Perfect Stay!

Perfect place to visit. We loved it here. Very easy walking distance to York City Centre, Parking payable on the doorstep. Modern interior, comfortable furnishings, very welcoming. Clean and cosy throughout. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Great place to stay in York.

Minsters Reach is ideally located. Just a short stroll to the centre of York. The bed was comfortable. The heating system very good. It was clean and well appointed. The only very small niggle was that the WiFi was glitchy. This was not an issue for us but may be for others. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to others.

Excellent apartment and location but please check everything is working

The development in which the apartment is located is attractive and a few minutes walk from the city centre. The accommodation is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, apart from the lack of a corkscrew. However, there were dirty saucepans in the cupboard and one had a handle so loose that it would have been dangerous to use. In addition, the instructions for the cooker in the flat were for another appliance The spout on the kitchen sink tap frequently separated from the base causing a fountain of water to flood the draining board and the windowsill behind the sink. None of these was individually that big a deal but you got the impression that no one is periodically checking on the apartment to make sure everything is at it should be. And like all holidays lets in York, the accommodation is expensive.
