We had a great time on our vacation! We always stay in condos when we take trips and this was one of the nicest ones we’ve ever stayed in and hands down the cleanest one ever and the best stocked. The Crescent building is also excellent. The pool area was perfect for our kids and the “lending library” just off the lobby is such a nice bonus.

The condo was first class. Clean, roomy, huge outside patio/deck with a privacy area, and a great view of the ocean and pool. And 2 beach chairs with umbrella were included each day. Hoping to stay there again.

This condo has the perfect view of both the pool and beach. It's bigger than it appears in the photos. It was an excellent choice for my family of four over spring break. We never had an issue getting a spot by the pool or on the beach. There's a restaurant next door which is nice and there's plenty of good sight seeing in walking distance. Highly recommend this condo. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice facility, well secured, easy parking.

Perfect Family Vacation

There is no better place than The Crescent in Miramar Beach. Private beach access and our unit came with beach chairs/umbrella, large kid friendly swimming pool. The entire property was perfect for our family.

This condo is the perfect in every way! Steps from the ocean and pool! Close to everything! The view is breathtaking the pictures just don’t do it justice! We can’t wait to go back!

Destin Stay

We’ve stayed in this unit before and it does not disappoint. Close to everything you need nearby. Meticulous pool and the beach right out your door. We have been coming to this property for many years. Always a memorable week when we come down in the summer.

This condo and property is beautiful and a great location. We won’t stay any where else when we are in Miramar. The host was very easy to communicate with and the 2 beach chairs and umbrella were a huge bonus. The view is amazing and so close to the pool and beach. A lot of the other properties on Miramar, you have to cross the street, but not here. We loved that it isn’t a huge complex and only has around 70 units. The pool is gorgeous and never crowded. The restaurant The Surf Hut is right next door and one of our favs. Parking was easy and we were always able to park in the covered area. Check in was a breeze and we liked the security of the property. They give you a wrist band so only guests can get to the pool and condo. The shack for the chairs opens at 9:00 and if you get down there around 8:15 you can get front row, although 2nd row isn’t bad. This is the best place in all of Destin/Miramar!

This is an amazing property. The view is spectacular. The condition and cleanliness is top notch. Only about a minute walk to the sand. Just amazing.
