Maison de 4 chambres avec piscine et spa

4 chambres 1800+ pieds carrés situé sur le côté sud de Las Vegas à 10 minutes de la bande. Cette maison est parfaite pour une escapade en famille. Le jardin spacieux est professionnellement aménagé avec piscine et spa récemment mis à jour avec galets tec. La piscine peut être chauffée moyennant des frais supplémentaires qui varient en fonction du temps de l'année. Il a le contrôle à distance pour les lumières de piscine led cascade et spa pour mettre l'ambiance pour la détente.

La chambre principale a un lit king size, sa propre télévision et lecteur blue ray et une salle de bains rénovée. La salle de bain a une douche spacieuse à double tête avec des bancs dans la douche.

La chambre à coucher suivante a un lit queen puis nous avons une chambre de plus avec un autre lit queen. Notre 4ème chambre a des lits superposés seulement adaptés pour les enfants, il y a des jouets et des jeux.

La maison est équipée de câble cox et internet tous deux inclus. L'étage principal a un canapé assez grand pour asseoir toute la famille et une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur blue ray. La cour arrière a un barbecue et beaucoup d'espace pour la table de pique-nique 8 'et chaises longues en plein air qui sont fournis.

Nous sommes proches de toutes les commodités comme bowling, théâtres, épiceries, gymnase, centre commercial, aéroport et autoroute 15

Il n'y a pas de fêtes, rassemblements ou autres choses de ce genre autorisées dans la maison. L'occupation maximale est de 6 à tout moment du séjour et ne peut dépasser 6 sans notre autorisation.

Vegas Christmas

We stayed here over Christmas. The house easily fit six adults and two kids. The hot tub was great as was the spacious kitchen table. Randy was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Paradise Near The Strip!

I can’t say enough about this Gem!! The House is Everything You’d Want on Vacation and More!!! I came to Vegas with 3 girlfriends to celebrate my 50th. Soooo glad I chose this property. Beautifully decorated, amply stocked, conveniently located... The owner, Randy was great! very responsive and kind! Excellent customer service! My guests were elated! We were a bit bummed that we didn’t plan an extra day just to sit around, chill and enjoy the house!! We all will be back to Vegas again and each hope this property is available! Thanks for an amazing 50th!

Perfect Spot

We are not the standard Vegas visitor as we have family living in Henderson and this was the PERFECT and Quiet location. Literally one mile from each niece and a perfect get away to spot. Each morning started with hot tub, then swimming and then off to the family. Property is very well maintained. Thank you for a great stay!!

Wonderful House

We loved everything about this house. I felt at home immediately upon arrival. It is beautifully furnished. The owner couldn’t be nicer. It was a pleasure to get to meet him and his family while they were in town. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable. The backyard is beautiful and the pool and hot tub were amazing. This owner really went above and beyond, even supplying dvds for your viewing pleasure. We will definitely stay here again!! Outstanding experience!!

Silverado Ranch vacation home

This house is exactly like the photos. It is very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location is ideal as you are close to everything. We stayed for 2 months this winter and completely enjoyed our stay. Randy is an exceptional host that accommodated all of our needs. This is a house that we will rent again when we come to Vegas. Relaxing!

Rented 9/23-9/29 2018, The place was wonderful! It was very clean, and had everything we needed, and we felt at home. Not far from the strip of LV yet in nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of convenient stores, gas, shopping, eating places just around the corner. Randy was quick to respond to any questions we had. Was a pleasure to rent from him. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The pool and hot tub was a real bonus and enjoyed after a long day of walking and all the adventures, The beds were very comfortable!! Would definitely recommend and use this home again!! Highly recommend!

Perfect house for 5 women to relax!

House was awesome, very clean! The neighborhood was super quiet. Had some issues with the electric, but the owner had it fixed quickly. However, The outlets in the bathroom did not work which made it difficult for 5 girls to get ready. House was equipped with most basic needs: pots and pans, linens, dishes, trash bags, paper towels. Will definitely stay again.

Did not know the outlets didn’t work. Would have liked to have known that I fixed it when I got there in less than 10 seconds. Turns out it was a GFCI that was tripped

Wonderful pool and spa!

We had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. In all the years I have traveled I have never had such a comfortable bed. My children, who are older. Enjoyed having there own rooms and privacy. Being in the pool/ hot tub after a long day was very enjoyable. No curfews or other people to share with. The same price as a decent hotel. With privacy, a pool and comfortable beds! Hopefully we will be able to visit again!

Nice place to stay

We stayed 7 days. The home was ready for us when we arrived. Very clean. Randy made sure everything was ok for us and answered questions that we had pretty quick. We would definitely go back there next time we visit Las Vegas.

Really enjoyed our stay

We needed some sun and warmth after a long Alaskan winter, swimming in the pool and laying out in the sun was perfect. The house was clean and spacious, the location was great for having the "Vegas experience" while not being surrounded by it non-stop. This was our first vrbo and we can only hope that everybody can have the same experience we had with Randy and his house. We will be staying here again on our next trip.

Nice house

The house was nice but with the open plan a little warm upstairs and cool downstairs. The kids liked the bunk beds. The major thing we were disappointed in was the pool. We thought that with it being advertised the pool decking helped heat the pool, we would actually be able to use it but the water was way too cold. The hot tub was nice.

The pool has a pebble tec surface to help heat it in the shoulder seasons. In order to be able to use the pool in the middle of winter you would need to heat it with an alternate source. At no time was I asked about heating the pool because if I was, I could have turned the heater on from our location. I did noticed that you turned the heater on and ignored the fact that we have a surcharge for heating the pool, I didn't mention it in my review of you because I thought it was an honest mistake and I was going to let it slide.

The Twins 13th Birthday vacation! A Wonderful Home away from Home!

We rented this home for my twin godgirls' 13th birthday celebration. It was the perfect place for us to stay together as a family. Randy's 4 br 3 bath Las Vegas home is in a VERY quiet suburb of Las Vegas, approximately 10-15 min drive from the strip. This home was well appointed, with tons of amenities, the kitchen full of up to date appliances, rooms VERY comfortably furnished (we all enjoyed the giant couch in the living room) and a joy to come home to after our time in the frenetic pace of the Las Vegas strip. We would Uber our way to the strip every day for our shows and shopping and arcade fun, visiting several different hotels and casinos. Then, we would Uber our way back home to the lovely refreshing quiet of this home. The Pool and Hot tub were a HIT, in fact I believe the girls would say their favorite part of our Las Vegas vacation would be the pool at our home away from home. We/ they swam every day sometimes twice a day; the backyard with all of the pool toys and the beautiful lights were our oasis during the day and night during the summer heat. Randy is attentive and responsive as a home owner. I would recommend anyone stay at this Home. Thank you so very much for allowing us the use of your home for our stay.

Great time in Vegas

We had a great stay in Vegas! Randy and Rebecca's place is a very nice location and the house is well kept and updated. The pool and spa were great to come home to in the evenings after visiting the many national parks in the area. If we are ever back in the Las Vegas area, we will definitely stay here!
