We loved our stay in Lucca!

Lucca was a wonderful town for our family and this apartment really made it amazing. It's all modernized, very comfortable, quiet, but close to everything. Highly recommended!

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Very well located on the edge of the touristy area and a short walk to almost everything. The apartment was stylish, spacious and very comfortable, and the the roof terrace a wonderful place to start (and finish) the day.

Great spot

Lovely apartment

Very comfortable, quiet apartment with a lovely terrace. Excellent location close to everything. The lift is slow, but helpful for luggage and groceries. Host was very responsive and helpful in all things. The new chef's knife in the kitchen was much appreciated! We rarely find good sharp knives in rentals. Kitchen is generally well stocked and we made good use of it. However, we tended to run short of forks and coffee/tea cups by the end of each day. And a flat surface to put things on in the bedrooms would be helpful. Minor complaints!

Beautiful apartment within the walls of Lucca

This was a really lovely apartment in a quiet area inside the walls of Lucca. The apartment on the third floor (with lift) was well laid out, with very comfortable beds and two good sized bathrooms. The kitchen was modern and well supplied, and we enjoyed the shaded terrace. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms but the units in the kitchen and lounge worked really well. We found the location very convenient, just 5-8 mins walk from the rail station and just a few minutes from plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. All communications with the team in advance and on arrival were excellent, and we were very grateful to be able to check in earlier than expected. This is the second time we have rented via Lucca Apartments and Villas and their service and attention to detail is second to none. Overall, this was a great apartment for our 3 night stay and we would recommend it as well as the beautiful city of Lucca. The wooden boards on the deck could do with a bit of maintenance

Fantastic Place to Stay In Lucca

This place was just fantastic! It is large & clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The location was convenient and Manuel was so helpful in getting us a cab to and from the parking garage. The patio was perfect for evening wine & cheese. We were very happy with our stay! The elevator is slow but it works!!

Everything you need!

The apartment was in a perfect location and was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed, especially the big terrace. STUNNING! Sonia was very helpful at check in and we will definitely be back again!

Beautiful property, very well located

I spent five nights in the property with my wife. The apartment is clean, modern and very well located, we could easily walk anywhere within the walled city area, plenty of bars, restaurants churches, museums. We particularly enjoyed spending early evening on the terrace watching the swifts overhead while having a sun-downer.

A beautiful view from the terrace

Manuel was always kind and responsive in communication. We were greeted by him upon check-in.. it was smooth, and we appreciated that check in time was easy to coordinate. The apartment is well located, spacious, and comfortable overall - I would recommend it to guests. We enjoyed our stay in Lucca very much.

Very nice apartment

We loved the apartment. Quiet and a very good location. Lots of room. Only negative is the washer/dryer. It ruined several clothes.

Under the Tuscan sun

Apartment 3 was just lovely. Location was perfect and Lucca is a great town to relax. We had a clogged drain and was fixed immediately. Stella was not attentive during chec in and it would have been nice to know how to use heater/ac unit.

Perfect place.

This was our 3rd, week long stay in Lucca. Previously, we had a lovely apartment that wasn’t available this time. We were pleasantly surprised with this apartment and particularly the attention from Lucca Apartments and Villas. Everyone working there is upbeat and efficient. The apartment is in a great location although, within the walls, it’s hard not to be centrally located. It is simple, spacious and filled with light. Highly recommend it.

A Wonderful 2 Weeks in Lucca

The team and Manuel were very responsive when we needed any help. All the appliances worked well, and the new mattress toppers that were added made the beds much more comfortable. I think it is time to replace the sofa in the living room. It is very uncomfortable to sit on and seems to be getting less supportive. Also, the red rope chair in the living room is very uncomfortable and we did not use it.

Wonderful Lucca Location

We couldn't be more happy with our stay in Lucca. The apartment was in a great location within the walls of Lucca. We had no issues with checkin as Manuel (our host) was waiting for us on arrival. Manuel was very kind and gave us a tour of the apartment and provided great information about touring Lucca. The apartment was clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was outstanding. In fact we used the balcony for our daughter's wedding ceremony. Since the apartment was on the third floor, the elevator was very useful for luggage and tired feet at the end of the day touring Lucca. We highly recommend this apartment for future Lucca travelers.
