2 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement de luxe est situé à seulement deux pùtés de maisons du Ft. plage Lauderdale et situé sur la voie navigable intercostale. Les installations comprennent piscine, bain à remous, des aires de pique-nique couvertes. Idéalement situé à proximité des grands restaurants et des magasins. Condo est joliment meublé. Il y a une télévision dans le salon et toutes les chambres. Les deux chambres ont ordinateur espace de travail et le maßtre dispose d'un grand écran et un clavier pour votre PC. Le condo a un accÚs Internet WiFi.

Our stay was great! Quick walk to the beach and convenient bars/restaurants nearby. The residents around this property are also very nice and welcoming.

Terrific location, wonderful manager!

This condo is in a great location a block from the ocean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The manager of the condo was one of the best communicators I've dealt with on VRBO. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and Quiet Stay

This was such an enjoyable stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for our stay. It’s an older complex, but the people were so very friendly. The jacuzzi and pool were perfect, and the free noon cookout on Wednesday by Kevin and his buddy was a nice touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A friendly resort.

Very clean condo walking distance to the beach. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Pool was great; very relaxing. A great place to launch for trips around Fort Lauderdale and Southeast Florida. Had a great time.

"Yachts"of Fun!

Check in was a breeze, Staff and other Tenants were a delight and the location was perfect. We were in town for a wedding at the Bonnet House, which was half a block away.

Great Location

This property has a great location, only steps to the beach and restaurants. There are also a few convenience stores within walking distance. The Galleria Mall and Publix are less than half a mile away. The kitchen is well stocked with items for cooking. The beds are memory foam and provide an excellent sleep. I would stay here again.

Coconut Bay Experience

good location to walk to beach and restaurants. Traffic was pretty bad and lots of crazy drivers. People at coconut bay were very friendly and informative. Pool area was always kept clean.

Great way to start our vacation

Owner's communication excellant. Lovely 2 bedroom condo for two older couples on ground floor. The pool was about 3 doors down. The backdoor opened to the yacht moored canal. Location was good, 2 blocks to everything. Would use the same unit again.

Fabulous!!

We loved our stay! All was perfect. The condo is spacious and the entire property is well maintained with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The location two blocks from the beach is spectacular. So much to do in the area and all either within walking distance or a short drive away. I highly recommend this property to all beach lovers!! The owners were very responsive to all questions and minor concerns. Being located at a resort was a special bonus with pool and room towels provided and helpful personnel at the resort desk and all around the property. We spent a month here and did want to leave !

Great family friendly location & amenities

Our family of 4 spent 5 days at this condo and it was amazing! The kids loved the pool and the pool area had plenty of seating for all guests. The condo itself was exactly like it was described. We were surprised with and appreciated the variety of cooking tools and supplies. The bedrooms were large and having 2 bathrooms was awesome. The location is ideal - right off the main road, a block from the beach, close to the grocery store as well as several restaurants. We didn't rent a car for our stay and really didn't need one at all since everything was so close! The owner was flexible with our check in/out which we appreciated greatly. We would definitely return to this location!

Perfect Location!

We came into town for a concert and needed a location close to the water taxi as we did not rent a car. This location is perfect, near Publix, Starbucks, walking distance to the beach, etc! The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Jenny was incredibly responsive and accommodated all of our requests. We were two couples traveling and it was definitely beneficial to have two bathrooms! We would definitely stay here again! The pool area and hot tub was exactly what we needed, being from the cold MA area!!! Beach towels were provided. Check in and check out was super easy as well. Thank you!!

Great Location

This property is close to the beach and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Publix is nearby and the Galleria Mall just a hop, skip & a jump as well. The condo was immaculate, the kitchen well stocked. Beds very comfy (which is so appreciated after a 10 1/2 hour drive). The condo had a little Christmas tree in the living room and Christmas pillows in the bedrooms which I felt was such a sweet touch. The management was very friendly. Jennie is awesome, always answered any questions I had within minutes. Yes, we would stay here again. Thank you Jennie! Happy New Year 2020!

Nice place poor check in set up

We arrived late on thursday called told them we would be late they put key in lock box and never sent us the code to get in so we had to rent a hotel on thursday night which was tough due to festival in town .very disappointing with no compensation. Rest was as expected but dont appreciate the additional cost on our vacation

Great Place and Location

This rental was so nice. Loved the Location! Kitchen has everything you would need. Very clean and people are very friendly. Nice size bedrooms and comfy beds. Steve was very helpful with any questions you may have.
