EntiÚrement rénové avec de nouveaux meubles de plage, un canapé de salon rayé bleu marine et une causeuse et des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain.

Si vous voulez vous détendre au maximum, venez vous détendre et profiter de notre magnifique condo d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil donnant sur le 8e trou du parcours de golf magnifiquement entretenu et du canal de plaisance qui mÚne au port de Destin.

Ce condo spacieux, lumineux et aéré est à seulement 5 minutes à pied de notre plage privée fermée et a été complÚtement amélioré. Avec des carreaux partout, de la moquette dans la chambre, de nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat, de nouveaux appareils de cuisine, des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain et un mobilier de plage confortable. La grande salle de bain a une baignoire de jardin et est facilement accessible depuis le salon et la chambre. Il y a une laverie / sécheuse pratique (en face du parking de la porte d'entrée)

Peut accueillir quatre personnes confortablement (tout nouvel ensemble de chambre King Beautyrest et canapé-lit de salon).

Sandpiper Cove offre 43 acres de paradis luxuriant avec 1100 pieds de plage privée immaculée et des eaux vert émeraude le long du golfe du Mexique (y compris un parking privé privé en bord de plage). Un Beach Pavilion Snack & Service Bar servant le déjeuner, des collations, des boissons, la location de chaises de plage, des parasols, des kayaks de mer, du parachute ascensionnel.

Les installations gratuites incluent un parcours de golf 9 trous par-3, des verts, 5 piscines, 3 bains à remous, 6 courts de tennis, des fers à cheval, un jeu de palets, une sécurité 24h / 24

Beautiful Spot

This condo is perfect for a family of 4! Access to private beach was awesome and there is a cool bar/burger shack right on beach. Really close to all attractions as well.

Perfect getaway!

Thank you Tanya for hosting us! This was the perfect spot to get to enjoy a little bit of everything. The distance to the beach was a short walk and wasn’t bad at all. We enjoyed our early mornings at the beach and heading back for evening swims. The condo was perfect for a family of 4 and the beds were super comfortable. The pools were awesome too! Thank you we can’t wait to come back!!

Good but not Great

I found areas that were dirty and dusty - I could just tell that the property could have been better cleaned up due to its age. The bathroom could have had a lighter shower curtain so that I wasn't showering in "the dark". its the little things that some people do not notice if they are not there to experience it on a regular basis. Speaking of the bathroom, I told the management that the tub stopper would not stay up, so the water was collecting at my feet when I took a shower. Other things: When I moved the coffee table to do stretches and yoga...there was a dried up piece of sandwich underneath that never got found - scared me half to death thinking it was a mouse! Also, the TV was stuck on Nickelodeon, no matter what controller I used, and even tried to reprogram it - nothing would work but the power button and the volume. That was frustrating because I couldn't watch the news to learn more about Storm Ida while I was there. There were no tissues to blow my nose, and no paper towels to clean up the food that was left behind by the other tenant, I had to use toilet paper for all that - also frustrating. I had to leave a day early because of the storm. I feel this feedback is fair, considering the price I paid for such a place. Wasn't bad, but a bit overpriced for what was available to me in the room. Which was not much. i like the management and the condo area, the room was less desirable. I will come back, just not to that room LOL. Bed was VERY comfortable. But I had to wrap towels around the bottom corner legs because the room was so small and I ran into those just once and freaked out about breaking my toes from stubbing them...large bed in a small room with sharp -cornered bed posts hidden by the long comforter spelled disaster. The room could use a bit more updating and common sense.

A delightful stay

Really loved the warm, homey environment that greeted us immediately upon walking into the unit. It had everything we needed, from the kitchen to beach/pool toys for the kiddos and everything in between! Really enjoyed the stroll to the beach everyday, especially the little bridge over the canal where our toddler loved stopping every walk (both ways, hehe), to visit the ducks and turtles. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience. Loved everything and would definitely stay there again!

We had a Great stay at Sandpiper Cove! This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Loved having breakfast on the balcony while we watched the morning golfers. Also it’s a quick drive across the street to the beach! We absolutely loved everything about our stay! We will definitely be back!!

First Family Vacay

I could not be happier with the location! So centrally located and the private beach made it so convenient. The room was very nice. I only wish the bathroom was a little more updated. It was clean but felt dingy compared to the rest of the place. All in all this was our first family vacation and this room was perfect for our little family!

It was a great place to stay with an amazing view of the canal! The communication with the owner was great & helpful when providing us information about the place & answering my questions. Wish the location was a little closer to the beach, but the 5-8 minute walk wasn’t bad. Definitely a place I would stay again!!

Location of office not clear - rude staff at Holiday Isle.

The street address location of the office is accurate however when you google it takes you to the condo complex. There is an office in there but it is not the right office. It was after hours so did not know - had to stop at the gate and he directed us to find the lock box at the correct office down the street. Getting the code on the day we would arrive late was miserable, would not give it to me over the phone, said email but did not send it. Finally reached him after two tries of no answers, rude again, and he gave it to me. Should not be this hard. Condo could have been cleaner. Glass table tops were dusy on the bottom and looked dirty! Will not stay in this location again - just average but very pricey!!!

Best Vacation Ever

My husband and I rented this condo in May and for the first time since our son started college was able to join us. We had a blast! This condo is top notch and offers everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. We have rented this condo on previous vacations and really look forward to what the owner is going to surprise us with next. From tile flooring to granite countertops, new living room sofas, and the new mattresses, each vacation brings us a new updated surprise. As a family, we enjoyed every amenity this property has to offer as well; pools, hot tubs, golf course, Ricks Sand Trap, (who doesn't love a nice cold drink in the sun), the beach chairs, and thoroughly enjoyed wining and dining at Louisiana Lagniappe (twice). A really nice pleasure after a long day in the sun is a fantastic restaurant on the premises. We also enjoyed Bart Rockett's Magic Show at Harbor Walk and for the first time I went parasailing with my son. It was amazing! The view of the most gorgeous beach in the world from 800 feet in the sky was breathtaking. We could see the entire bay area as well as the Emerald Coast. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had. My husband and I have already booked a week in November for his birthday and we can't wait!!

Winter Get-Away

We were in Destin for Jan/Feb 2015--was very relaxing and condo was perfect. Enjoyed beach and restaurants with some visiting family and friends.

Love this condo

Over the summer I came to Destin and stayed in this fabulous condo for a week. It was so relaxing. The view from the balconey is amazing. While drinking coffee in the morning or sipping wine in the evenings, you have a wonderful view of the golf course and canal. Your condo is beautiful! The granite counters compliment the decor in the condo perfectly. Also, both sofas are super comfy. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to ANY of my friends or family. Visiting this condo and the sparkling beaches is a MUST. I look forward to coming back next summer. My next trip cannot come soon enough!
