Maison traditionnelle de Nantucket avec plan d'étage ouvert, terrasse au 2e étage de la suite principale, immense terrasse sur tout l'arriÚre de la maison. Grande cour privée pour les jeux - venez jouer au croquet ou lancer le frisbee. Profitez de la grande douche extérieure - un incontournable de Nantucket! Deux chambres à l'étage principal ont accÚs au pont arriÚre.

La chambre principale Ă  l'Ă©tage a un lit queen-size. Deux chambres en bas, une avec un lit queen, l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux.

AccÚs facile à la piste cyclable, idéalement situé à Tom Nevers, entre 'Sconset & Town. Courte balade à vélo jusqu'à la plage.

Great time in Nantucket

Lief was was excellent to deal with, very responsive. House was rustic and location was great. Loved the large deck. Smart TV was also clutch for watching the Olympics with the family.

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming home in Tom Nevers. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it perfectly blends the feel of a classic Nantucket retreat with all the comforts you’d want for a relaxing vacation. The house was thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and a large family dining area. Communication and check in was flawless.The outdoor space was a real highlight including peaceful mornings with coffee on the deck. Being in Tom Nevers gave us a sense of privacy and calm, but we were still just a short drive from town, Sconset, and the beaches.It truly felt like a home away from home, and we left feeling rested and recharged. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Nantucket escape, and we can’t wait to return!

Excellent rental property for families

This house is in what we consider the nicest part of the island -- Tom Nevers. Very quiet and private setting, house is nicely decorated, and the furniture is great as well as the overall layout of the house, especially the master suite which occupies the entire 2nd floor with its own private bath. The house has a large deck with a fairly new gas grill. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the outdoor shower is excellent. Ocean surf can be heard pretty much 24 hours a day. Owner is very understanding and easy to deal with. We had a great 2-week stay and hope to be back next year! TimC

Lovely Classic Nantucket Home

If you want to stay in a quiet area of Nantucket with close bicycle/beach access this is a great home. Short ride to beach and to Sconset. We had a great stay.

Wonderful home!!

We had such a wonderful stay at Lief’s home. The location, house, and amenities were all fantastic. The location is private, and well located to access both town and Sconset easily. Near a handful of great beaches, and the neighborhood was great for family walks in the morning. Lief was super responsive and answered our questions in a timely manner.

Perfect Little Getaway

Quiet Vacay in Tom Nevers

Our family had a wonderful trip out the island. The house is set is a quiet area in Tom Nevers and was an ideal setup for our week vacation. Not too far drives to Surfside or Nobadeer beaches. The owner is very accommodating and tremendously helpful.

Perfect Beach House

My family and I stayed here for a week in late July. There were six of us and the house was comfortable for all of us in every way. This is the perfect beach house, private, charming, awesome deck, close to my favorite beach on the island and Sconset. The rooms all have their own access to the deck and we slept with the doors open at night and could hear the ocean at night. We loved it here and will definitely be back.

Perfect place on Nantucket

My wife and I really loved this house for our annual get away to Nantucket in Sept. This year our son and his girlfriend came for a few days and so did my sister and her husband. The house had more then enough room for us all. The location is a short 5 minute drive to Tom Nevers beach, which is beautiful as well as an easy 15-20 minute drive to downtown. We loved the large outdoor deck and especially liked the covered area for cooking on the grill. The neighborhood is very private and beautiful to walk around. Was perfect for our morning walks with our dog Teddy. We will be back again next year. Mike / Ann

Perfect Labor Day vacation!

This was the perfect stay for 4 adults and a small dog. The property is even better than the pictures, clean and spacious. Large kitchen with everything you need and we loved having the outdoor grill. We rented bikes and did daily rides to the beach and Sciasconset. Thank you and we can’t wait to visit again!

Great stay

Spent 7 great nights at this house , it is less than 10 minutes drive into to town or easy walk to the shuttle that can get you all over the island. Love the quiet location on the south east side of the island. House has all the enmities you would need. Beds are very comfortable.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home, very spacious and bright. It was perfect for our family of 6. Tom Nevers Beach is only 1.6 miles from the property which we found very convenient. The house has everything you could possible need. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect for the whole family

We had the best time staying at Lief's home. The house is as described, and even larger than expected. Plenty of room for the whole family! Lief was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. They had plenty of yard games for fun at the house, and everything you may need for a beach day just down the road. Tom Nevers is such a nice part of the island, you feel secluded but are still just a short drive to town! We would love to be back again, just for a bit longer next time!!

Nice rental.

House is very nice. Quiet area with distant views of ocean and sounds of surf at night - especially from deck off master suite. Space is large, bedrooms and living room very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and even nice beach chairs/cooler/towels/bikes were provided. Deck is great. Great breeze. Large size with plenty of patio furniture and gas grill. Lots of fun cooking out. Family really enjoyed it.
