Bonjour et merci d'avoir visionné le Celadon 108!

Ce condo a été décoré professionnellement et sur un 1er étage très désiré! Nous sommes situés sur la plage avec vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale.

Dans ce magnifique condo, les eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique ne sont jamais hors de votre site! Les vues depuis la cuisine, le salon, la chambre principale et le balcon sont incroyables et constantes!

Cette unité comprend le service de chaise de plage! Vous obtiendrez deux chaises de plage rembourrées et un parapluie tous les jours où vous êtes ici ... sans frais supplémentaires!
Du 1er mars au 31 octobre .....

La cuisine est bien équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine, y compris une cafetière, un grand réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes et un four avec plaque de cuisson.

La chambre principale offre un lit king size avec accès au balcon avant du golfe, un dressing et une salle de bain complète avec double vasque.

La 2e chambre offre un lit king, un placard complet et une salle de bain attenante.

La chambre supplémentaire avec lits superposés dispose de lits jumeaux superposés. Il y a des portes françaises qui peuvent être fermées pour plus d'intimité. En prime, nous avons également un système de jeu PlayStation!

Il y a un canapé-lit queen, et préparez et jouez pour utiliser si nécessaire.

Toutes les chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs avec lecteurs DVD! Il y a aussi une belle télévision LCD 42 'dans le salon, ainsi qu'une chaîne stéréo et un centre de DVD.

Ce fabuleux condo est situé au Celadon Beach Resort qui est l'un des meilleurs lieux de vacances en famille de Panama City Beach! Celadon offre beaucoup de salle de plage pour tout le monde, sans autres condos de grande hauteur à l'ouest. Il y a deux grandes piscines dont une chauffée (en saison) et 2 bains à remous!

Il comprend également un court de tennis et un centre de remise en forme situé sur le côté nord de la propriété Celadon. Pour ceux d'entre vous qui aiment cuisiner à l'extérieur, il y a des barbecues au charbon et des tables de pique-nique à l'extrémité ouest du bâtiment.

Celadon propose également une grande salle pour les réceptions de mariage ou les réunions d'affaires, cela nécessite un paiement de location séparé et est en fait géré par le Celadon HOA. C'est un endroit idéal pour accueillir un événement!

I have used VRBO for many vacation stays. This condo is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Everything was as described in the listing. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Well appointed kitchen and very nice bathrooms. Being down on the west end insured a quiet beach. Nice beach chair service. 2 additional beach chairs were in the condo. Only one thing could have been better. There were no beach towels. I didn’t bring any so had to buy them. I would definitely come back to this condo. Already looking at dates in September or October.

Great location, beautiful condo, very nicely furnished and decorated. Well stocked for all needs. The included beach chairs were a great bonus. The only minor negative was some very old and too worn kitchen cookware. We would recommend this unit and would love to stay here again.

The perfect location

This condo is perfect first floor location for unloading and parking across the street. Beautiful home with plenty of room and a wonderful kitchen with lots of utensils etc.

Our stay was nice. Would have helped to have a restaurant close by to pick up lunch. Had a couple of problems with parking. Other than that we enjoyed being there.

This condo has been updated and is very popular for its beautiful decor and for being on the first floor. Arrival information is sent out to all guest before their arrival dates. Within this email there is an attachment with “Things to Do In PCB”. This information includes restaurants. Thomas Donut's is in walking distance. Mike's Diner and Salty Sue's are also close. Arrival information includes details on how to obtain a parking pass. Please know that much effort is made in making sure all guests have an enjoyable time. Very much enjoyed the 1st floor location without needing to use stairs or elevator. The swimming pool still being heated in early March was a delightful surprise.

Perfection

Beautifully decorated and well appointed condo conveniently located on the first floor. Very clean and equipped with what we needed to keep it clean. Location is great. Close to Thomas’s donuts, Runaway Island (best shrimp ever!) not too much traffic making it easy to get out of the complex to go shopping, out to eat, etc. lovely vacation spot in every way.

Great condo!

This was a great condo with very convenient location on the first floor. We enjoyed being on the west end of PCB with a more family friendly vibe for our younger children’s spring break. The beach was perfection! The condo was clean, well stocked and well decorated! The beds were comfortable! You won’t regret booking this unit. We will likely return!

Awesome Condo

This is a great condo. Loved the décor, such a beachy feel. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. The unit was clean, and well stocked with most everything we needed. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. It was so nice being on the first floor, and never needing to use the elevator. Perfect location for us, on the west end of PCB. Much quieter, and a lot less traffic. We're looking forward to coming back, and staying in this condo again.

Perfect view of ocean

We recently stayed here as a family with a 2 and 4 year old. The condo had everything we needed from a changing table to kids flatware. My kids enjoyed reading the different children books they had, shell hunting and swimming in the heated pool. The location was perfect also for us, removed from all the crowds and close enough to walk to Thomas's donuts and Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar. The decor of the condo was elegant beachy and felt like home for the week. Loved that it had a washer and dryer in the condo, so I won't come home with tons of laundry. Would return.

Great Spring Break Get-away

This property was perfect except when we arrived, it had not been cleaned yet. This is the first time this has ever happened to us, and after a 7.5 hour drive, it was a bit disappointing, but I must admit the property manager got on it immediately, and by the time we returned from the grocery store, it had been cleaned, so other than that we have no complaints. (She also refunded our cleaning fee, which we appreciated) I loved being in the Western-most condo in PCB (which is the quiet side of town). My kids enjoyed the hot-tubs and heated pool. Thomas’ Donuts was right down the street, and a huge hit! We also ate at Dee’s Hangout, which had a great smoked fish dip! I loved that we only had to walk down one flight of stairs to get to the beach!

PCB not for us.

The condo itself was very nice and well appointed. The property management however does not enforce the no smoking policy at all. There were people smoking and vaping all over the property. The beach chairs are also set up about 10 inches away from each other leaving virtually no room to comfortably enjoy them, especially when people on both sides are playing loud music and smoking. People were also allowed to set up their own chairs and umbrellas in front of the beach chairs. On a number of occasions the chair guys could not be found, set up late, and took them down early. At one point, I was sitting under the umbrella in the rain and they came along and took it down. Again, the condo itself is very nice but the crowds, disappointing chair service, and smokers will cause us to choose a different location in the future.

Thank you for acknowledging that 108 is a very nice well-appointed condominium. This is one of the most popular condominiums at Celadon. There is a no smoking policy at Celadon. Unfortunately, there will always be those who choose not to follow the rules. In order to control this issue, you are given my direct contact information so we can enforce policies and address any issue that may occur. At no time was I notified of any issues during your stay. It would have been nice to have heard about your concerns. Every attempt would have been made to make sure you had a 5-star experience. Coastal Parasail is our beach service provider. They are a third-party vendor and are always glad to accommodate reasonable requests. They do need to be aware that there is an issue before they can assist. As for the crowds, it is a well-known fact that the 4th of July week is the busiest week of the year in Panama City Beach. Please try and come back during off-peak season. Bunk room is not a “bunk” room

First the listing said it had 2 double beds in the bunk room but after sending messages to the agent, I found out it was only a double bed. We had 3 children so we had to bring a blow up mattress. It is changed now on the website. Check in was a nightmare having to wait 30-40 minutes on a cart and everyone trying to get on the elevator. The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed coming into the doorway several times a night. It was nice that it was on the first floor but I think it was a little overpriced. Everything that needed attention, Alesia sent in a maintenance order and everything was promptly repaired. View of the ocean was great!

Thank you for your review, Peggy. Our ad clearly states that this is a 2 bedroom with an additional bunk room. We also have pictures of each space. We did talk about this well before your arrival and you were offered a refund, but you opted to stay in this condo. I am not sure what more I could have done for you. I am also confused on waiting for an elevator since this condo is on the first floor. The price point is transparent when you enter your dates to reserve your condo. Fall Break at the Beach

We've stayed at the Celadon many times and always enjoy our time there. This property was no exception. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The first floor suited our needs perfectly. I can't wait to return and would love to book this condo again!

Would stay here again!

I really loved everything about this place. So nicely decorated, plenty of places to sit AND enjoy the ocean views, nice balcony furniture, if your into watching t.v. on vacation you have plenty of channels. There are movies and books at your disposal. Kitchen well stocked. Being on the 1st floor is WONDERFUL! No waiting for elevators. And the VIEW! Worth every penny!
