The check-in process was flawless. The property was very clean well equipped, and easy to access. We had a delightful time.

Fabulous place. Fabulous service

The place is just the pictures. Really comfortable, bright and airy & only a 10 min walk from La Latina. Javier met us as scheduled. Everything was very smooth

Trying hard to be chic

Location was great to get to major plazas and the royal palace, no need to rent car or take train. Metro stop less than 15 min walk. Apartment itself was modern and clean, although no door on master bathroom so no privacy unless you closed the bedroom door, a bit odd, but maybe European. Second bath, you slid the closet door over to close off the bath, but lo and behold the back of the closet wall is glass, so you then have a view of the person using the toilet and shower. Again, maybe European, but a bit too much for our New England sensibility. Other than that a great place to stay. Be aware, if you use their transfer service to the airport it is 125% more expensive than a taxi (33 eruo taxi, 65 euro transfer service) cash only.

Great apartment; nice location; competitive price. Good space; nice neighborhood.Only a couple of small negative items....Lock on outside door and apartment door was very tricky and difficult... needs to be replaced.Also, PLEASE reply promptly to VRBO texting and other communication attempts with procedure questions both before and after the lodging. Communication with y'all was at best slow and mediocre.Nice condo; beautiful city; thanks for the chance to rent from you.

The apartment is beautiful, extremely clean. Just minor inconveniences such as no towel racks near the showers, no dishwashing liquid. I would definitely recommend this apartment

Great Stay

Apartment was delightful, bright and airy, at night the view was beautiful over looking the Basilica of San Francisco lit up at night. Walking distance to the Mercado San Gabriel where we bought all our food. Staff was great

Fantástica, como siempre.

Todo perfecto y en condiciones. Un piso muy confortable y con buen gusto como los otros. Llevo años quedándome con Spain Select en Madrid y nunca he tenido una mala experiencia. La atención también es de primera.

El apartamento perfecto. limpio, bien situado y con todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia. si vuelvo a Madrid, repetiria. Todo estaba como en las fotos.

Nice location but didn't work for us

Property is in a nice location, spacious, well decorated, and very clean. Web page for booking and arranging transfers were convenient. However wi-fi wasn't great (slow and would disconnect often) and the AC did not work one day and with the high temperatures and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The worst part was unfortunately the customer service, they overpromised and under delivered. A few days before our departure we received an email form VRBO indicating that there were some security concerns with our booking. I forwarded the email and did not get a reply. On top of it , eventhough we had informed two weeks prior, our arrival time at the train station (3:10 PM) and booked the transfer through them and promptly notified them upon arrival at the train station they did not meet us on time at the property. After their taxi dropped us off near the property around 3:30 PM, we had to wait for an hour and 15 minutes on the street. When we called customer service they would say in 10 mins someone would meet us and they didn't show up for another 45 mins and eventually when they showed up there wasn't even an acknowledgement of being late. The initial experience was therefore very negative. We also had to make multiple calls regarding the AC, again they would say we will call you back in 2 mins and wouldn't call back for 30 mins. Finally when they arranged for a technician and told us he will be there within 1 hour he didn't show up for 2 hours. TAfter the technician came the AC worked temporarily and then stopped working again. Informed management and even provided feed back on spain select web page and no real action.

Stunning apartment in a brilliant location

Just returned from a fantastic 4 nights at this apartment. Everything about this place was just right. The apartment itself was just perfect, everything within the apartment was clearly designed to give an impression of space and glass walls in Bathrooms and the wall of mirrors in the kitchen all reflected this. The views from the apartment are just stunning and with the centre of Madrid within an easy 10 minute walk it was just the easiest place from which to enjoy all that Madrid has to offer. Alex was waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment and his detailed explanation of its facilities really helped us to feel at home. Will hopefully return to this stunning apartment and wonderful city.

Super Location

Just like the pictures contemporary and edgy. Minutes from the Prado by taxie. The leasing staff Spain Select was very helpful,professional ,informative and delightful to work with. They did exactly what they said they would do. Their concierge service was 5 star and reliable. We love Madrid and will stay there again
