4th of July vacation in Dennis

Nice little neighborhood with about a block walk to the pond. Clean, comfortable & cute. definitely feels like a traditional Cape house which is what we wanted. We really enjoyed our stay! A couple more bed pillows & extra towels, maybe some beach towels would have been nice but their wise it had what we needed.
Cute & comfortable. Looked just like the pictures. Hosts were nice & easy to communicate with.
Nice sunset views at the pond
Uneven steps bring you to the beautiful beach. Watch your step!

In-between the best beaches

We loved our stay at the Cape Cod Cottage! Great communication with owners and easy access to keylock box. Perfect location - a quick drive to our favorite beach, Corporation Beach and night time fishing at West Dennis Beach. My children enjoyed the outdoor shower and the provided skimboards. The kayaks were already on the beach at Follins Pond which made for a great evening activity. The family is already counting down the days until we can come back here.

Cape cod cozy cottage

Lovely cottage with amazing outdoor shower! Very clean and had everything needed. Screened in porch lovely as well. The only negative is it is not an easy trek down to the local pond and the pond is definitely more of a water sport (boating) pond than swimming. Although kayaks were provided there was no easy way to get them back and forth…. Otherwise wonderful stay.

Cozy place for a great restful week

The cottage was exactly like the pictures. We were three people and we had enough space to share. Beds were comfy, shower worked well and there was enough air flowing that we didn't need to use AC during early July. The owners have just listed this place, so they are still improving services. Things that can be adjusted for future guests are: making drying racks available (there is no place to hang wet towels), providing some amenities (e.g. coffee & filters, spices, sugar, etc) that are great to find in the place during a short stay, better maintenance of the outdoor materials to be usable like in the pictures. ps: kayaks were great to have and the walk to the pond is a short 3min.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage in Dennis. The communication with the owners was excellent. We enjoyed the proximity to nearby beaches and Follins Pond. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Denis.
