ABSOLUMENT PRISTINE! 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain, 150 pieds au bord de l'eau. Cuisine bien équipée, climatisation, ventilateurs de plafond, Internet sans fil, télévision à écran plat 55 "dans la Liv, sont équipées de télévisions dans les deux chambres, barbecue à gaz, 2 lanais avec vue sur l'océan / plage, armoires à linge bien approvisionnées, grand parking couvert juste en dessous de l'unité, douche extérieure, grande cour, laveuse / sécheuse, ping-pong, baby-foot et jeu de fléchettes!. Vous ne serez pas déçu!

Votre maison insulaire est située du deuxième étage d'un immeuble en triplex, côté océan - Pu'uwai O 'Kahalu'u (au cœur de Kahalu'u). L'accès au garage de votre unité est facile. Tout est neuf et vierge, avec la climatisation dans le salon et les ventilateurs de plafond partout. Cuisine bien approvisionnée et 1100 pieds carrés plus 350 pieds carrés de lanais couvert avec vue sur l'océan / plage. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec 1 lit queen dans chaque chambre et un lit de repos avec 2 matelas jumeaux dans l'espace entre la salle à manger et le salon. Endormez-vous au son du surf!

Traversez la rue jusqu'au parc Kahalu'u Beach, le premier spot de plongée et de surf de l'île. Le quartier compte plusieurs magasins de location de planches et le voisin d'à côté dirige une école de surf. Équipement de plongée disponible à la location à la plage. À moins de 1,6 km, vous trouverez des magasins, des restaurants, une salle de cinéma, une épicerie, une pharmacie et les soins urgents de Keauhou. Nous espérons que ce n’est pas nécessaire. À moins de 3 km de la jetée de la baie de Keauhou, lieu de départ de diverses activités, dont la baignade avec les raies Manta. Le Kona Country Club a rouvert ses portes à moins d'un kilomètre et le club de golf de Makalei, situé à seulement 16 kilomètres, propose un parcours difficile avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan, des prix raisonnables.

Overall great place to stay. Close to most local attractions, instruction we're good and amenities were nice. Driveway was a bit difficult to navigate in and out, but after I got the hang of it, that was not too bad either. I would recommend to all going to big island.

This condo is right across from a snorkeling beach, which meant family members could go anytime they wanted (instead of everyone having to load into a car). It was much more spacious than we were expecting, and it was spotless. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Spacious and well-appointed place in a great location

We absolutely loved the location of this property, steps from excellent snorkeling, swimming and surfing at the Kahalu’u Beach Park and a short drive to many beautiful beaches, coffee shops, restaurants and historic sites. The proprietors were very helpful and we booked two great tours via David of Kona Concierge. Highly recommended.

Great Location Steps to Beach

This unit is clean and spacious. Well equiped kitchen, bathrooms and beach stuff. Located nicely across the street from beach, snorkeling, surf boarding. Minor detail was that there was only one blanket in the closet for three beds. No comforters, only sheets. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Property driveway has many pot holes, cleanliness not so good debri under beds, no blankets and customer service seemed to be bothered when be called. Beach accross street very rocky and aggressive.

We have a 4.8/5 star google rating and pride ourselves on providing guests with an excellent experience. You checked in on a back to back which means there was a check out at 11AM and your check in at 4PM. You arrived to the property earlier than our check in time attempting to check in so our contracted cleaners allowed you to check in earlier than usual although they were still trying to complete the cleaning. We apologize if some items were missed, this is why we have a set check in time. If ever a property is released early, we call to let our guests know. Our carport and driveway are well maintained, however, we have no control over the shared private road to the home. Kahaluu Beach Park is a popular snorkeling beach. It is a marine sanctuary so the reef life and habitat are abundant. Sandy beaches are more common up north. We hope that you enjoyed your time on island. Mahalo for choosing to stay with us.

Lovely

We had a great experience. 2 adults and 4 kids fit perfectly here with a little room to spare. We ate all our meals on the lanai. The neighborhood was very quiet. Clean accommodations upon arrival. Snorkeling beach just steps away (across the street). The only thing that would have been nice is a rice cooker and crock pot. But that would just be a nice to have definitely not a deal breaker. Hope to stay here again someday!

Loved it

Amazing! Steps away from beach with snorkeling. It had everything we needed and more. We cooked every day and there is a store a short drive away. The apartment was very clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We had an issue with the lock and the management was very prompt fixing it. As someone said parking can be tricky (not pulling in, but pulling out), but I got used to it. It was great having a washer and dryer. Highly recommend this unit.

Nice place, great location if you like Kahalu'u

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and nicely set up, with a good supply of toiletries, etc. so we didn't have to immediately rush out and buy things. My wife was unhappy there was no rice cooker - but we bought one and left it there, so hopefully it will be there for others. We loved being able to walk out the door and be in the water at Kahalu'u in a couple of minutes. This unit gets good cross-breezes so we rarely needed to use the AC. You do have to be careful getting in/out of the parking with the support posts, but that's a minor annoyance. I'd very happily stay here again.

Great location across from beach

The location and the cleanliness were the only things we liked about this property. The neighborhood is VERY noisy with people working with machinery, people constantly talking on their cell phones outside, other renters outside drinking and being loud. This unit is under the top unit and there are no carpets anywhere and anyone who was upstairs sounded like elephants--no respect for people below them at all. The unit was also done VERY cheaply. There is one set of sheets per bed (and the sheets are awful), the beds are so soft you fall off the edge, we had to go buy pots and pans as the stuff there was tiny and cheap. We were there for 2 months and would not stay there again. Kona Coast Vacations was great.

Highly Recommend for Snorkel Lovers!

This property had the perfect location, situated just across the street from the beautiful Kahalu'u beach park. The place is SPACIOUS, with enough room for 4 adults and 1 child. Great layout allowing for privacy (closet between the 2 bedroom/bathroom). Management company was very responsive and prompt. There was clear communication on amenities being basic, but I found it to be pretty generous and more than enough for us. Easy laundry access downstairs was awesome, especially separate units having their own. Note beach across is not supposed to be very sandy for folks with young kids. I really liked that there are only 3 units to the building (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs) so there's great privacy and less feeling of being in a crowded condo blocked in by neighbors. Downstairs was the laundry/parking, so no fear of disturbing neighbors with a kid running around. Upstairs unit footsteps, etc could be heard but that's expected, wasn't bad. Only suggestion was the guest bedroom bed is not super comfy while the master bedroom had an amazing mattress. Mahalo for a great stay, would definitely stay again!

Great location in Kona

Very nice property across street from great snorkeling beach and historic area ( see sign in beach park). The beach gets crowded with snorkelers but there are lifeguards and even people giving advice about snorkeling (how to see the most fish, not damage reefs, provide anti fog spray ) at some times. A fair amount to see…. One day the life guards spotted a shark and got everyone out of water ( scary but glad they were watching and got great photos of reef-shark). Property is good size with parking underneath. Great lanai in front with own grill for our unit. Very beautiful plantings around property but that does limit ocean view somewhat. Property looked very clean but suspect floors need a deep clean since our feet got dirty from walking around unit. Great rec area in garage area with ping pong, foosball, and electronic darts which my preteens loved. Trundle beds and master bed comfortable but 2nd bedroom bed was not as good. Kitchen pretty well stocked with dishes and some spices in cabinet. Other properties had condiments in fridge and this one didn’t …we did without this time. Overall nice place.

A slice of paradise

This condo is in the absolute perfect location for a family vacation. Super close to a trolley stop, bike rentals and across the street from an awesome beach. The fully stocked kitchen is super helpful if you’re wanting to save money on food. They are very responsive with communication. Our only suggestion would be to provide more than 4 rolls of toilet paper for 5 guests for 14 days.

Wish we stayed longer

This property was gorgeous. The rooms were clean, kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook a meal, the view was amazing. The nearby salt water pool with a walking path right next to the property was very cool. I wish we’d stayed here longer before venturing to the other side of the island.
