Il y a 3 salles de bain complĂštes avec le maĂźtre ayant une belle douche Ă  l'italienne. Il y a une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour prĂ©parer vos repas. Vous apprĂ©cierez la vue imprenable depuis le balcon avant du golfe juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du salon. Sunswept est situĂ© directement sur la plage de sable blanc qui vous sĂ©pare des eaux vert Ă©meraude du golfe du Mexique. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome place for your Beach Vacation, steps from the beach, and I love how the access is locked so only guests can use. Condo was so nice and had everything we needed. Bring your own pool/beach towels those are the only things not available. Washer and dryer was so convenient. Do not hesitate to rent this condo. We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Quiet and roomy condo

The condo was larger than expected. It could use an upgrade in decor and appliances. If you would like to sleep in or take a nap, better bring a dark sheet to go over master bedroom window. It's Really Bright in there. There is no pancake turner/spatula in kitchen but plenty of other necessary items. The TV remotes wouldn't work. Beds were comfortable. A perfect location. We would stay here again.

Believe the manager when they say only one day’s worth of soaps etc. Bring garbage bags, dish and dishwashing soap, tp, hand soap and laundry detergent. No hair dryer either. While unit was nice, building itself shows wear. One elevator was down for about 4 days, and both elevators sounded cranky as they worked. Could use a tune-up.

Good price, but some things need attention

Overall, we have a great experience. However, the electrical outlets in the master bedroom were worn and wouldn't properly hold a three-prong plug. I had to use kitchen outlets to charge my laptop and phone. Also, the tile floors need a moping. YOu'd get out of the shower, walk across the floor in your bare feet and they'd be dirty within a few steps. The place just needs some attention and a few minor repairs, otherwise this would be a five-star review. Management was friendly, BTW.

Not the best condo

I always love Orange Beach. 20+ years. I would stay wherever I needed to. I will say the condo I rented was 3bed 3 bath and was not worth what I paid. It was not clean. Had sand all in floor as soon as we stepped in. I would not recommend this condo unless they hired a better cleaning person and updated the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Sunswept for over 15 years, but this last week will be our last. We have stayed in one, two, three bedroom units, as well as the penthouse over the years. Within the last five years I have been very disappointed in the upkeep of the units. I understand that owners don’t want to invest money in units that are not cared for by renters, so we will find somewhere else to go. Sadly, it’s happening more and more. The units are tired and in need of updating. When we rent for a week, we treat the condo as if we owned it, but renters don’t feel that way. We want a place that is clean (not just swept and linens changed) and that has no mold or mildew. We found dirty dishes in different locations on the kitchen, so we ran a load before we could use anything. I would not walk barefoot in the unit, because me feet became too dirty. The Wi-Fi is not secure, because the owners won’t bother to set a password, so everything you do online causes your info to be at risk. I’ve loved the location, but no longer love the building. So long Sunswept, it was nice while it lasted.

Very nice condo

Older smaller complex In a great location. The condo could use updating but is very comfortable. The balcony is small but it is a corner unit. Overall a very good place to stay and a great value. Will stay here again.

Numerous things needed attention. One lamp in the living area did not work, no pot holders for lifting hot items from oven, iron would not get hot, broken window in living area.đŸ˜©

Disappointing service

The size of the unit was great. Decor was dated at best. Furnishings left much to be desired. Location was outstanding, pool and beach access great. Property management was horrible. From the beginning issues were reported and ignored! They did change out a burned out bulb. There was so much gunk on the ac closet that it was disgusting to look at. The filter needed to be changed, but the ones in the unit were wrong size. The ceiling in the living room in front if the vent was dirty due to the dirty ac vent. The towel rack fell off the wall in the hall bath and vent inthatbath did not work. Several days in the garage disposal stopped working and there was water under that sink. This was ALL reported to management verbally and on paper. Nothing was fixed while we were there for another week. They changed out the tv service while we were there. The canker bone bedroom worked sporadically. This was reported but nothing was done despite a service truck in the parking lot our last week. The unit was well stocked and a great location, but I could never reccomend staying there!
