Bienvenue au paradis! Vous avez trouvé le condo parfait pour votre Hawaiian Vacation. 2-103 au Surf & Racquet Club est un magnifique, 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain DIRECT propriété rez de chaussée en bord de mer. Cette propriété a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Wifi, Raquettes de tennis, plage de vitesse, tous disponibles pour votre commodité.
Les propriétaires ont largement remodelé l'ensemble de la cuisine en mars 2017 !! Voir les photos!

Unité # 2-103 a l'hébergement disponible pour dormir 6!

Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club est une communauté fermée de condominiums. Il y a trois courts de tennis de style professionnel avec éclairage de nuit; un pro de tennis est à portée de main tous les jours pour des cours ou l'amélioration du jeu coaching.

La grande, récemment rénové piscine est idéal pour "tours" et aussi pour de petites activités enfants de l'eau. des séances d'exercices à base de Piscine sont proposés chaque matin. Les douches et les toilettes sont situés dans le grand pavillon prÚs des tribunaux piscine et tennis.
L'une des caractéristiques les plus intéressantes du Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club sont les nombreux sites archéologiques. Ces espaces préservés donnent un aperçu de la vie il y a des années hawaïennes. Chaque site a une description affichée est des activités qui ont eu lieu il y a des années et des années.
Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club possÚde de nombreux jardins et des sentiers pédestres. Fleurs et feuillages tropicaux sont abondants. Il y a plusieurs aires de barbecue en plein air pour les clients à utiliser.
La grande ßle est également connue comme la capitale de golf d'Hawaii avec 16 cours, 11 qui sont situés dans l'ouest de Hawaii. Il y a une nouvelle gamme de conduite appelé le "Swing Zone" situé prÚs de la Kailua Pier, pour tous ceux qui veulent rafraßchir un court séjour.

Great setup for couple or small family. Waterfront, patio with ceiling fans, the AC and two bathrooms were highlights for us. Super helpful and easy to work with host. Will for sure keep this on the list for future visits.

Great ocean view for watching sunset. Short drive to Magic Sands Beach. Everything you need for beach day was provided and nice little welcome package. Everything clean, fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. AC was great, with ceiling fans in all spaces including the lanai. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for 4 adults.

Great condo in a great location. Simple access to the condo with no key to worry about. It was easy in and easy out every day. Perfect view of the daily sunset. First floor condo made it easy to pathway and view the sunsets. Quiet place with only the crashing waves being heard. The condo was well furnished. It had quite a selection of beach gear. It even had a fishing pole! Definitely will stay here again

From the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, to the plethora of beach and activity amenities (boogies boards, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc) and the AC in every room, this was a truly great place to stay. That’s not even mentioning the excellent location and property amenities - close to everything and in a gated community, with access to a pool, tennis/pickleball courts, barbecue grills, and, of course, right on the water. We LOVED sitting out on the lanai in the mornings and watched the waves, and then eating dinner while watching the sunset in the evenings. This is a truly wonderful place to stay and we would certainly book this again!

Great location within easy walking distance to local snorkel beach, shopping and private-like black sand tide pool beach next door to complex. Kitchen was well equipped to cook at home. Owners closet had beach chairs, pool toys and other items to use. Grounds are beautiful, well maintained and home to many types of birds. Unit could use some maintenance to drywall around washer and dryer but both were clean and usable. Be aware that you will need to sign a contract with rental company and pay extra for insurance for this unit. The master bedroom is open to the living area with only a sliding screen for privacy which wasn't an issue for us as we had no other guest. Second bedroom had twin beds with a door. Management was accessible by phone if needed and provided a nice welcome treats. We enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying here again.

Wonderful Stay

We usually get a big house but needed to stay a couple of nights before we could stay with family so we found this beautiful place. Right on the ocean and very clean accommodations. There is a little beach area you can walk to. The whole experience was very nice. Thank you for sharing your home!!

This is our 3rd year staying in this condo complex. We just love the location, views and everything about it. It’s close enough to numerous restaurants and shops but far enough away from traffic and noise. Perfect.

This condo is in a beautiful, private complex with amazing views of the ocean from the large lanai. The condo is less than a mile from the grocery store and several restaurants, and we were only 5 minutes from the Keauhou Bay, where many charters are located. The condo had beach chairs, towels, and cooler for guest use. We loved the air conditioning and the washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Great patio with two lounge chairs and two reclining chairs along with a high-top table with four stools. I wish the facility would remove the small hedge so we see the ocean from the entire patio rather than only half of it. Loved falling asleep hearing the waves crashing! The other recommendation was to have shower mats for floor. I would definitely recommend.

Relaxing vacation with kids

Spent a wonderful and relaxing 10 days at this property with my kids (5 and 8). The condo was clean and quiet, lanai had beautiful views, kitchen was well stocked, furniture was comfortable. All around a perfect vacation, and I’d definitely stay again on a future trip. Mahalo!

Great Location!

Very close to great snorkeling. Condo had towels and everything you need to have fun at the beach. The air conditioning worked great. The grounds are beautiful and the sunset views were outstanding. Very comfortable and clean. Only one minor issue was not having a designated parking spot. Would stay here again.

The pool was nice, never super crowded, mostly older people sitting in the chairs not actually swimming which was fun for my kids to have almost the whole pool to themselves.never heard too much noise above us. Kitchen is decently stocked with needed supplies.
