Nous venons d'installer carrelage dans toutes les chambres !! Entrée sans clé serrure de porte de sorte que vous ne devez pas suivre toutes les clés pendant votre séjour !! Phoenix West est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux sur le Golfe! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Avec plus de 1,950 pieds carrés l'unité est très spacieux et nouvellement meublé. Les équipements sont abondants dans ce condo Phoenix West: l'unité est aménagée avec des appareils en mode plein écran, un bar avec machine à glaçons, 55 "TVHD à écran plat dans le salon avec 42" TV dans les chambres, salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit king size dans le maître, deux lits queen dans la 2ème chambre et un grand lit dans la 3ème chambre. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace. Nous avons aussi le condo 3br seulement deux portes vers le bas si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace !! Il y a une rivière paresseuse, toboggan aquatique, piscine extérieure avec un clôturé pataugeoire chauffée en porte piscine, deux jacuzzis, centre de fitness state-of-the-art, 4 saunas et un toit-top des courts de tennis. Il y a un 25 ans d'âge minimum pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement en cas de violation. Vos vacances sera complète à Phoenix West avec toutes les commodités, la plage et des chambres luxueuses. Venez profiter de tout ce que cette nouvelle Phoenix a à offrir, s'il vous plaît appelez ou envoyez un courriel pour réserver des vacances inoubliables. Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 28 $ par véhicule. Toute unité de 3 chambres louée à Phoenix West garantit que vous pouvez acheter jusqu’à DEUX laissez-passer de stationnement. The condo was very outdated except for the new furniture in the living room. Parts of the popcorn ceiling was failing off. This unit needs a deep cleaning. Left over juice boxes under the bed, sock and lots of dirt under the wet bar. The wall trim was very dirty. Had issues with hot water. Only one person could take a shower then had to wait at least an hour before the next person could shower. Lobby and hallways to rooms were not kept up. (Dirty) The view was great. Over all would not rent again

Only complaint is the need for more parking. My husband and I had to park at 1/4 mile up the road and walk to the property.

Great Family Spring Break

We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved all the amenities offered and the beach was great. Great views from the balcony and the condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. We would love to return next year.

Weekend Trip

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The elevators were quick and we never waited more than a couple of minutes. The pools were clean and our kids loved the slide. Access to the beach was easy! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Orange Beach Vacation

The condo, property and beach did not disappoint in any way. The condo looked exactly like the photos the website and it was extremely clean. The view from the balcony was amazing (especially when the Blue Angels flew by) and whole property and beach was also very clean. We had a really great vacation!

Only negative was the lazy river was scheduled to close on Monday, April 21, but it was actually closed on Sunday morning.

Location was great! We couldn't get into the ocean much due to the June Grass. We did have a couple issues with the electrical outlets and switches in bedroom and Kitchen.and Mold in the ice maker. Overall we had a wonderful trip

I particularly liked the external water and ice functions on the fridge. The unit had a large variety of pots and pans, and cooking utensils. A real plus! Two cleaning issues - the bar glass shelves had plenty of dust. The Master Bathroom shower caddie had some black mold. Note - The front desk personnel were often rude.

Our stay was overall was great. We did have an issue with one of the beds having DIRTY SHEETS. The AC didn’t work well, the dryer took forever to dry articles and the stovetop didn’t heat well. However, we loved the faculties! Already working on a time booked for next year.

Great condo -very clean, roomy . Small issue TV in one bedroom would not work, took a couple tries to get the other TVs on satellite. small crack in microwave door looked superficial the microwave worked fine Will be visiting again
