Wonderful and Memorable Stay

Great Apartment!!

The apartment was perfect for our family and the view is incredible. Artur was very helpful and offered information on the area including shopping and places to eat. The only drawback is the stairs, but there maybe a lift installed by the end of summer. Would highly recommend especially for families.

My word the view is worth the stay alone

Great spot central location with easy access to the sites of the city with the major one right out your back window. Comfortable space with easy check in. Communication was always prompt with owner and the space is as presented in the ad. View from the suite and roof top are spectacular.

great stay

My husband, a friend and I, all around 70 stayed here for 4 nights. It's a nice apartment, and a great location. The view of the Sagrada Familia is wonderful. We got tickets to go in first thing in the morning when the light is incredible and it isn't too crowded. It's a long climb (5 more flights) to the rooftop, but it's a great view from there as well.

Beautiful view of Sagrada Familia in cheerful comfy apartment!

We loved staying here! Having a view 24/7 of the most beautiful Sagrada Familia at all hours of the day was truly breathtaking…. Comfy beds and nice bright cheerful large apartment! Close by train Metro stop!! Wonderful caring staff working at Gaudi’s nest ! We want to come back already!!! Loved our stay sooo much, Hope, Tom & Sam!

Great location

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for 5 nights and we very much enjoyed both the location and easy access to everything as well as the apartment. The apartment was modern, clean and exactly as described in the photos. There were an abundance of great restaurants to eat at and the metro station was a very short walk that allowed for easy access. It is a very busy part of the city, and the view of La Sagrada is fabulous, if you are not used to a bustling city, bring ear plugs for sleeping. Would stay here again!

Beautiful and perfect location

Great place !!! Great host . Sagrada familia view is amazing from your living room! You have public transportation close by, a bus that can take you to the beach . Very quiet neighborhood in the night, very busy in the day . A beautiful terrace . Definitely coming back. !!!

Wonderful location and comfortable apartment

The location could not be better--just across from the Sagrada Familia but perfectly quiet. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. The shower was a nice size with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We couldn't be in the apartment for the manager to explain how to use the washing machine, so management did a load for free--washed, dried, folded and delivered to the apartment! We would stay again.

Pictures do not do the location justice

This is literally stationed in the front yard to La Sagrada Família. No other location has this great of a location or view. Good grief. Would highly recommend based on location alone! Owner was friendly and he also owns the restaurant downstairs. Can’t beat this place. One of the best finds ever!

What a view!

We had a wonderful stay right in front of the Sagrada Familia. You are right in the thick of things there. It was comfortable for our family of 5….although we did need the couch to pull out into a bed so we lost some space there. The check in was super easy and everything was explained very well. They were very helpful in getting us a van on our departure. The restaurants steps from the front door are delicious!!!!

Amazing View / Location

This location is amazing and convenient to anywhere you want to go. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right there. The windows overlook the park and the amazing LA Familia. We got the roundtrip pick up from/to airport, prompt service with friendly staff. There is metro (very clean) on either side of the church so just a block away. Groceries/Farmicia across the street. Apt is very clean and has everything you need. Roof top terrace is great day or night. There are alot of steps! But worth it.

GOOD LOCATION, GREAT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

ONE BLOCK FROM SAGRADA FAMILIA, BIG VIEW OF THE CATHEDRAL FROM TWO DOUBLE PATIO DOORS. NICE NEIGHBORHOOD ON THE HOP ON HOP OFF BLUE LINE. EXCELLENT ASSITANCE WAS PROVIDED BY ANDREW, THE ON SITE MANAGER. IF I STILL RAN A BUSINESS I WOULD HIRE THIS YOUNG MAN IN A HEART BEAT. GOOD RESTAURANTS WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE. NICE APARTMENT, A BIT NOISY AT NIGHT, BUT WELL WORTH THE PRICE AND SERVICE PROVIDED.

What an amazing view

Wow! The view is as advertised and even better at night. We were on the third floor and incredibly grateful for the wonderful staff who hauled our bags all the way up! We were a bit sad the washing machine didn’t work as we had counted on our Barcelona stop to do some laundry and while there was the offer to use the machine on the first floor we did not feel that would work well at the end of the night. Would highly recommend this VRBO in Barcelona, Arturo the owner and the other staff are very responsive and helpful amd the view and location could not be better!

Excellente

Excellent accueil et service où tout nous a été facilité. L'appartement est top avec sa grande fenêtre de la pièce principale qui donne sur la Sagrada Familia. Idéalement situé pour les visites. Nous recommandons vivement. En revanche, le parking n'est pas compris dans la réservation ce qui n'est pas très explicite dans la description. Il faut prévoir de le faire réserver (15€ la journée).

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT

Séjour de 3 jours dans ce très bel appartement bien situé dans un quartier calme face à la Segrada Familia dont nous avons pu apprécié la vue de nuit qui est magnifique. Appartement conforme aux photos, très belle terrasse panoramique, très bon accueil du personnel qui se débrouille bien en français, toujours prêt à rendre service. L'option parking très appréciable, notre place était réservée à notre arrivée.

Un appartement impeccable !!

Nous avons été très bien reçu des notre arrivée , l'appartement est très convivial, une cuisine au top, on a pu profiter de la superbe terrasse avec vue sur la Sagrada familial, j ai passés 3 jours sympathique au cœur de Barcelone!!

"Adresse sublime... appartement superbe!"

1- l’appartement est idéalement situé. Choisir un logement aussi proche de la Sagrada Familia facilite grandement les choses. Le quartier est calme, nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis en insécurité à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. On y trouve de tout : alimentation, argent, restaurant, tapas…etc Il y a juste à contourner le pâté de maison pour arriver au métro. Un vrai bonheur ! 2- Les interlocuteurs sont tous vraiment adorables . Certains d’entre eux se débrouillent pas mal en français et nous avons pu faire un mélange anglo-espagnol-français efficace ! Ils nous ont donnés de très bons conseils pour notre séjour sur place à Barcelone mais aussi à Cadaques, l’Escala, Sitges… On sent vraiment leur volonté permanente de nous rendre service. Ils nous ont gardé nos bagages à la réception le dernier jour pour que nous puissions profiter de cette dernière journée. 3- l’option parking était super pour nous. Situé à un pâté de maison de l’appartement, nous n’avons pas eu à courir après une place. 4-J’ai gardé le meilleur pour la fin : L’APPARTEMENT !!! Grandiose. Quand on est entré et qu’on a vu l’appartement ainsi que la vue de la pièce principale (sur la Sagrada Familia), on s’est tous dit « WAAAAOOOOUUUUU » ça vaut vraiment le coup de monter un peu en hauteur (3eme étage, soit 4eme ici!). Les photos représentent pourtant assez bien l’appartement que nous avions réservé sauf que lorsqu’on arrive, on se dit que c’est encore mieux que sur les photos. Toute la famille en est tombée sous le charme. C’est un ancien appartement complètement rénové et parfaitement propre. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont modernes, fonctionnelles et bien équipées. Le salon et la salle à manger ont un mobilier et une déco neuve et bien choisie. Quant aux chambres, la literie assez ferme est confortable . Elles donnent sur la rue mais le double vitrage est efficace. L’appartement avait une clim côté séjour et une autre côté chambre. Cela n’a pas été superflue car nous étions en Espagne en pleine canicule et nous avons apprécié de nous réfugier ici aux heures les plus chaudes. Il y a une grande terrasse bien équipée tout en haut mais nous ne l’avons pas utilisée car il faisait si chaud que nous préférions rester dans notre logement. Par contre, ce doit être un vrai bonheur en demi-saison de se reposer sur les transats à disposition. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.
