to the view of the sea will be something I will miss . We all loved staying here and would recommend it . We are hoping to come back again next year .

Delightful cottage with stunning views of Carbis Bay and the property’s own beautiful gardens. Step onto the coastal path from the garden access and walk to the beach in ten. Excellent amenities with super eat in kitchen, laundry, spacious living room and pretty bedrooms. We enjoyed many meals on the balcony, listening to the breaking ocean waves. Wifi and quick walking access to Tesco. Take the footpath to St Ives and beyond along the stunning coastal path.No car needed to enjoy this property (we walked from Carbis rail), however parking is available anyway.

Perfect really....

I loved the view from the balcony, it was so peaceful sitting there drawing and painting. The walk along the coastal path into St Ives is about 15 minutes, with trees, lovely houses to look at, and views the whole way. Would definitely go back. Thank you

Stepping Back in Time with Outstanding Views

We stayed for a week at this Edwardian flat situated high above Carbis Bay and near the coastal path. We woke up to coastal views from the master bedroom and I often had my coffee looking out to the sea. The property has a nice balcony with grand views up the coastline. If you like historical properties you'll like this place. The kitchen is well equipped and the listing description is accurrate. I would highly recommend this place.

Tremona view

Very out dated needs a lot of work but the views made up for that, not to say you shouldn’t spend money on it because compared to the property next door it very poor inside needs new sofas and bed bathrooms need updating
