Le studio est idéalement placé pour Le Minack Theatre célèbre, et pour le chemin Coast.

L'architecte Studio, qui offre gîte et aussi des vacances B et B est idéal pour les marcheurs côtières, ou à de longues et de courtes vacances de séjour. Les marcheurs qui séjournent pour une nuit peuvent pré-commander leur petit-déjeuner avec du thé, du café, du lait, du pain, du beurre, de la confiture, du bacon, des œufs, des haricots, des céréales ou du muesli. Ils se préparent ensuite pour eux-mêmes. Les ingrédients pour le petit-déjeuner sont sans frais supplémentaires pour les marcheurs d'une nuit. Un service de transfert de bagages est disponible par le biais d'un agent local. Situé sur le côté ouest de la vallée Penberth dans une zone désignée de beauté naturelle exceptionnelle. Le logement dispose d'un espace de vie décloisonné avec chauffage central et d'un lit double et de deux "Put Me Ups" si nécessaire. Si la réservation est prise pour 2 personnes et qu'un "Put me Up" est requis, il y a un coût supplémentaire de 10 £. 00 à l'arrivée. Il y a 2 places de parking dédiées ainsi qu'un patio orné et un jardin qui mène directement dans la belle vallée boisée de Penberth. Un lock-up hangar est disponible pour les vélos et les engins de pêche, etc. Le célèbre Logan Rock Inn est à 3 minutes à pied et l'arrêt de bus 1 minute. Le Théâtre Minack, Pothcurno 25 minutes ou 5 par voiture. Un maximum de 2 chiens bien élevés sont acceptés pour un coût supplémentaire de 5 £. 00 chacun par nuit. WiFi est disponible.

This was a great stay reasnobly close to the SWC path. You need to head past Porthcurno and exit prior to Logan rock and head for the Treen camp-site. The bus stop is very close and tou can catch it to Treen from Lands End.

Everything you would want for an overnight stay

Property had everything we could need for a stop on our SW Coast walk. FYI where the directions tell you to go 90 meters up the road it is easier to just look for the third driveway because there are multiple properties that are approx 90 meters up the road!

Perfect stopover

This was an ideal place to stay near the Minack Theatre for myself and two kids. I was clean and easy to access. Jeff was v accommodating and always emailed quickly. It is such a beautiful area to stay with great beaches nearby.

Perfectly located for the Minnack Theatre

This simple studio has everything you need for a few days away. Milk, tea and coffee is kindly supplied by the owner who came to greet us on arrival. The location is perfect for those wishing to visit the Minnack Theatre or Porthcurno beach. Many thanks to the host who made us feel very welcome and even offered his own electricity for us to charge our car.

A beautiful place to stay just minutes from the Minack Theatre

This is a lovely place to stay in Penzance. It is a bit difficult to navigate without a car, so be sure to look into taxis or buses, if you're attempting to travel without a car. Cornwall is absolutely gorgeous, and the Minack Theatre is almost too good to be true. Stunning. Jeff is a wonderful host! Very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely return!

It smelled musty and the dishes weren't really clean. I also wouldn't want a jam jar that several guests had eaten out of before. There were several spiders in the shower, and the mirror was so low that you couldn't see yourself. Okay for one night, but that's not what you'd call comfortable.

Great place to stay for hiking or visiting the Minack Theatre

We stayed for a visit to the Minack Theatre, but also took the opportunity to walk a section of the SW Coast path from Penberth Cove to Penzance. Should the weather have been better on the other days we would have done another section the opposite direction, Logan Rock to Land's End! It's a great location for that section should hiking be your hobby, but it's also a short distance from the Minack Theatre which we visited for a show too. It's close proximity to the Logan Rock Inn and Farm & Fort Cafe means that there are options for eating out once you return for your excursions. The Studio is well equipped and cosy, the host has covered a lot of bases with this place (even including a torch which came in handy as we forgot ours!). If you're staying in the area as a couple, it's hard to look past the Studio

Excellent location and parking. Jeff was very friendly and helpful.

On closer inspection the dishes and kitchen wear were dirty and the pots and pans need to be replaced. Glasses need to be added too to make complete sets to enable the use of the dishwasher. Linen and bedding were excellent and smelled of the outdoors. A good corner and moulding cleaning would come in handy for the summer season. All in all it was a good place for us.

Staycation 2020

Friendly and helpful owner. Nice quiet location. Comfortable and everything you needed but standard of cleaning was poor. Thick dust in some locations. Some fixtures could do with replacement. Although it says it sleeps 4 people, this could only be children as there would not be enough room for 4 adults. All in all a good stay, but the issues need addressing.

Thank you very much for staying in the Studio. I am sorry that you found dust under the bed. I have asked the cleaners to make sure this area is dealt with on a regular basis. Regarding space for 4 people, anybody who books for 4 people are fully aware of the spatial limitations of the Studio. This is made very clear when a booking enquiry is made. It is very popular for bookings of one night only for 4 coastal walkers and is great value. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and am sorry that it rained on 2 days of your weeks stay. Jeff retired as a practising Architect in 2002 having worked extensively in the Middle East including Qatar and Abu Dhabi. He has been letting self catering properties in the area for more than 30 years. He appreciates the guests requirements of a holiday property and believes that their expectations are more than fulfilled when holidaying in his Cottages in Sennen Cove or the Studio Treen.
