Lovely property

Lovely place to stay, great location, chose this place as we’ve stayed here before and couldn’t fault it. Is a great sized apartment, central to all things York. It was very close to the centre , warm and very clean. Parking was not included but next to Monkbar carpark

Lovely apartment

Definitely recommend and will be staying again, the apartment was clean and lovely inside, the little outdoor courtyard was perfect on hotter days Would come back

A week’s stay in York

Stayed here for a week in October, bottom floor flat . Plenty of parking in Monks Bar carpark, even though it is very close it is expensive but that is down to York council not owners of the apartment . Apartment very clean and tidy, bed comfortable and I had a good night sleep every night. Not far from the centre, 10 minutes walking, and the shops/ restaurants. Less than 5 minutes to get up on to the wall and have a walk around. This is my 4th stay and will be back again.

Another great stay in York

This was the second time we stayed at Minsters reach holiday apartments. They are in a fantastic location. So handy for the shops and attractions. The courtyard is lovely. The apartments are spotless inside and have a modern decor. We have visited York many times and stayed in various hotels and apartments. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in York now. Looking forward to our next stay.

Fantastic Stay!

Perfect place

Can’t rate this place highly enough. From Jo who I dealt with when booking, she found and recommended this place as I’m disabled and it was perfect. Nice quiet location within an easy stretch of legs to the city centre. Everything inside top notch and big bathroom. I’ve stayed in about 8 places in York and this is my favourite one. Great week sad to be home. What a gem this place is.

Excellent location

This lovely apartment has an excellent location very close to York Minster and the old city of York. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We visited 2 local restaurants both of which were very good. One Italian and the other for tapas. The weather was cold when we were there but the apartment was warm. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Amazing apartment, amazing location - will be back!

Stayed here with 2 children while visiting York for 3 nights. It couldn't be in a better location! Right next to a car park so we could happily unload and leave our car and be on foot for our stay without a worry. Right next to the city wall so everything is just a short walk away. Also, the customer service.of the team was amazing - responded to emails super fast when we had questions and sorted a very minor issue immediately. It is clean, comfortable and well located. What more could you want!

excellent stay

A great stay, the little courtyard was lovely and very private, with it been so central the privacy was a lovely was to swicth off, we really loved our stay here, the apartment had everything we needed to cook a nice meal and sit in the courtyard, the beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment is very well presented. The check in process waqs very convenient and straight forward.

Lovely apartment

Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. Close to sites, restaurants, and a supermarket. An electric fan would have been a nice amenity to help cool the place down.

Nice apartment in a great location

This is a very nice apartment with stylish furnishing and fittings in an excellent but quiet location within walking distance of everything that York has to offer. The private outside sitting area is a real bonus. For two people, it would be great, as I understand that the double bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. However, I found the sofa bed in the living room extremely uncomfortable and woke up with a bad back every morning. The lack of teaspoons in the kitchen was also surprising and somewhat inconvenient. Customer service from York Boutique Lets was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay.

Appt is very good

I stayed for 8 dys in this appt . Everything is good about it .Just that they don’t provide enough of soap or dish washing liquid or sometimes the sponge is missing , I think these are necessities in apartment n they should be kept according to the number of days customer stays as we book atleast 15 dys before. Are we supposed to get these before arriving in apartment?

Good with a few problems.

This apartment was in a great location. The washer/dryer was a nice addition. It was clean except for I had a pillow that was torn apart. I noticed that while going to bed. Also, needed to use the hair dryer and it was extremely dirty. The other thing that was annoying was the locking of the door. There were no instructions for we Americans to know how to lock the door. It should be in the instruction book they have in the apartment. The really big issue we had with the apartment was the water and heat restrictions! If I had known those restrictions upfront, I would have chosen a different place. No one should tell traveling tourist, paying good money, staying in the apartment what time we have to shower! We were on a schedule and had to rearrange things just to be able to shower in the “water” time frame. And the heat restriction was completely unacceptable. We were freezing the entire time in the apartment. It was cold and rainy outside. And when we’d come back to the apartment, there was no heat to warm us up! Those restrictions need to be very visible for people when booking.
