What a treasure. This apartment was well taken care of and the house provided excellent information and help where needed. There are many coffee places and restaurants within just a couple blocks. Highly recommended.

Alberto was a wonderful and helpful host...he answered all our questions quickly and assisted us in finding transportation from the cruise port to his apartment. The apartment was beautiful...full of artwork and books. Laundry facilities were such a welcome as it was very hot. Very near the Vatican and St Peters. We made an excellent choice!!

The flat was in an amazing location, with a variety of touristy restaurants in the immediate vicinity with more upscale shops and restaurants well within walking distance. The check in and check out process was by far and away the best experience I have ever had. Alberto provided step by step directions with pictures which, when you are jet lagged and not exactly using your entire brain, were brilliant. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious as was the sitting room. Why I gave four stars was for two reasons. The shower facilities while functional were awkward. The shower heads need to be decalcified so they don’t spray awkwardly. The other matter I struggled with were the pillows were quite uncomfortable. If those two items are sorted, I would have no problem at all giving the accommodations the full five stars.

We were a group of four adults (two couples) travelling together. Alberto's apartment provided ample space and comfort for all of us. Steps away from St. Peter's Basilica, there are plenty of eateries nearby and it is a short walk to the Ottaviano Metro which will connect you to any major attraction/area.While situated in a bustling neighbourhood the apartment is very quiet. The rooms come with A/C which made for comfortable sleeping during our summer stay.The patio was a highlight and the ensuite laundry and dryer made for extra comfort and convenience.Our only *minor* inconvenience was that the apartment did not come with any hand soap or dish towels though there are supermarkets around the area for any missing guest amenities.Alberto's communication was prompt, helpful and kind. I highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Rome!

The apartment was fantastic. Lots of room, very clean, absolutely perfect for our stay! The host was fantastic, he was in constant communication with us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. There were plenty of small grocery stores right down the road, and pizza and pasta was right across the street!

It was the perfect spot with the cutest patisserie right next door which was our first stop of the day. Alberto was very responsive to questions and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location very close to St. Peter's and fantastic places to eat within a block. Metro was 800 meters away and bus stop even closer. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome. The owner was great with arranging transportation to and from the airport as well.

Fabulous!!!

The ambiance is lovely, peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood has everything a person could want or need. The people are friendly, and we felt completely at home. We will stay here again when we visit next year.
