A great stay location and setup. The host was very responsive and helpful for checkin/checkout instructions. However, some areas of the apartment were a little dirty/dusty/mouldy. Nothing too horrible, but if you are sensitive to these types of things, you might experience some issues.

Great place to stay. Good connection into City center with tram and bus. We also travelled with the regional train, which is clone by. The appartement is clean and comfortable. We even got a child chair for our 2 year old. The beds are comfortable and there is everything you need in the kitchen. The communication with Bruno and Guila was really good and the were available for and questions. Really recommended!

Easy walk to the bus and then into Florence. This place is nice and peaceful and away from the crazy crowds. Loved my stay here.

Lovely, comfortable, well-appointed apartment with everything we needed. Location very quiet and good for public transport access, though nothing open Sunday afternoons. Washing machine and elevator very much appreciated!

We thank you for your appreciation, but were struck by the severity of your judgment, especially coming from a 24 year old guest. A little dusty..., it gives the idea of an old, somewhat abandoned apartment. Honestly, this is not the case, the apartment is recent and also very well looked after. The mortification of the lady who helps us with the cleaning, whose seriousness and commitment we appreciate, led us to ask ourselves if the apartment was a little dusty from the beginning or if it became dusty during your week-long stay . If you had reported the problem to us from the beginning, we would certainly have intervened to correct it. In any case, we hope this didn't ruin your stay...

Absolutely perfect!

I went as a solo traveler, my first time abroad. Bruno was a charming host and was extremely helpful. The little market around the corner was so fun to shop and bus stop across the street to take me downtown.

Florence visit

Giulia’s property is well stocked and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It gave us a good sense of life in Florence. The tram and train are easily accessible and we even used electric bikes a few times to get around town. Communication was clear and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Florence

The place is quite nice. Are conditioning both upstairs and downstairs and newer ACs with good cooling power. Kitchen is well equipped. We stayed as a family of 5. A bit far from where you want to be but a short train ride (1 stop) and you are where all the action is. I’d recommend that over a bus. Overall a great place to stay in Florence. Highly recommend!

Florence stay

We enjoyed our stay in Florence. The apartment is the perfect size for a longer stay. We were there for 2.5 weeks. The bathroom is a trip down the stairs at nite which was not convenient but doable. The apartment was chilly after they turned the heat off for the season but we had sufficient bedding. Also it is a pretty long trip by public transport to the center of Florence. All were described well in the apartment description. Bruno did everything he could to make our trip perfect. Over all we had a good visit.

The apartment was very well equipped. The host very nice , washing machine was great.Air conditioner worked, 4th floor. Convenient if you are looking for a city apartment. There were no toys or art supplies for kids-good idea to put some for the kids that arrive on vacation. The apartment was comfortable, no nature view from windows. nearby apartment houses.

Well equipped apartment. Clean and cozy

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. All amenities operational and a well eqipped kitchen. Modern bathroom woth a large shower was appreciated. Close to the bus stop. Bus 20 takes you into the old part of town. BUT IF YOU HAVE DRIVEN TO FLORENCE BE AWARE THERE IS NO PARKING. We were told parking was available. This was street parking which is near impossible to find an empty space. When we contacted the owner all he could suggest was to park at the nearby hospital carpark which was a kilometre away! Recommend you look elsewhere if you have a car.

Florence is not friendly to tourists by car. The entire center is closed to traffic and parking, unless you park in expensive public garages. Parking on the street in the areas around the centre, allowed only in places with blue lines, can cost 2/3 euros per hour. In our area, circulation and parking are possible. Parking in the blue lines from 8am to 8pm on weekdays costs 1 euro per hour. Then there are the free parking spaces in the yellow lines, intended for residents, but usable by our guests and a certain number of free spaces. In via Oxilia, between seats in yellow lines and free ones, there are 12. Our more intelligent guests appreciate that a few minutes away there is a large car park whose maximum cost for 24 hours of parking is 4 euros. Finally, I hope you don't mind knowing that we believed the innocence of the person you accused of theft and who had to take care of cleaning up the house left by you particularly dirty and messy.

Nice but far from attractions

The unit is slightly different than as pictured in regards to some of the furniture pictured. The host was easy to communicate with using What’s App. The pro regarding this unit is that it is in a secure building and does have an elevator to reach the 4th floor it is located on. However, the bedroom is on the second floor of the unit, so there are stairs to climb. The A/C worked wonderfully. The cons about this unit is that it is much farther away from the train station and city hub than we expected. We had to take a taxi or use the train/shuttle to get from the train station to be able to walk to this rental unit. It is also located near the hospital, so there were sirens constantly.

l'appartement est parfait rien ne manque le proprietaire nous avez acheté de quoi souper car le dimanche soir tout est ferme il ne manquait rien. location exceptionnelle tant par la gentillesse du propriétaire que par la qualite de la location. quartier calme et pratiqque pour se rendre à florence par le train qui est a 8 minutes de l appartement et qui nous conduit directement au centre ville
