Belle plage de Clearwater. Villa d'une chambre sur la propriĂ©tĂ© riveraine situĂ©e sur le canal de Mandalay. C'EST UNE PROPRIÉTÉ FRONTALE DE L'EAU MAIS CETTE UNITÉ N'A PAS DE VUE SUR L'EAU !! Cuisine, salle Ă  manger, une salle de bain, et divan-lit dans le salon. Il suffit d'apporter vos vĂȘtements, nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Grand quai en front de mer et un coin salon parfait pour regarder les dauphins et la vie de l'eau. Ă  quelques pas des magnifiques vues sur l'eau depuis notre spacieux salon. Endroit calme mais la distance de marche de tout, y compris la plage. Pas de voiture nĂ©cessaire, des vĂ©los disponibles Ă  la location ainsi que les conseils de paddle et kayaks.

Great location and friendly host

The location was great and we were able to see several Dolphins from the dock! Patti was very accommodating and ensured that we had a very enjoyable stay. The laundry and some of the beach toys onsite were also a nice plus.

Clearwater Beach Getaway

Clearwater Beach is one of our favourite beaches in the US, white sand and clearwater, hence the name. Our VRBO location was excellent, on the inter coastal which has its own charm and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The hosts of the property were very nice, friendly, professional and accommodating. Definitely we will go back.

Great place to stay!

Great location!! Not right on the water but the pier is just 200 feet away and you have direct access to it. Walking distance to restaurants. Short walk to the beach. I would love to stay there again.

Perfect location

Great property at a fantastic location. Clean and quiet spot just a few minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed sunrises on the dock and sunsets on the beach. We will be back!

Nice for beach goers

We enjoyed our stay as the unit had everything we needed. The location was great as we intended to spend most time at the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a thoughtful addition to the unit making it easier for us to relax by the water. My only real complaint is that the unit is connected to other units causing some unease because you could hear everything going on next door including talking and when they are eating. Overall, it was worth it! Nice place if you just want beach time and close to the activity downtown.

Beautiful Villa Close to Everything

I loved being close to the beach and close to the trolley pickup. We didn’t have a car and was so glad we used the trolley as it was busy. Lots of things to see and do and the Villa was nice and comfortable too.

Family vacation

This place was a perfect location and walking distance to the beach. We had everything we needed since we took a plane. Beach toys for the kids and umbrella, chairs and beach towels.

The owners & property manager were absolutely amazing!! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back in our future vacations. They provided more than expected for toiletries and beach supplies!! Highly recommend booking :)

Great location

The close distance to the sugar sand beach and the private dock right at the villa were my favourite things about this property. The rental unit was nice and clean and had beach necessities such as lawn chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and a wagon to haul it all there in available for use. Also appreciated was the onsite laundry.

Pre-Memorial Day Vacation

Very pleasant and comfortable villa on Clearwater Beach that allowed us to relax and feel like we were truly on vacation. The beach and the barrier island channel were all within minutes walking distance, to include restaurants, bars, and shopping. The perfect getaway.

Perfect location

My family of four (2 adults, one 10 y/o, one 3 y/o) stayed here for the past week. The check in process was easy, location was perfect for us. Everything in walking distance including the beach & pier 60, which saves so much time from traffic! They had an umbrella and 2 beach chairs as well! Also, make sure to watch the sunrise from the dock in back. Magnificent. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

A great week

The property was a great location and had everything we needed for our week vacation. The beach chairs, beach towels & laundry area were great for us since we traveled by air. Patti was great if we needed anything extra such as toilet paper & trash bags. Perfect place for a couple. The unit was very clean & the bed very comfy. We will definitely book again. The dock was great to relax on when the beach was windy & we got to see dolphins swimming around.

Perfect distance from the beach, quiet, clean

Extremely clean! Loved how close it was to the beach and shopping strip. No need for a vehicle. Very quiet relaxing place to stay. Has kayaks and dock on bay side which was very fun and nice. Toby, the owner was a pleasure to be around and made our stay, the best we've had! We stayed in a one bedroom this time but are planning a family vacation in the fall to stay in the house. It is stunning inside! Until next time!

Nice little quiet getaway!

We specifically chose this location because of the comments around convenience, and peace and quiet from the Clearwater Strip! It's exactly as the reviews say- quick walk to pretty much anything you need, and if not- the trolley is available. We used it to go to the aquarium and to get groceries. It's really amazing how quiet the area is, which was great for the kids going to bed early. The beach wagon was a must! We also got to see dolphins RIGHT by the dock! Patti was super responsive and accommodating whenever we needed anything. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

Great Clearwater Stay

Lovely! We had a great stay, close to beach. Pier 60 is about 0.8mi south, so we only walked there a few times to see the sunset. The closer beach is much quieter and better. Quiet cul-de-sac, nice owners, very attentive. The pullout couch for our 12 year old was fine, but she's getting older and may need something more comfortable in the future, but fine for kids. Good AC! Nice hot shower! Free washer and dryer was a great benefit! Clean and well maintained place. We stayed in the one bedroom.
