A beautiful property, tastefully furnished and comfortable. The terrace is a jewel. the location is also great. Check-in was easy. Communication with Gianni great. We'd like to stay there again. Recommended.

Very nice unit on the first floor, just one set of stairs. Tucked into a cute corner of a small historic square. Everything you need is there. Restaurants, coffee shops, apertivo, market. The room was comfortable, quiet and looked exactly like the pictures. Duck your head when using the deck, but don’t skip it. So glad we picked this one. Such a great location. It made for such a memorable trip. I’d highly recommend it to friends and I’d stay again if in Venice.

We loved our stay at Loft with Terrace. The flat is very central, all the key tourist sites and amenities were easily accessible.The flat was clean and well organised. We particularly loved the evenings on the roof terrace. The owners were professional and attentive. I wholly recommend staying in the Loft with Terrace and we plan to visit Venice again in the near future.

Great place in a good location and Gianni is an excellent host. He guided us from the Arsenale vaporetto stop to the apartment when we arrived and was very easy to contact when we needed him (very rarely).

Great stay

Stayed here for a couple nights. Location is great and place is beautiful. Roof top terrace is very nice. We met with Daniella who showed us to the property and we’re glad she did because we never would have found it.

This was a great location and perfect accommodation for our stay. It was centrally located but was quiet enough at night. The roof top terrace is a great option and the whole apartment is newly renovated and very clean. I would highly recommend this location for a couple. The check-in process was great. I can see why they get high ratings. Very well managed.

The loft was lovely and Gianni was a fantastic host. He was very helpful with introducing us to the gorgeous city of Venice and went above and beyond to show us around and make our stay memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

The best short-term rental ever!

Fabulous, beautiful, and well-equipped apartment that is ideally located a short 10-minute walk from San Marco. Gianni and his team made check-in a breeze and were very responsive to questions.Highly recommended!

Beautiful loft

We had a great time here, the loft was beautiful, clean, and very safe/secure. It is close to restaurants and a very short walk to major attractions. The host was very kind and available. We really enjoyed our time in Venice and in the loft!

Such a sweet loft. We were met as we got off the vaporetto and assisted to the loft. It was so clean and well fitted out with everything we need. You can tell that it is well cared for and the guests are their priority. The host communicated with us to assist with everything we need which made the experience even easier. We loved it and definitely recommend

Great location

Our stay in Venice was lovely. Thank you to Daniella for meeting us at the Vaporetto stop and walking us to the apartment. The apartment is in a great neighborhood and we loved sitting on the roof deck in the morning and at the end of the day to relax and unwind.
