Vous êtes directement sur le golfe. Le grand balcon est parfait pour écouter les vagues déferler sur le rivage, profiter de votre tasse de café du matin, vous détendre avec un bon livre et regarder de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur l'eau vert émeraude.

Séjournez dans le luxe dans notre condo au 6e étage entièrement meublé et récemment mis à jour. Regardez les photos pour voir par vous-même. Le salon et la chambre principale font face au golfe. Accédez au balcon de chaque pièce. . Téléviseurs HD, câble et WIFI gratuit sont inclus.

Nous vous fournissons également un service de plage GRATUIT. Le service de plage est saisonnier du 1er mars au 31 octobre. Ce service comprend deux chaises longues avec parasol.

Notre condo est situé au Celadon Beach Resort sur les plages tranquilles et familiales de Panama City Beach. En restant à l'extrémité ouest, vous serez à quelques minutes de tout et des mondes à l'écart de la circulation et du bruit. Cet emplacement est le meilleur des deux mondes.

Celadon Beach Resort est un complexe de première classe avec toutes les commodités que vous voudriez pour de belles vacances. Il y a deux piscines, une côté plage et une piscine intérieure / extérieure, deux bains à remous, un court de tennis, un centre de fitness, un clubhouse avec cuisine complète (disponible à la location pour des événements spéciaux ou des réunions), 2 aires de pique-nique et grillades et un parking couvert .

Sur la plage, vous trouverez de nouveaux jet-skis, parapente, kayak et autres jouets aquatiques à louer. Réservez une sortie de pêche en haute mer ou une excursion avec les dauphins depuis la cabane de plage. Nous sommes à proximité de terrains de golf, de pêche et de nombreuses activités amusantes. Vous pouvez louer des vélos ou un bateau à proximité. Avec toutes ces options disponibles, vous aurez des vacances vraiment mémorables!

Not enough towels for big family, no keurig, bed pillows were flat, no dishwasher cleaner, dryer wouldn’t cut off. Overall was very clean just no extra anything.

Beautiful beach condo!

This condo was perfect! Just as the pictures say! Right on the beach, beautiful sunsets, dolphins in the water every morning playing Beach service was an awesome perk! Host was easy to contact and very responsive, the only reason I had to contact them was the WiFi password had recently changed. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for families and friends!

This condo was perfect for our 7 people! The layout worked well and the ocean view is breathtaking!! The owner was easy to reach when I had a quick question! They really thought of everything, including a stocked kitchen for cooking! It is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. The condo itself is all inclusive and has a very convenient beach access! The parking garage is across the street and has a glass walk over with easy elevator access! There are also two beautiful pools and hot tubs to enjoy! I would highly recommend this condo/unit to a family as it is the perfect spot!

This condo was everything that we had hoped for and more. It was much more space than the two of us needed, but the price was very reasonable. The view of the Gulf from the apartment is stunning!

Great week at the beach

This is a beautiful condo - perfect beach access with a large balcony that opens to master bedroom and living area. We especially enjoyed the Adirondack chairs for reading. There were only 2 of us but the condo will accommodate 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The condo manager, Alesia, is a jewel and any problems you may have will be addressed quickly and efficiently. All in all we had a wonderful stay with gorgeous weather, sunny days and gorgeous sunsets.

Loved this property, couldn't ask for more! Beautiful views, away from the business yet close to enough to make this an enjoyable spot. Only thing that I did not care for was the parking. Although there is parking, carrying in large amounts of items required walking to the crossover, obtaining a cart, taking it back to the parking garage, taking it to the room and then having to take it back to the 2nd floor cart area.

Great vacation!!

Wonderful property! Clean and exactly as described! I contacted someone about a question I had and had a response within minutes! We saw dolphins swimming by every morning, sea turtles another day and even a manatee swimming by. We loved how close Thomas Donuts is to the Celadon as its a favorite of ours. Loved the 6th floor location. Had no issues with the elevators. Thank you for a grest stay! Hope to be back!

Wonderful Vacation Getaway for The Family!

Wow! Beautiful, clean, spacious Condo and great view of the ocean!!, Amazing location!! My husband and I along with our 12 year old son, and daughters 15 & 17 really enjoyed our stay! The beach service that came with the Condo this time was unbelievable, so much so that we didn’t need all the wonderful beach accessories that were provided inside the Condo for beach use. I have only wonderful things to say about renting this Condo! I gave it 4 Stars ONLY because all kids said they wished the rooms weren’t so bright so they could sleep in- maybe a pull down darkening shade for bedtime???? Also, tubs do not drain well while showering. Other than that, we would LOVE TO RENT 602 AGAIN on our next visit to PCB. Thank you!!!

Thank you Alison. I am so glad you and your family had a great vacation! We agree, that the west end of the beach is the most desirable area for vacationing. The beach service provides two loungers with umbrella. It is just another way to let our guest know that we appreciate them. I was surprised to hear about the light coming in the windows. There are wooden blinds and heavy drapery as window treatments in this condo. As for the drain, we are checking on that immediately. In the future, please call the contact number provided on your arrival information so I can address any issue you might be experiencing. We got a call shortly before checking in that the air conditioning was out at the unit. I understand that is not the fault of the owner or anyone else however when you're staying in August this is not a very pleasant thing to hear. The repairman did get it fixed however we were told that as hot as it was in the unit it would take most of the evening to cool down. We had to go to the store to buy fans to be able to sleep without it being uncomfortable. The unit was NOT clean at all. The dust build up in the kitchen was very thick, and the floors could not have been cleaned in some time because walking around barefoot our feet were filthy. The toilet in the hallway bathroom had not been cleaned and had marks all around the inside from someone using the toilet. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes also. I was very upset at the fact that cleaning charge was included in the price when it was clearly not cleaned when we got there.

Becky, thanks for your review, and acknowledging that you were notified that we were working on the AC issue. Cleaning staff reported the AC issue while they were in the condo cleaning. I immediately called a technician out to replace a bad capacitor. The issue was fixed within hours after the issue was turned in. I do apologize for the inconvenience. I was surprised to hear you had an issue with cleaning. All guests are sent arrival information that includes contact information for me and cleaning. This information request that you report any issue upon arrival. No call, text or email was sent to inform me about a cleaning issue. To this date, no pictures have been provided. It is impossible to address an issue that is unknown. Head of cleaning staff has been advised of your review and will be checking on this condo. It is our goal to always have a five-star review. Please know that great effort is made to achieve this goal for every visit.

The building had 3 elevators with one additional elevator in the parking garage. There was at least one elevator not working every day we were there. It took 2-3 days to fix a couple of them including the one in the parking garage which was a big issue with peoe loading and unloading their cars. This was a big inconvenience to vacationers trying to get to their rooms or the beach. There were several lamps, bathroom lights, and microwave with burned out or missing bulbs (I did not reprt this to maintenance). The washing machine stopped working on Wednesday and was reported that morning. It took until Friday to get a new one installed. With 3 adults and 3 teenagers that was a lot of dirty clothes and towels that puled up because we could not wash them. The so called front bedroom with the bunkbeds was about the size of a closet and was hot due to only a small ceiling vent and no return duct. You could not close the door because the room would get too hot.

Thank you for review Robert. Although we strive to achieve a 5 stars rating from all our guests, we understand your concern about the elevators restoration project. The building is investing over a million dollars for a complete overhaul of all three elevators. Unfortunately, the process included periodical disruption of service, and for that please accept our sincere apology. (From our last visit in August, all elevators are in working order.) Lighting issue has been reported to maintenance and resolved. We invite guest to report issues. This is also communicated on the arrival information sent out. From time-to-time things need to be replaced and we are happy to help! It is unfortunate that the washer stopped working during your visit. We had a technician out to see if it could be repaired. That was not an option so, washer was replaced in less than 48 hours. I do apologize for the time you were unable to use washer. We did have cleaning drop off additional towels etc. We advertise this condo as a two-bedroom condo with additional bunk room. The bunkroom is additional sleeping quarters and is smaller. Therefore, condo is advertised as a two bedroom not a three bedroom. We do hope to welcome you and your family back. Very best regards, Alesia

Let me start by saying we were 3 generations staying in this condo. With the exception of two dinners within our 7 day stay, we prepared all meals at the condo. In general, the condo is past due for a deep clean. Lamps, wall hangings, drapes, baseboards were heavily dusty. Furnishings are cheap, offer little storage and are in need of replacement. Main bedroom with ocean view- drapes are pinch pleat with not enough hooks on the rod so large portions of the drapes are just hanging loose and covered with dust. Headboard is not properly attached to bed frame. It doesn’t sit on the floor and dangles. Because it is not secure it bounces against the wall every time you move. Mattress and box spring are very noisy like something is broken. The quilt on the bed and the pillow cases were dirty. I found a clean quilt and pillowcases in the closet. Both bathrooms have tubs. Neither one has any texture , adhesive strips or other mats. They are very slick and a fall hazard. We purchased tub mats to use. I left one. Hopefully housekeeping left it for future use. Lots of glass top furniture that, with children, looks awful very quickly. Nothing provided to clean them. There were multiple nylon brooms in the laundry room. They had to have the hair and dirt removed from them to be used. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. All three cookie sheets are burnt and disgusting. They had to be covered to be used. The skillets are in dire need of replacement. Peeling Teflon.

It is our goal to make sure guests are satisfied with their stay . We do strive to earn a five-star review for every booking. You can see by past review we consistently have positive reviews. Deep cleans are done when there is a break in bookings. After a busy season in this popular condo a deep cleaning has been scheduled. Florida linen has been contacted to address drapery issue. All bedding has been checked and cleaned. The headboard has been pushed to the wall. Glass furniture is cleaned between each guest. Inventory in kitchen has been checked and items have been ordered. We are Brad, Diane and Leah Rindal. We live in Minnesota and spend much of the summer on a lake up north. Purchasing this beachfront condo was a perfect fit for our family. Brad is a dentist, Diane is a district attorney and Leah is a 6th grader. We plan to spend several weeks a year at this property when the weather is cold in Minnesota. When the Minnesota lakes call our name, renting the property to other families just makes sense.

We are committed to maintaining and updating our property. In late 2015 we installed a new HVAC system and freshened the look in the master bedroom, living room and bathrooms.

We strive to make your experience great by being responsive throughout the entire rental experience. We simply ask that you respect our property and let us know how we can improve. The first step in that process starts with a phone conversation so you can get to know our property manager. When planning our annual spring break, we chose Panama City Beach. We selected Celadon Beach Resort because it only rented to families and older adults. We were looking for a location that was quiet and away from the busy nightlife. After exploring the area and seeing properties in the area, we decided this was an ideal fit. The location is quiet but close to everything you need, the gulf views are spectacular, the building is very well cared for and the amenities are just right. By the time spring break was up we had signed a purchase agreement. We hope our story will give you a flavor for us and our condo.

Beach towels, four beach chairs, a portable shelter and beach toys are included with your unit. We also stocked our condo with movies and books for you to enjoy. You have a fully functional kitchen and a washer/dryer. You will have everything your family needs to kick back and relax by the beach. If something isn't right, we want to hear from you.
