Great location! Property comfortable

Great property although the Sofa Bed collapsed at the foot end and there were some minor repairs required to floor join panel from master to bathroom.

The apartment was perfect for us. Safe building , great location and the staff is EXCELLENT! The master bath looks like it had some water damage and the ceiling could use a coat of paint but overall very comfortable and plenty of space for the four of us! Comfy beds too!

Terrific Location and GREAT apartment

We stayed in Barcelona for 2 nights at the apartment (2 adults and 2 children ages 10 & 12). The location is central for almost everything (we took a taxi to Camp Nou). The property manager was very easy to work with and they were extremely helpful in making sure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment in a great spot

The apartment was large enough to accommodate 5 of us comfortably. We were in a great spot not far from shopping and the Boqueria Market. Enjoy BCN was fantastic from allowing us to store our bags as well as arranging transfers and making restaurant recommendations and reservations. The staff are completely bilingual so that was an added perk. Will definitely use them again if we have the opportunity.

Amazing location, excellent service

We have been many times in Barcelona, but it was the first time at Coliseum Apartments. Great Location, only a few step from Placa Catalonya & Rambla, but still very quiet. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The service was excellent, inclusive free cleaning Service during our stay. We also had a free late check out, which we definitively enjoyed, as our flight was in the evening. For a short trip to Barcelona, I recommend the Location.

Perfect apartment for family visit to Barcelona

The apartment was perfect for our family’s visit to Barcelona. The bunk beds in the second bedroom worked well for our two kids. The location could not be better for seeing all of Barcelona’s sites. The management company was excellent with their communication and worked with us for an early check in. We just had to walk a few blocks to their office to pick up the keys. If you’re looking for a place to stay with your family in Barcelona, this is the place.

Lovely apartment, great location!

We loved this apartment - our first location in our trip to Spain and Portugal. My husband and I went with our 2 young adult sons. The two full baths were helpful. The living room was spacious and bright. Although we were in a bustling location, the bedrooms were very quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. We were very comfortable and felt safe. Thank you Enjoy BCN!

Great location

Nice place. Very close to transit, rambla, plenty of restaurants. Clean and well appointed. Quiet except for minor train rumble from subway (which all buildings may have??). Everything functioned well, just needs some minor repairs...toilet seat and seal for water in small shower but all minor. Was left the wrong key for the room on late night arrival, but people responded with the key in 10mins.

Perfect location, EXCEPTIONAL service

The apartment was great, all that we need as a base camp for our brief stay in BCN. Our youngest two (10, 12) fit just fine on the pullout in the living room. Our oldest (19, 20) were a tight fit on the bunk beds, but they are 6’2” and 6’4”. We walked most places, but used the subway once, the station is only 2-3 minutes away. The location and the apartment were great, but the EnjoyBCN team’s service was EXCEPTIONAL, off the charts. They were able to accommodate an early check-in and check-out (for a reasonable fee) which was a huge help. They were responsive on WhatsApp, around the clock, to answer any questions. On our last day they recommended a fantastic restaurant on the beach and made the reservation for us. Book the property with confidence.

Great central location with easy metro access.

Great location directly across from the Coliseum Theatre, on the third floor. Close to main metro lines and shopping. Close enough to walk down Rambla but far enough to be away from the crowds. AC in master and living room, but not the small bunk room. My 2 teens slept in the living room pull out for the AC and watched tv all night so no big deal. My only complaint is that you have to walk about 10 minutes to pickup the key at their office, at the hottest time of the day (3pm). It would be much better if they sent someone on an electric scooter to drop it off, especially if you have kids or luggage to drag around. Overall, its a great place. We would definetly stay again and will recommend to all our friends travelling to Barcelona.

Amazing location and great apartment

Location cannot be beat! Easy walk to Cataluyna, Ramblas and longer but easy walk to many Gaudi landmarks. Many excellent restaurants and shops very close as well.Apartment is very good. Clean and comfortable. Some clarification of listing though as 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed but not 2 additional single beds as indicated and 3rd "bedroom" is actually living room with pull-out couch. Otherwise, apartment is spacious and functional. Despite being on major road, the place was quiet as bedrooms are set back from the main road.Customer service from the management company was very good. Excellent communication and response time. Minor issue at check-in but was rectified quickly and efficiently. One other small inconvenience is having to pick-up the key off-site (10 minute walk) which is a hassle if you have your luggage as pick-up areas is very busy.Highly recommend this apartment for central Barcelona and would definitely rent again.

Complicated process for booking and checking in.

First off this place works outside of the VRBO process for billing so you have to be comfortable using their system and getting links from unknown emails. Once you get past that you have to understand that you will pick up keys in another building and then walk 10 mins to this building. Finally they need to tell you the water heater is fixed. We could only get in an 10 minute shower in the morning before there is not enough hot water. They came to fix it and said they adjusted the heat up but it was no different the next day.

Excellent location, nice property

This is listed as a 3 bedroom property, but it is two bedroom plus a fold out couch in the living room. Unfortunately, the fold out couch is broken and when set up as a bed, the end does not stay standing when any weight is on it. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch in couch mode, not bed mode. The only other oddity is the key pickup. It was easy and the staff we wonderful, but we did have to pick the keys up about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Not a huge issue, but when tired from a day of travelling, it would be nice to have a way to grab keys on site rather than take a suitcase for a walk. Despite these issues, it is a wonderful property, fantastic location, and I would stay there again (but I'd make sure the couch folds out properly into a bed).

Barcellona on the road

Soggiorno in un appartamento davvero ben tenuto collocato in posizione strategica nei presso del centro della cittĂ . Ottima la dotazione di cucina e appartamento, spazi gradevoli e funzionali. Molto gradita la possibilitĂ  all'arrivo e alla partenza di lasciare le valige presso l 'ufficio del gestore collocato in un meraviglioso spazio al 19 piano di un palazzo ubicato a breve distanza dall'appartamento e quindi raggiungibile a piedi. Alla fine dei conti...ci torneremmo domani e questo...Ăš quello che conta!

Excelente lugar

Estuvimos 3 noches durante nuestra visita a Barcelona. Excelente ubicación muy cerca de Plaza Cataluña. La propiedad estaba en excelentes condiciones y muy limpia. Muy buena comunicación antes, durante y después de nuestra estancia. Las oficinas de los administradores muy cerca que hizo muy cómodo el dejar el equipaje antes de la hora del check-in y después del check-out para seguir disfrutando la ciudad. Sin duda nos volveríamos a quedar en esta propiedad si regresamos a Barcelona.

Location! Location! Location!

This apartment is in an amazing location! The host was was always available to answer question and give recommendations. The smaller bedroom did not have an AC, but they brought us a fan within 1 hour of our arrival. I would stay here again and recommend other travelers to rent this apartment in Barcelona.
