Bel appartement dans l'amande centrale de Madrid, lumineux, silencieux avec les lignes 3 et 6 du métro à la porte de la maison. Gare 7 minutes à pied, gare Atocha 15 minutes et bus dans toutes les directions. Situé dans l'un des quartiers culturels et gastronomiques les plus effervescents de Madrid, MATADERO, à proximité du grand marché des moteurs du musée ferroviaire. 10 minutes en ligne directe du métro de la Puerta del Sol et 12 de la Gran Vía (métro Callao)
  L'appartement a de grandes fenêtres sur une place pleine d'arbres, pas de bruit de voiture, pas de pollution. Il est essentiel de visiter l'abattoir, la musique, la danse, le théâtre, les salles d'exposition, les terrasses, les bars et les restaurants dans un environnement entre nature et industrie. Le deuxième week-end de la semaine de chaque mois est une visite incontournable du marché automobile, de la petite mode et des accessoires, de la nourriture. Où vous pouvez également acheter n'importe quel objet curieux, nouveau ou d'occasion, animé par DJ et musique live, idéal pour manger quelque chose dans les nombreux food trucks qu'il y a tout en profitant de la bonne atmosphère qui y règne. Parking à faible coût très proche de la maison 8 € / jour. Vous pouvez également vous présenter chaque dimanche en 15 minutes de marche sur le sentier traditionnel de Madrid ou visiter l’un des musées des arts de la marche.

This is a beautiful small apartment on the ground floor. It has all the cooking implements you need for light cooking. The door to the bathroom is a bit hard to close and the couch is not the best but otherwise everything is very nice You can hear noise from the neighboring apartments, but that is not surprising in an urban setting.

Great accommodation and host

Had a short stay in Madrid, the host (Javier) was fantastic and very patient after we were delayed at the airport. The accommodation was great, located near a Metro suited myself and my family well. Would recommend.

Madrid Charm

This apartment is the place for you if you have no interest in staying in a bland, boring place with no character! This space was sososo cute and charming! We enjoyed our stay and it was easy to get to the museums we were interested in. The host is very nice and accommodating. Wonderful couple of days in Madrid!

Excellent Accomodations

Amazing apartment in Legazpi area. Subway was around the corner and shops nearby. All necessary features washing machine, hair dryer, iron, dish washer etc. Lots of natural light . Host was a pleasure to work with.

Perfect from start to finish, beautiful apartment on the ground floor easy access and very helpful owner gave us a cracking recommendation for a local tapas bar. Very short 1.50 euro bus to museums from opposite, plus a Lovell vegan cafe called ‘bite me’! Thanks javier

I stayed with a friend for 2 nights. Everything was perfect. The place was very well appointed, super cute, 2 very nice bedrooms, modern kitchen, great water pressure in the shower. Kind and communicative host. When I return to Madrid, I’ll return here.

Great location

Javier (host) kept us informed and was very accessible. He met us at the apartment upon our arrival. In the morning of checkout, he kept our luggage for us as we had an early afternoon train departure. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Madadero, Retiró Park, etc. and so many restaurants. Train station is 10 minute taxi ride or about 20 minutes if your prefer to walk. My only comment is that the listing says the property is air conditioned. If it is, it was not obvious to us. The common rooms do get a pleasant breeze. The bedrooms were warm

Thank you Monica for your comment. When you made the reservation the apartment did not have air conditioning and it was not mentioned in the advertisement. Now it does have it and that's why it now appears with air conditioning. You were excellent guests.

¡Una estancia maravillosa!

¡Todo era perfecto! ¡Un gran apartamento con mucho carácter! Muy tranquilo, ya la vez al lado del metro. No nos faltó de nada y Javier es muy acogedor, nos indicó todos los sitios que ver y nos recomendó muchos restaurantes y bares. En resumen, ¡una estancia inolvidable! ¡Volveremos!

Appartement très agréable, déco vintage originale, au calme, mais dans quartier animé, à 2 minutes du Métro. Accueil très sympathique de Javier. A recommander si vous voulez sortir des sentiers battus et des quartiers hyper touristiques.

Magnifique appartement dans un quartier pratique pour aller au centre ! Déco superbe.

Très bon accueil du proprietaire : serviable et sympathique. Il a mille bons conseils à donner. Un bon plan : un parking low coast très pratique. Merci Javier !! Équipements complets : cuisine, sèche cheveux, serviettes, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle... Très propre. Bonne literie. Un sans faute ! Dans une cour au calme. Quartier un peu à l'écart du plein centre, mais accessible à pied très facilement : nous n'avons jamais pris le métro. Tous les commerces à côté. A ne surtout pas rater !!

L'appartamento è molto molto bello, ideale per 4 persone in quanto dispone di 2 camere da letto ampie. Dotato di ogni comfort, silenziosissimo nonostante non sia un piano alto. Posizione eccellente, la zona è molto bella e la metro di trova a 5 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo. Il proprietario super gentile e disponibile (ma meglio cambiare il phon :) ). Torneremo

I recommend it!

Nice apartment in a good location. There is a metro stop 1 block away, which makes it very convenient to all that Madrid has to offer. It is a 10 minute walk to a Super Mercado, but has a great convenience store next door. The apartment was fairly clean, has a wonderful shower and Javier was very good about responding to questions before our arrival. He also gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants, night clubs, activities, etc. after we arrived. The only downside was the noisy upstairs neighbors. There was a lot of stomping and banging, but it wasn't a huge problem because we went to bed late. However my friend, who stayed in the front bedroom, listened to a baby cry and heard lots of activity throughout the night, every night, making sleep difficult. I was in the back bedroom and it was quieter. Other than that, the accommodations worked well for us.

Dear Mary, it is the first time that I have news about noise (inside the normal thing in a house with neighborhood ducats that is what they are, you did not rent a house in the mountain, you rented a house in the center of Madrid, completely isolated from the traffic). No other client has complained and go a lot. I understand that if a child cried is something circustancial, maybe I agreed that he was sick.

Very cute place. Right price. Close to metro for easy access to other parts of the city.

Javier was a great host, meeting us personally, giving us tips for restaurants and sites, and even a welcome bottle of wine. The place is very well appointed with a great interior style. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. No traffic noise. But kids sometimes play in the park in the back and that can be noisy, but it's a joyful noise.
