Le Weeki Wachee Condo avec une vue millions de dollars

Nouvellement rénové, sur la rivière Weeki Wachee avec un accès direct à 5 minutes du golfe du Mexique. Pas de soucis de stationnement votre 30ft + bateau sur votre propre quai. Et sortir sur une marée ,, Cet endroit a quelque chose pour tout le monde .... Fermer l'accès aux lieux de pêche idéal, la pêche au large de la digue, la plongée en apnée pour les pétoncles, bénéficiant d'un beau coucher de soleil ou même faire un peu de danse sur le grand pont. Les équipements sont 8 personnes, AC central, quai de bateau, salle de bains intérieure / extérieure, et le pont. Nouvellement rénové intérieur avec une grande cuisine, salon, chambre principale, une deuxième chambre et un espace privé de sommeil en plein air. La propriété est très propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.

L'utilisation des kayaks et des vélos à pédales sont inclus avec la location.

Cet emplacement est parfait si vous voulez tout faire ou ne rien faire du tout .... Ne tardez pas à réserver, c'est une partie d'une tache type de vacances.

Activités proposées dans la région: kayak autour de l'île, ou kayak sur les 12 mile Weeki Wachee rivière. Love staying at Millon Dollar View. It was breath taking watching the stroms come in. the sunrise and sunsets were beautifu. Being so close to the Gulf of America made it easer to go scalloping and fishing. Larry and Leanne were amazing and the way they have done the out side was so wonderful and when we were inside it was very clean and felt like home. Will love to stay again. Great place on the river

My kids love the Weeki Wachee river and they thoroughly enjoyed walking out the back door and getting in their kayaks.

Cozy cottage on the water.

I have nothing bad to say about our stay. The owner's went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is fully stocked and the view off the back is spectatcular. Hands down the best outdoor area in the neighborhood.

Better than expected!

The pictures online did not do this place justice. It was super cute and perfect for our family. We did get to meet and chat with the owners since they were right next door so that was great. The dock was perfect for our boat and easy access to both the gulf and the river. The porch was amazing too.

Relaxing Bday

Our family and pups had a wonderful weekend on the water. We brought our 19.5 bay boat to access the canals and gulf. It was perfect. Our favorite feature was the outdoor area! We hung out there and ate outside every meal. We had a blast and look forward to coming back.🛶 L&L were great hosts

Great House!

We absolutely loved this little home on the water. We had everything we needed, LeeAnn and Larry were so hospitable. We loved being able to use the kayaks and paddle board. We docked our boat for the week right at the house! It is very clean and stocked with any items you may need! The master room’s king size bed was very comfortable, which makes all the difference! Hope to be back soon! Thank you!

Million dollar view

Larry and Leann are wonderful people to rent your vacation home through. If you have a boat it’s super easy access to the gulf. We enjoyed kayaking up the river and the beautiful sunsets the house offers. The bedroom mattress was very comfortable. We didn’t spend much time inside the trailer, we’re outdoor people so we loved sitting outside in the screened patio. Lots of manatees. Can’t wait to go back, Already planning our return.

We Had A Great Time.

The property was in great shape and was as advertised. We had a problem with the fridge and the owner replaced it immediately. The owner was super nice and was very concerned that we had a great stay. The outdoor area, including outdoor seating and furniture was perfect for us and everything was of a good quality. Washer, dryer, showers, household goods, towels, cookware, etc. was all of good quality. The 6 kayaks and 2 paddleboards were name brand and in good shape. Not to mention the beautiful sunsets and the natural beauty in general. We will be back again.

Peaceful Serenity

We had some setbacks with our trip and the hosts were very responsive and willing to work with us no matter what curveball we threw at them. The outside space of the property is absolutely gorgeous and where we spent most of our time. Looking forward to renting from the owners again!

Our property stands out from the rest because we have plenty of parking in our large fenced in yard and we are on the deepest canal on the island and always have a wonderful breeze year around.
