Spacieux appartement duplex climatisé de 3 chambres, parking privé et piscine partagée

Cet appartement offre tout ce que vous attendez, étant très proche de la plage de Burriana et avec une grande piscine commune, dans un jardin magnifiquement entretenu. Le salon et 3 chambres doubles sont tous climatisés. Il y a 2 salles de bains et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cafetière, réfrigérateur-congélateur, micro-ondes, fer et planche à repasser. Il y a une télévision et un DVD, mais en raison des récents changements dans la diffusion par satellite, les chaînes anglaises sont limitées à BBC1, BBC2, ITV et Channel 4 via la TNT. Deux terrasses orientées plein sud (une à côté de la chambre principale). Ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et les deux chambres doubles et chauffage pour l'hiver (au moyen de l'air sur les unités). Il y a un coffre-fort pour les objets de valeur. Internet gratuit est disponible. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien situé pour la plage de Burriana (à seulement 5 minutes à pied) et le centre de Nerja, le Balcon de Europa et de nombreux magasins et bars (à seulement 15 minutes à pied). Les clients sont priés de ne pas fumer à l'intérieur s'il vous plaît. Veuillez également noter que l'arrivée n'est pas avant 16h00 et le départ doit être au plus tard à 10h00 le dernier jour.

Fantastic stay in August 2026, booking was easy and the host Neil answered any questions or concerns quickly. The property is in a gated community with parking in a secure garage below the complex. The 3 bedroom house is up a flight of steps and set over 2 floors. On entry there is a smaller double room, main family bathroom, kitchen and lounge. There is a big sun terrace off the lounge with sun-beds. Upstairs there is a big master bedroom small balcony, then a twin room and a second bathroom with shower. The whole house is so well equipped with everything you could need from sun chairs to drying rails and parasol for the beach. The swimming pool is directly in front of the house and only a very short walk to gain access. I would highly recommend this accommodation for families due to the short walk to the Burriana beach and small supermarket. It’s is a short 25 minutes walk along the coastal path to the main town centre which makes it a great location. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Neil the host was very quick responding & helpful about the accommodation & surrounding area. Accommodation was exactly as described, clean, spacious & well equipped- arrival & entry is easy. Access to the garden & pool very easy & very well maintained. We didn’t have a car , so bkd a local taxi in advance to get from airport to accommodation.The area of Nerja is very hilly- so providing you are prepared to accept this you can walk down to Burriana beach & enjoy the many different restaurants. Central Nerja is walkable up & down hills- the town is alive with places to eat drink & shop. From the apartment a walk uphill gets you to a large Mercadona for all your essentials ( we were lucky to have pushchairs to use as shopping trolley- to come back down hills.)- alternatively a smaller supermarket is next to beach. We were a party of 6 - grandparents/parents/ a 3 year old & 11 months - all of us had a fabulous time -the neighbours & other guests were all very friendly-would definitely recommend-thank you Neil.

Our family of five had a good time in Neil's apartment. Very close to the beach and to the centre of the town. Clean and organized. Neil was very fast in responding to all of our questions.

Comfortable well equipped apartment

Refurbished apartment with all the facilities required for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Communications with owner, Neil, were excellent. Only slight downside was that location meant a 25 min walk into the centre of Nerja.

Great apartment, great location.

We stayed at the apartment for 11 nights as a family of 5 adults. The apartment was spotless and as described in the listing. It is ideally located for the beach and restaurants and is a leisurely walk in to the town, although up a steep hill to start with. The communication with Neil was excellent and prompt. Hopefully we will be back soon as we loved it.

Great size apartment for 6 adults. Everything you could possibly need for self catering- plenty of crockery and cutlery/cooking utensils, including a barbecue on the large main terrace. We appreciated that there were basic ingredients available eg cooking oil and seasonings and also washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry liquid. Neil gave very clear instructions for accessing the apartment and parking space. Good information regarding local supermarkets, restaurants and things to do. Great location for Burriana beach but note that there is a fairly steep climb back at the end of the day - not a problem for us though.

Having been totally let down by hosts at oasis Capistrano who double booked our accommodation and only told us 2 hours before we arrived, Neil came to our rescue, preparing the apartment at Jardin de Burriana at a moments notice (which might explain why it the cleaning must have been a bit rushed) however apartment was excellent, great location and excellent facilities and booking us in with the minimum of fuss.

This was our second visit to Neil's apartment. Once again we were not disappointed. The apartment has everything you need and has a large balcony. It is ideally located for the beach, bars and restaurants and is close enough to walk into the town. Hopefully we will be back soon.

El apartamento está bien cuidado.Es grande.No hubo sorpresas. Lo esperado. Zona muy tranquila y tuvimos una gran ayuda con los vecinos para acomodarnos en el alojamiento por un error en el número de casa se nos había pasado. Poro demás genial. Ubicación bastante buena. Para repetir.Como observación y por poner un pero es que dado que se paga limpieza general, y aunque nosotros lo hayamos dejado bastante limpio y recogido. Dos observaciones una la campana estaba bastante sucia , y también vi suciedad debajo de la alfombra del salón. Por lo cual las personas que gestonam limpieza debieran ser más detallistas. Resto muy limpio baños, nevera, armarios, ect

Fin lägenhet på bra läge

Läget var det bästa med denna lägenhet. Gångavstånd till både Burriana beach och Nerja city. Trevligt poolområde och härlig stor terrass. Nära till flera större mataffärer. Både barnstol och spjälsäng till min 1 1/2-åring fanns. Det enda negativa var sängarna som var väldigt hårda. Särskilt de två enkelsängarna var väldigt hårda och knarrade mycket.

Wonderful home from home

This apartment is wonderful and fully equipped with everything you need. i have stayed here twice with both friends and family. It really suits everyone. Neil the owner is responsive and super helpful. Pool area is super clean and great access for the Burriana beach.

Veldig fin leilighet, godt utstyrt og super beliggenhet like ved stranda. Rent og pent. Rolig område. Manglet ingenting. Uproblematisk kommunikasjon med utleier, som fremstår profesjonell. Det eneste man kan være oppmerksomme på er at sengene er harde og to av dem knirker veldig! Utover det var oppholdet fantastisk og vi kan absolutt anbefale leiligheten!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten die Wohnung ab Ende Oktober für fünf Wochen gemietet. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Gartenanlage mit Blick auf den Swimmingpool. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Die Bäder sind sehr schön und mordern mit großen Duschen. Die Schlafzimmer haben viel Platz in den Schränken. Alledings sind die Doppelbetten in zwei Schlafzimmern nur jeweils 1,50 m breit. Das ist nicht ganz so viel für zwei Erwachsene. Der Balkon ist schön groß. Es sind ein großer Tisch, vier bequeme Liegen sowie ein großer Sonnenschirm und ein Holzkohlegrill vorhanden. Wir haben uns gerne dort aufgehalten. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings ist die Umgebung etwas hügelig. Um in das Zentrum nach Nerja zu kommen, geht man erst den Berg Richtung Strand runter und später wieder steil hoch. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht. Es gibt aber auch einen Bus, der ins Zentrum fährt. Die Bushaltestelle ist ein Stück den Berg runter gut zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, es hat uns in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen und wir können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

La casa, super completa, no falta ni un detalle para hacerte los días fáciles, tiene de todo. Limpia y cuidada, apata para estar con niños ya que es bastante amplia. Su propietario super amable, nos dejo entrar y salir fuera del horario marcado. Muy buena ubicacion de la playa de burriana para ir caminando. La recomiendo 100x100

Having been to Nerja several found the property to be in an ideal location only 5 minutes stroll down to beach , shops and bars . Property block itself were in a great location ideal for families , pool was great and outside areas very good for sun bathing and shade if you wanted it , my only minus was the pool toilets need to be cleaned on a more regular basis other than that great holiday place .

Excellent apartment, we'll equipped and positioned.

We stayed for 10 days at the apartment and couldn't fault it. It was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for our holiday. The pool and gardens are lovely and although it was shared it was never overcrowded. It is less than 10 minutes to the beach where there is a great choice of restaurants and a couple of minutes to the bus stop for great links into town. The owner was always very quick to reply and helpful. The only negative was the supermarket on the seafront being very expensive. We did a big shop in mercadona and topped up when we had to locally. Nerja is gorgeous, we will definately be back.

Lovely apartment, great location for Burriana Beach and the Old Town

This is a lovely apartment in a nice small development, ideally placed for Burriana Beach and only a 10- t5 minute walk from the Old Town. It has everything we needed for a great holiday and Neil the owner was very easy to deal with and so helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Nerja.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche über Karneval im Appartment von Neil verbracht.

Alles war so wie auf Fewo beschrieben. Sehr schick und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns (4 Erwachsene) hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Neil war immer sehr hilfsbereit und ließ uns sogar am Abreisetag ein wenig länger im Appartment bleiben, da unser Rückflug recht spät war. Einziges kleines Problem war das Heizen über Klimaanlage, da dies manchmal nicht warm genug war. Wie gesagt sonst alles Top, kommen gerne wieder.

We are an English family who have owned and holidayed in this apartment for 12 years. We are still discovering Nerja and it's fabulous restaurants, shops and bars. It's very Spanish which gives it a real holiday atmosphere. The fiestas and religious holidays are marked by amazing parades through the centre of town. We have loved every minute spent in our apartment as it's location offers something for everyone. From chic bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk away at Burriana beach, to the Balcon de Europa just 15 minutes stroll into the centre of Nerja. We have worked hard to maintain our apartment in a clean and modern style which we know you will enjoy during your stay.
