Ce spacieux condo 2/2 à Inverness Condominiums est situé en plein cœur de New Braunfels. Avec Schlitterbahn juste en face de la rue et la rivière Comal juste à votre porte arrière avec accès direct à la rivière, c'est le lieu de vacances idéal. Ce concept de vie ouvert a un salon / salle à manger spacieux et une cuisine bien équipée. Les deux chambres ont toutes deux un lit queen size et une salle de bain privée et il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen size pour les invités supplémentaires. Des draps de haute qualité sont fournis pour les lits et les salles de bains. Venez vous détendre pour un week-end ou une semaine complète dans ce magnifique condo de rivière.

Rockin 'R est un pourvoyeur de tubes local qui peut ramasser 2 lots dans les condos d'Inverness entre le Memorial Day et le Labor Day. Pour toute réservation en dehors de cette période, la boutique Rockin 'R est située à seulement 5 km.
Vous disposez de 2 cartes de stationnement, une pour une place couverte numérotée et une seconde pour le stationnement général. Ce condo est au troisième étage et il y a un ascenseur. Les clients doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus pour effectuer une réservation et doivent séjourner dans l'établissement. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Les clients recevront 6 bracelets (montant maximum autorisé). Ce condo a une occupation maximale de 6 personnes. Cette occupation maximale ne doit être dépassée à aucun moment. Aucun invité pendant la journée n'est autorisé.

** BRACELETS ET PASSES DE STATIONNEMENT REQUIS *** Ces condos sont la propriété individuelle et les propriétaires permettent gracieusement de louer et d'apprécier leurs "résidences secondaires"! Le HOA du complexe avait établi des politiques pour s'assurer que tout le monde séjournant dans le complexe puisse passer un merveilleux moment. En raison de son emplacement fabuleux, nous pouvons avoir des problèmes avec les intrus. Les agents de sécurité sur place sont là pour s'assurer que seuls les locataires utilisent le terrain et que les clients se garent dans les bonnes places de stationnement. Veuillez ne pas être offensé par les politiques concernant les bracelets et les laissez-passer de stationnement, ils sont vraiment là pour vous assurer un moment fabuleux!

Location was great!. We walked to nearby restaurants & bars. Brought our own tubes and entered the comal right in front to enjoy a 1.5 hour float to the last exit & then had a short walk back to the condo. The condo was stocked with essentials & the stay was very comfortable.

The location is the best because you can float from the condo to the last public exit in about 45 minutes with about an 8 minute walk back to the condo.

My only problem with the place was the kitchen sink smells very bad. The garbage disposal does not work so I think there is some rotting food down in there. The parking was very limited and pretty hard to park a full size truck in the lot. Other then that the place was great

Memorial Day Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Condo was a bit outdated for the price. Was good enough but nothing really nice. The toilet overflowed the first day so we had water all in the floor that we had to clean up, which wasn't fun. The parking situation was terrible and extremely frustrating. Every evening regardless of when we got back there were no spots and we were told we couldn't park in the reserved parking. I mean, we paid a lot of money to be there and can't park? That situation needs to be handled. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Hi Aron, Thank you for your feedback on this condo. We are sorry that you did not find your stay at Inverness 302 to be absolutely perfect. We wish you would have let us know about the toilet issue on the first day, we would have sen our maintenance out immediately to remedy the situation. Pparking at this complex is regulated to two spots, one of which is reserved and one is for general parking. Unfortunately, many guests do not abide by the instructions which makes parking more difficult than necessary.

Overall a thumbs up, just not what we were looking for...

Some things that I didn't like: 1) the pool was pretty small for the number of was crowded with only 6 people in it. 2) There was only one place to get into the river from the property and people tended to congregate there so it made it difficult to get in and out. 3) the river current is strong there which made swimming and enjoying the river difficult (with there only being one access point from the property) I think 2 access points at opposite ends of the property would have made it easier to get in float a little ways enjoy the river and then get out at the downstream access. 4) The beds at this location felt as if they were 20 years old or more....very worn and a bit uncomfortable. What I did like about this property: 1) Elevator 2) This unit has a keyless entry so no key to keep track of 3) Great location (we could walk to Schlitterbahn and Pat's restaurant) 4) Roomy and relatively quiet (AC was a bit loud tho) 5) Nice balcony (this unit doesn't overlook the river) Overall, I probably won't stay at this property again since swimming in the river and pool is one of the major attractions we go for. I would recommend this property for families that just need a nice comfortable place to stay while they enjoy other activities in New Braunfels. We went to Schlitterbahn but ended up driving since we had a few things to carry (you *could* walk there but it would have been hot and uncomfortable), we also rented tubes from Landa Falls and floated the river and what was nice was we could exit the river at our property and eat lunch and use the bathroom, then get back in and complete the float, we did the float twice which pretty much took the entire day.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great time, the condo was ok. The beds are not comfortable and the view in the pictures are nit accurate. Over all a good stay
