Belle propriété en bord de mer! 2 Bdrm / 2 salles de bain, Location W / Beach & Parking couvert

Cette unité est une belle, récemment rénové, 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains condo de luxe situé sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique. L'emplacement est situé au coeur de Destin avec un accès facile à des épiceries, des magasins et autres attractions locales.

La chambre principale a une belle vue sur la mer avec accès au balcon. Deuxième chambre à l'avant du bâtiment avec accès au balcon par le salon.
La chambre principale a un lit king size, télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. Master bain a douche de plain pied et relaxant baignoire jardin. Dressing, dressing. Très spacieux.

Chambre supplémentaire a un lit superposé avec grand lit sur le fond et deux sur le dessus. Télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, d'un accès via une salle de bains ou une chambre hall d'accueil.

Salle de séjour a un canapé canapé-lit.

La pleine taille Laveuse à chargement frontal et sec, cuisine entièrement équipée et table à manger pouvant accueillir six personnes et le comptoir des sièges pour deux équipés. Entrée sans clé pas de tracas avec une clé!

Sterling Sands est un bâtiment de faible hauteur qui se trouve directement sur la belle plage Côte d'Emeraude. Amusez-vous assis sur le balcon privé des dauphins ou de prendre dans les belles vues de l'Est à l'Ouest! Pas de meilleur endroit que cela pour avoir un peu d'amusement de plage et profiter d'un séjour merveilleux que vous vous souviendrez toujours!

Absolutely amazing condo. The most well furnished condo I have ever stayed in. Most places give you the bare minimum on items and there was extra of everything. Was extremely clean. Have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

This was a perfect condo for our families beach vacation. The beds were comfortable. The space was clean and well maintained and everything was in good working order. We especially loved the beach service and the beach towels provided in the condo.

We had a wonderful week at Sterling Sands #802. The room was clean and spacious with a large balcony overlooking the beach. Also, the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Traci’s condo! Sterling Sands was meticulous and clean. Perfect location! Staff was friendly and accommodating! Condo was updated. well appointed and spacious! Master suite was amazing! Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses and cookware! Appliances were great! Towels and bedding galore! Loved the beach chairs and umbrella bonus! Awesome balcony with views of beautiful Destin beaches! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Traci!

Best Condo rental experience at Sterling Sands

The communication from Traci was outstanding. This condo was 2nd to none and I have stayed at multiple condo units at Sterling Sands in the past. The condo was the cleanest of any I have stayed (i.e., I usually feel the need to re-clean a little after check-in but not in this condo) and very well decorated and tastefully done. Everything was in perfect working condition. Very relaxing condo. I will definitely make sure to work my calendar around the availability of this condo for future rentals. Thank you!

Perfect little

Our host communications were absolutely above & beyond with all my first timer for the area and their condo questions. Property for when it was built is well cared for. The elevators had few issues being on higher floor was a little nerve racking especially since it gets very stuffy and hot but fixed everytime efficiently. Family members had other units, which also very cared for when we checked them out (we had the opportunity to peek in 3 other units). It is intresting though to see the very little needing to be done by renters making cleaning staff have way more to do and you can tell they are rushed for turnover. I am unaware if they all units have same or hire out & host is responsible. We all had found few dirty dishes some questioned a few other things, which is why they rely on cleaning service to get everything done. Which is no fault to owners. It has everything you need. Extremely happy with unit. Already we miss it & want to figure out when we can get back!

Great location but condo wasn’t as described.

First, I want to say Traci was easy to communicate with. She was very accommodating to me when I tried to change which card I used to book the condo. When we got to the condo, I noticed we were short a bed in the second bedroom. The listing did state there was a sofa/futon sleeper and a queen bed in the second bedroom (this information and picture showing a bunk is now gone but I screenshoted it when I booked). I text Traci to ask about this and she said she had contacted VRBO several times to ask to change that and she’d never had another bed in that room. Now that I’ve gone back and read other reviews, I saw a review mentioning this bed and how much they enjoyed staying with Traci. I initially told Traci we’d make do but I was really hoping not to have to use the sofa sleeper. Now that I have read other reviews and see she’s changed the listing, I realize I was lied to. We would have selected another property if I had known the about the bed issue. The king bed wasn’t comfortable (caved in). The dishwasher was very loud. Right before we left to check out, the smoke alarm went off (I’m glad we hadn’t left yet). The dishwasher was smoking. We stayed to air the unit out and I made sure nothing was in there that shouldn’t have been. Other than the above mentioned issues, no complaints. There was painting going on outside and it was a hassle to get in and out of the unit but that was beyond anyone’s control.

Outstanding Property

Everything was just as pictured on the site. The condo was very well maintained and nicely decorated. It was clean and so well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could have needed! The view from the balcony was amazing, right on the beach! The heated pool was often quiet and the kids loved that! The beaches are stunning! Communication with the owner was easy and thorough. She sent all of the needed information and was responsive to any questions. Even the beach service was really nice, to have chairs set up and reserved every morning. The whole property was well maintained and staff there were friendly amd helpful. We will definitely stay at this unit again! Thanks for making this such a great place to stay!

Wonderful!

This property was wonderful for our short 50th birthday getaway! There are many attractions within walking distance but we made our home on the beach under the umbrellas. The water was gorgeous! I can’t wait to return to this property and location!

Relaxing Thanksgiving

This is an amazing beach and the property has very nice amenities. Traci, the owner is very responsive as well. There is some road noise in the evenings, but I'm not sure you can escape that in this area. The unit was updated with very nice furniture and fixtures. We liked spending Thanksgiving here as something different to our normal routine.
