Estero Yacht & Racquet # 228 Inscription 19-1120

Notre condo confortable est situĂ© Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© sud de l'Ăźle d'Estero, dans le complexe Estero Island Yacht and Racquet. Nous sommes situĂ©s sur un large canal par Fish Tail Marinia. L'unitĂ© du deuxiĂšme Ă©tage a une vue magnifique sur la circulation des bateaux du canal et de la faune. Puisque nous sommes au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage et il y a des marches et cela devrait ĂȘtre considĂ©rĂ© si cela vous causerait des problĂšmes, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. L'unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e avec tous les nouveaux meubles pour vous dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  la plage ou Ă  dĂ©couvrir les attractions de Fort Myers. Estero Yacht et Raquette
a une piscine chauffée et un grand patio dans la communauté. Ce sont d'excellents endroits pour griller, se détendre le long du canal et rencontrer les voisins et les autres visiteurs si vous le souhaitez. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée si vous souhaitez cuisiner vos repas ou utiliser les grillades sur le patio. Nous apprécions le patio de nombreuses soirées à griller et à regarder les bateaux revenir à la marina. Notre communauté est petite mais sympathique et assez proche pour marcher à proximité des restaurants ou utiliser le tramway pour aller à la vieille ville pour la nuit.

Great property! Location is perfect, access to beach is close but you are not overrun by beach people. Other residents are great and hosts live on property. They are very accommodating. Everything you need is there. Canal views are enjoyable!

Great rental.

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo had more towels and hooks to hand things on than anywhere we've ever stayed. All switches for lights were actually labeled! Our host was great with communications. Liked the code entry lock so we did not have to drag keys to pool, Hope to go again next year. Thank you.

Nice quiet area, everything was clean and in working order,the beach is about a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Our stay in this condo was lovely. From the cleanliness of the unit to the spectacular view of the boats gliding toward the ocean, everything was wonderful. The people were friendly, the location excellent, and the quietness wonderful. Steps to r stair ants and shops, too!

Lovely Condo with the Best Location

Stayed the month of January 2020. The photos do not do this unit justice -- beautifully decorated and very comfortable for two. Spent much of our time in the screened in lanai watching dolphins and the boats coming and going throughout the day. Loved to be able to grill out on the shared patio area and met some very nice people. Owner was very responsive and supplied everything we needed. The unit was ultra clean when we arrived and the property in general is very clean. Credit card laundromat was right next to the pool - how convenient! Location and property itself is very quiet -- within short walking distance to the beach, shopping center w/restaurants and CVS. Couldn't ask for anything more. Great experience.

The condo is exactly as described.

We loved the condo just right for two people. Just a short walk to the beach, the area is very quiet and it is lovely to sit and watch the boats go by from the lanai. There was everything that you would need and more. Very clean and freshly painted. We would love to go back to this condo.

Awesome accommodations!

This condo unit was perfect. It was immaculate and well furnished with everything needed for cooking and relaxing at the beach. There were ample plush beach towels, as well as a beach wagon, chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and frisbee! It was a short walk to an awesome beach, as well as an ideal location by Santini Plaza which has great gift shops and a broad selection of restuarants. The condo unit itself had a lovely and relaxing interior design and the lanai had a beautiful, peaceful view. The onsite pool was wonderful as well. The owner was easy to communicate with and we would not hesitate to rent this unit again!

We purchased this Condo at Fort Myers Beach to help us escape the cold Minnesota winters. We have added our personal touches to the unit and hope you will feel comfortable during your stay. We love to travel and love the water and beach.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This couldn't be a better spot to enjoy time away from home, the other owners are all very friendly and will make you feel welcome if you choose to attend there evening get togethers. It is a small complex which only adds to the neighborly feel. We are at the south end of Estero Island so the while there is night life close the real party atmosphere is 10 minutes to the north. The trolley is a good way to get around at night no need to worry about parking or driving.

We have always done a superior job in cleaning our unit before COVID19 and have implemented the practice of washing all handles and door knobs. If you find anything unacceptable at the time of your check in I want to know about it and will do what ever is necessary to correct the situation.

Enjoy every thing the beach and water have to offer here. Check out our travelers guide in side our condo for all the area activities available should you want to leave the beach.
The unit is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels and a cart to help you talk the short walk to the beach. The kitchen is fully furnished and you are provided all the paper products, dish soap etc.. you'll need during your stay.
