RIVERFRONT FUN! Pêche de porte arrière! PET FRIENDLY !! VUES, la paix et la tranquillité!

Petite cabine à environ 15 minutes au sud du centre-ville de Pagosa Springs. Cabine se trouve sur 5 hectares de beaux pâturages, avec de grandes vues sur la montagne à l'est, la forêt nationale à travers l'allée, et l'accès privé à la rivière Blanco. Il y a une chambre avec une belle installation de lits superposés. Et un loft confortable qui est meublé avec un lit queen size. Barbecue grill. Foyer (s). Trou de Natation. Pêche C & R. Les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus, mais pas de chat tueur ni de chien agressif s'il vous plait !! Les chevaux sont également autorisés car il y a un pâturage complet disponible pour les amis équestres. Cuisine complète. WIFI. 35 minutes de Wolf Creek, pas de circulation du centre-ville de Pagosa !! 15 minutes du centre-ville de Pagosa. TVHD à écran plat 48 "avec DirecTV et Sunday Ticket.

The property was very pet friendly and the kitchen was very well equipped. I especially enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay! I would recommend it for sure!!

This place is amazing! Friendly dogs and great scenery. The perfect place to just get away from it all. Peaceful, secluded, and not too far from things you want to do. Avoid the crowds and condos. Come here if you really want to enjoy your stay from home!!

Very pet friendly, host Chris is friendly and accommodating. The Barn was clean, cozy, really the right amount of space for us( a couple and dog). The area is beautiful, the stars are plentiful and the river access is very relaxing with the sounds of the water.

Came here for my girlfriend’s birthday! Beautiful property and awesome cabin. Has everything you need. Fire pits with plenty of wood, wood stove, nice furniture and beds, disc golf goal! River deck, bbq grills, awesome views and a welcoming owner! Will definitely be back! Couldn’t get any better!

We loved the “barn”! The house and the surrounding property were clean and so beautiful. The river, the stars at night, the peaceful quiet and the hummingbirds were our favorites! “Our stay at the cabin was wonderful. The space was spotless, neat, and very well cared for, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming right away. Absolutely loved our stay at this cabin in Pagosa Springs! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we’d found a hidden gem. Chris, the property owner, is truly one of a kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about making sure guests have an unforgettable experience. The views were unreal in every direction, the kind that make you stop mid conversation just to stare. At night, the stars were stunning, no light pollution, just endless sky. The privacy was perfect, peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we were hoping for. And the river was incredible. It was absolutely beautiful running through the property, even if it was ice cold this time of year. Still, it added so much magic to the place. We are already talking about coming back this summer so we can fully soak in the beauty of the property and actually swim in the river. Can’t recommend this cabin or Chris enough. This is the kind of place you keep thinking about long after you leave.

Just what we were looking for!

The Barn met all our needs. Good location for all the things we wanted to do. Host was very accommodating and he has great knowledge of the area. A quiet and safe place with a short walk down to a nice deck on the river for relaxing after a long day. Thank you Chris for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay.

I am a 52 year old contractor, originally from outside of Boston. Been in Pagosa for 30 years now. Hunter. Skier. Rafter. Love the outdoors. Professional hunting guide for Sundown and Rio Grande Outfitters. I live on the property and my rental is my guest house. I am an on-site host, and I ALWAYS give people 100% privacy. That stated, I've also made some life-long friendships through my rental. I've actually built homes for people I've met through my rental!! It's been a game changer for me!!! I've invested countless hours of sweat equity into my property over the years, and I LOVE sharing it!!! Being a host has been a very, cool experience!!!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property is simply beautiful. I have private access to the Blanco River, and a private swimming hole. Fishing is allowed, but please catch and release only. Also the property has a large pasture area of approximately 2 acres so all you horse folks can stay here!! Hunters especially welcome!! Awesome big mountain views are to the east, and you can go for a stroll across the street in the national forest. One unique benefit as a local in the winter time, is being located south off of Hwy 84. You get to avoid all the traffic headed downtown from the west side of town, which can be very slow and frustrating these days. As Wolf Creek becomes more and more popular every winter, the traffic is getting worse and worse in town. It can take a half hour sometimes if it's snowing, to get from the west side of town, to 4 miles!! YUCK!! I don't know about y'all but when it's a powder day, I HATE waiting in traffic!! Stay here, and you avoid ALL the ski and school traffic of downtown Pagosa. Lots of wildlife. Not uncommon to have elk and deer in the yard. Mountain lions have been seen too!!! When the conditions are right, I have a great hill in the backyard for sledding!!! SO FUN!!
