Villa Patio is very well located in a very prestigious area in Albufeira, on the beach and 200 metres from the strip with all the bares, restaurants, night clubs and shops are at hand. This villa is 2 minute walking distance from the Santa Eulalia Beach and 5 minutes from strip and 20 minute walk the centre of the town, here there are also restaurants, bares and clubs and the famous Fisherman's beach is located. This villa provides a unique experience where you can enjoy a vacation in a quiet and a city environment, in a relaxed atmosphere.
Large jacuzzi and a great sundeck.
Refundable breakage deposit of 900 euros is required, if single parties and or under 27 years old it is 150 euros each, payable upon arrival, this is refunded 24 to 48 hours after check out. Baby cot provided upon request.
Change over day is a Friday.

Great house

This house was ideal for a holiday with our group (18 year olds). Everything was great, it was a clean house close to the beach and on walking distance from the strip. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family get together

We chose this place for our family to get together to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely perfect. We had loads of room in the house. Kitchen had ample dishes. We enjoyed a private yard where the kids could play safely and we were just a minutes walk from a lovely beach. It was an easy spot to explore the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend this place

Beautiful property

The property was as described and just beautiful. To leave the property you step or drive out of a gate onto a very busy road and corner. It is hard to see the traffic that is coming and everyone seemed to drive fast. We enjoyed our stay there and our family hasd a wonderful time.

A Nice house on a Perfect location

I recently had an unforgettable stay at a beautiful house in Portugal, ideally situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira. This trip was a golfing retreat with four friends, and the location proved to be a golfer's dream. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the house's proximity to top-notch golf courses, as well as its stunning beachside setting. After our golf sessions, unwinding in the house's jacuzzi was a luxurious experience, especially given the fantastic weather we were lucky to have. The house itself was more than just a place to stay; it was a part of our whole experience. Comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, it catered perfectly to our group. The owner of the house deserves a special mention – not only did he speak flawless English, making communication a breeze, but his hospitality and friendliness added greatly to our overall experience. Being located right at the beach offered us the perfect balance of sport and relaxation. Whether we were teeing off at the nearby golf courses or just chilling in the jacuzzi, the house was an ideal base. In summary, our stay was nothing short of fantastic. It combined the best of beachside relaxation and golfing adventure, all thanks to a wonderful house and its superb location. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a similar experience in Portugal.

Susana is a super polied woman, fixing the documents went quickly and she also fixed the Taxis for us. The location is perfect; both the beach, and the supermarket and the Strip were nearby, a short walk. The house was clean, but in and around the pool, we’ve found glass

Perfect for our vacation

The house and surroundings are very well taken care of and the perfect place for us - a group of 12 (5 kids, 7 adults) to relax. the pool heating was a must so the kids could spend lots of time in it. The adults enjoyed the several seating areas. It was possible to switch places (pool area, roof top terrace, other seating area for bbq) to follow the sun over the day. The beach is very close and the shops/restaurants as well. Just watch out when leaving the gate as there is a corner of the street and no sidewalk. Susana was very helpful and replied very fast to questions and concerns. We definitely recommend this house!

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage!

Wir waren 10 Personen in dem Haus und sind komplett zufrieden. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war optimal. Tolle Organisation. Auch der mögliche Transfer vom/hin zum Flughafen Faro hat super geklappt. Das Haus und der Pool ist sehr schön. Vormittags komplett in der Sonne, Nachmittags liegt der Pool etwas mehr im Schatten. Das Meer ist allerdings wirklich nicht weit entfernt - von daher konnte man einfach "umziehen".

It was the first time I have stayed in a villa as there was 12 of us 2 small children 2 teenagers & 8 adults. We all had a great time it was close to the beach & some bars & restaurants & having your own pool was great

Amazing villa, nice swimmingpool, good location

We (10 girls) very much enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location is nice and quiet, but still close enough to supermarket (8 min) and the strip (12 min). Also there is a beach only 2 min from the house. Furthermore the villa was clean and there were enough resources as towels, cuttery, plates. (No salt&pepper etc. tho) The swimmingpool was perfect with enough poolbeds and a very nice temperature. Beds were fine. 4 bathrooms with nice showers. As it was warm and sunny we mostly sat outside on the lounge set (which was great), but the living room was also comfortable with a big bench. Overall it’s a nice villa and therefore we very much enjoyed our stay!

Very nice family holiday house.

We just spent a week in the house. 9 Adults and 4 small children. It is a very nice house, and more important, there is lot's of space outside the house to enjoy the sun. Beach at 100 metres. Very nice pool. Good support by Susana. We have enjoyed it.

Just back from villa patio in Portugal. We had an amazing week here. The villa was Beautiful, spacious clean and modern. We where a family of 9 adults and 3 children, villa patio was perfect for our needs, especially for our oldest grandson who is 2, the villa was completely secure with electric gates. Also it was very private. The location was fabulous for the beach and Santa Eulalia, where we ate in some beautiful restaurants. The bus from here to the old town was €1.40 taxis are extremely reasonable too. Thank you Susana for supplying an extra cot and for a wonderful week.

outstanding villa. perfect for families.

This was simply an outstanding villa. For our large group of 8 adults, 3 children and 2 10 month babies it was such a pleasure to have such a clean, spacious, airy villa-it fitted the description of it perfectly. The pool was lovely with plenty of space around it and many loungers. we all swam but the children spent a vast amount of the week in it. As it was about 34 degrees all week the air-conditioning in the villa was most welcome. The beach was just as described-only a short walk away and was sandy with lots of rock pools. The children had some great times there. Swimming in the sea was lovely-very safe. We ate out every night except one and found all the restaurants within easy reach-the food was exceptional too. Shops and other amenities also close-by, just as described. We all felt we received exceptional value for money but much, much more. Susana was very helpful all the way through-arranged our transfers which were smooth and quick-safe drivers too with all the correct safety equipment. I would highly recommend this villa-we all felt privileged to have found it. Thank you Susana.

Exceptional Villa, in a great location

13 of us travelled, 10 adults and 3 children, the villa is easily big enough to accommodate us all without feeling cramped. The villa itself is wonderful, very well maintained and done up to a high standard, every one of us loved every minute of it, especially the 3 kids who ample room to run around and play. The swimming pool was clean and big enough to swim or splash around and again the kids loved it so much, was hard dragging them out. The villa is well equipped with all mod cons so we had no trouble cooking in the kitchen, or any trouble with the entertainment as there is a smart TV,( can login into Netflix), Wifi worked very well considering how many devices we had connecting to it. The beach is only a 3-4min walk which was very convenient and there are also lot's of restaurants 10mins away as well as shops and a large supermarket. It was my first time hiring a villa, so I was quite nervous about the whole process, but Susana has been wonderful from minute one, explaining the process in clear and concise manner and when we got there, we were met by Susana's sister who again was very helpful. We requested a babychair and there was very minor issue with one of the bathrooms and both were attended to immediately. So overall, we absolutely loved this villa and would definitely visit again and happily recommend to anyone considering staying here. Obrigado Susana, hope to visit soon.

Fantastic Property

Group of 7 adults and a child. Lots of room and well laid out. The pictures don't do it justice. We all loved the property, especially sitting in the bbq area on an evening. Short walk to beach and to the strip. Very well equipped, ideal for large families or groups.
