ÉlĂ©gant appartement situĂ© dans la via dei Calzaiuoli, l'une des rues les plus importantes du centre historique de Florence. La maison est situĂ©e dans une position trĂšs centrale Ă  quelques mĂštres du Duomo, du Ponte Vecchio et des Offices.
Giotto Elegant est situé au quatriÚme étage avec ascenseur d'un bel immeuble historique et se compose d'un salon lumineux avec cuisine, de deux chambres doubles et de deux salles de bains (dont une avec douche).
EntiÚrement rénové récemment, l'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à un maximum de 6 personnes (il y a deux lits doubles et un canapé-lit double) et a été équipé de tout le nécessaire pour vous garantir un séjour confortable à Florence. Perfect

The address numbering in Florence with business and residence is confusing, but that was part of the adventure! The building had a hotel and the clerk helped us find our check-in Porter. Amazing location right in the heart of Florence! The Duoma clock tower is seen from the window, which also chimes at 7am! Ha!

The apartment was located right at the duomo. Itcwas clean and quiet except for the am church bells. We could walk to everything. Location was ideal. 2 beds andca pull out sofa, and 2 baths, 1 with a shower. Kitchen was outfitted with all you need, although we did not cook. There is an elevator to the 4th floor or 107 steps! T

WORST APARTMENT TO STAY

Shower- Not working / Mosquitos- A LOT/ Rooms - Stinking smell everywhere / Sinks - Clogging continuously/ Beds - need Immediate replacements/ AC- Not Working / Entrace to Elevator - Smells like a dead Rat/ Bathroom Door- Can’t Lock it

Great city location, but not if you have car

If your goal is to stay in the city, walk the piazza's and are coming by public transportation with light bags. This is a great location and option. However, we had a car and dropping the family close to apartment and finding parking was an extreme hassle. Also with 2 weeks of luggage the streets are all cobblestone. Not easy. Keep that in mind. No self check in. You have to meet someone. He was running from apartment to apartment so timing our challenge getting there with his limitied availability was also a hassle. Flat was spacious and comfortable. (Except early morning bells but thats not in control of renters) just bring ear plugs unless you are an earl bird.

The apartment was in a good location, within walking distance to most things we water to see and do. The apartment was clean but not well stocked. We could not get the stove top to work and the electric kettle stopped working after day one. The upstairs room only had a sky light so it got warm at night even with a fan. It did have a half bath. The downstairs had an air conditioner so it was fine. The rain shower head in this bathroom, the only one in the apartment, did not work but the hand held did. The shower door leaked if you were not careful. Over all it was not a bad stay just not great.

Center of town. The dome is about a 3 min walk and so many shops/ restaurants. The space has an elevator, great for luggage. Spacious rooms and nice shower.

Best location in Florence!

This apartment was on the best street in Florence! It was central and surrounded by everything you could need. We walked to all of the main attractions including the main train station. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Great location

Our family of four stayed at this property in June of 2024. The location of this property is great, in the heart of beautiful Florence. The property is several floors up, with access to a small lift. The person that helped us with check in was very kind and flexible, as we visited during the rail strike and it complicated transfer from the airport. She was very understanding and patient and was kind enough to give us late night food recommendations when we arrived. The room itself is suitable. Could use some updating. The upstairs bed only had bed sheets - no blanket. We had some troubles with the WiFi in the room, which rendered the smart TV useless for us on our first evening but we were able to resolve on our second day. The air conditioning worked reasonably well during the hot days. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have preferred but the location of the property made me willing to tolerate the lack of perfect comfort. Overall happy we stayed here for the location itself.

Great location in the middle of city center

We loved the location of the apartment that was beautifully remodeled. It had all the convenience necessary but main shower head did not work, even with instructions, just the hand shower head. AC was set on a temperature and we could not make it colder. Main bedroom Ac seemed not to work as well as the bide on the top floor. We asked for more pillows and blankets and we didn’t get any. We called for Ac adjustment and shower and didn’t get anyone to come. For two days it was great but more dates we needed more amenities. Location was the best.

Fabulous in Florence!

My family and I just returned from 12 days in Italy (4 days here in Florence). What a wonderful flat! Admittedly, we did not cook because the food in Florence is incredible, but the stay was very comfortable! The location of this flat is unbeatable-in the heart of the old city steps from the Duomo and shops. The flat is surprisingly quiet since it sits just above the bustling part of the city. The neighborhood is so safe with plenty of gelato and coffee shops nearby. We appreciated having a lift to get us to the 4th floor after long days of walking the museums and city streets. They allowed an early check-in for us (as available), and provided us extra towels when we reached out to the host. Communication was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this flat. We are a family of four (2 older teenage daughters) and there was plenty of space for us for our stay. Clean, safe, ideally located--recommend!
