Cette unité de maison penthouse au 8ème étage est joliment décorée, dispose de 2 espaces de vie et de carrelage au sol. Il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et toutes les chambres. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire jacuzzi et d'une douche à l'italienne séparée. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas. Vous apprécierez la vue imprenable depuis les balcons avant du golfe juste à côté du salon et de la chambre principale. Sunswept est situé directement sur la plage de sable blanc qui vous sépare des eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Ce condo Orange Beach est à seulement six miles à l'est de Gulf Shores, en Alabama. Vous trouverez des centres commerciaux modernes juste en face de la rue. Home Away From Home!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were conveniently placed close to shopping, eateries! We enjoyed the 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms that the property featured and had an ample amount of room to move around and double living areas! We would stay here again and again!

Can not even describe how wonderful are stay was at the condo. We loved the space, cleanliness, decorations, beach views, access to the beach, and so much more. Condo was stalked with everything you can think of from household items, games, and even down to good old fashion books! Great location near grocery stores, restaurants, drugstores, and even gift shops. The best part was you could walk to them with a crosswalk right by condo entrance.We have already started looking at calendars for next year and will definitely be going back to Sun Swept condos!!!!

We loved the condo, very clean and comfortable for a family! The upstairs extra balcony is very nice and the location is very convenient. The only issue we had was the elevator they need maintenance because we had trouble getting out of them doors didn't open

Pleasurable View

This is a nice property. It overlooks the Gulf and offers a Beau view of God’s creation. There are two balconies to take in the views from. The room is full of mirrors and old furnishings. It could use an upgrade to make it more modern instead of being dated. The stairway leading to the upstairs quarters is a bit flimsy. Overall, it was a nice place and a pleasant stay.

Much needed rest

Loved unit. Updated. Good location: across from grocery and restaurants, walkable to Gulf State Park for run or walk, located on beach. Beautiful beach view and easy access. Elevator available to unit. Management staff and security wonderful and very helpful. Stairs to 2 baths and 2 bedrooms with on suite baths are spiral so be mindful regarding persons who might not be able to access. Both upstairs bedrooms have ocean views. Main bedroom upstairs has balcony and roof deck access. Second floor guest bedroom window with view. Bedroom on first floor no stairs with hallway 3/4 bath; very nice. Main floor balcony access. Both balconies have ocean views. Ty. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back. Judy

Family vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the condo seemed to be nice and well kept. Until the first night. There were pieces of glass that we actually found in carpets and the hard floor throughout the week. My mom stepped on a piece and cut her foot so bad. That was in the living area. My grandparents had tons of glass under their dresser in the bedroom downstairs. We had to keep vacuuming and sweeping it. The kitchen dishes that were put away had dried food all in the pots and pans. The blender was also extremely corroded with dried food. :( As far as the building itself, there are no bathrooms by the pool so we had to go back to our room every time we needed to use the bathroom. With two small kids that was irritating. The drink machines never worked the whole week. If your interested in a gym there isn’t one. The beach of course was fantastic and the weather was great. A positive about this condo was the shower in the master bedroom was awesome and they offered books and games for kids. Walmart is across the street and would be a great walk but the traffic on the road in front is nuts so I wouldn’t recommend walking. Overall, we made it work and had a fun time but I don’t know that we’d stay at this condo again. Wasn’t the cleanest and the glass was ridiculous.

January/February at SunSwept OBA

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Except for 2021, we stayed at SunSwept every winter since 2013. The location across the street from a small Walmart with restaurants, shops, and other amenities in easy walking distance makes SunSwept a great location. Naturally, the upfront view of the Gulf Beach is the best. In recent years this 50-year old 9-story condo building has been significantly refurbished and looks great! Management has been very friendly and helpful. Having 28 miles of paved trails in Gulf State Park makes staying here very attractive for walking and biking. Nothing we’ve seen can compare to this gem. Will do it again next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The stackable washer/dryer were located in the master bath bed hind the door. The washer was extremely hard to figure out how to use and we never did get it to come on. The dryer was on top of washer and the was so high that it was extremely hard to use and turn on. We did not do our laundry while we were there. This was a disappointment. Also people ate, drank, and smoked around the pool area. Making that unpleasant. We did not get to enjoy either balcony because the of the horrible stench of marijuana. We did tell office about the pool problem and the marijuana problem but did not see or smell any improvement during our stay. The unit itself is beautiful but we will not stay there again because of these concerns.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We reserved this condo for spring break 2023. We had 4 adults and 1 child. The condo had plenty of space for all of us to gather and be separated if we wanted. The master bedroom, bedroom and bathroom(s) upstairs were great. Kitchen appliances are nice and upgraded. Some of the issues we had were the TV remotes were complicated to use and maybe the batteries were dead. The gate(s) to and from the beach/pool area seemed a bit much to us but may be a safety issue, also the no restroom in the pool area for public use was frustrating (elevators worked great). Finally, the stairs in the condo are absolutely a problem, they move when you walk on them and are a challenge going up and down them. The employees are absolutely great and went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay and we truly appreciate that.

Great Family Getaway

Only downside was the spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms is a little shaky. Other than that everything was perfect.
