HARRY POTTER AND DISNEY THEMED BEDROOMS & NEMO BATHROOM. This beautifully furnished 5 bed 3 bathroom villa is situated right on Mickeys doorstep on the popular Indian Creek community. 1 mile south of Highway 192, approximately 2.5 miles from Disney and close to the new Margaritaville resort and a huge selection of superb restaurants and amenities.

Unique games room design with full size heated pool (charges may apply for pool heating), air hockey and Foosball tables.
With uninterrupted views of the fantastic conservation area to the rear, the screened pool area has larger than average decking with patio furniture and plenty of sun loungers to soak up that Florida sunshine. Enter through a bright and spacious hallway into the vaulted family area. The Villa has cable, telephone, free wireless internet connection and even a safe to lock away your laptop and valuables when your not at home.
The villa is modern and tastefully decorated throughout and is fully equipped with all utensils, linens and towels, etc..

Rooms comprise 1 x king with en-suite, 2 x Queen, 2 x twin rooms (4 beds) which share 2 further full bathrooms. Our home is managed by a local company who will help you settle in and assist you with any queries you may have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Nice property, near Disney and Celebration.

Great property, plenty of space, simple check-in and a responsive owner. The neighborhood was quiet and we had ample parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The house was well appointed (reasonable pots/pans/dishes, etc.) and just as the description/pictures online indicated. We enjoyed our stay!

Indian Creek Villa

Perfect location if you are planning to visit the Disney Parks . Very peaceful area , with pool and nice backward . Lot of services around ( restaurants , Walmart , etc ) . Without any hesitation I will recommend this villa located in the Indian Creek .

Valentines weekend

We enjoyed a great valentine weekend with our granddaughter. She especially enjoyed the Harry Potter bedroom and pool. Online pictures of the home were exactly what we found. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Restaurants and shopping very close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Vacation Spot

Property was easy to find, ample parking and well kept. A couple of items that distracted us was only one set of towels for each person and no washing soap for starting the sheets on the day of departure. There were also no hand towels in any of the bathrooms. On the plus, great stay for our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. Would stay again.

Great home super close to Disney !

This property was better then the pictures showed, the rooms were lovely and beautifully decorated. Thoughtful touches were everywhere. The pool was well enjoyed by everyone especially my niece who was in there from sun up to sun down. The neighborhood was very convenient a short drive to anything and everything. I would highly recommend this home to anyone travelling to Kissimmee.

Nice property

Nice property to stay near Disney. We had no issues during our short stay. It is small for a full family but when you aren’t there much it is a great place to stay. Clean and no issues other than a flickering bathroom light and that is just being picky. Recommend this house for small family. N

Amazing property

The pictures don’t do this properly justice, my kids and husband loved it so much, it’s spacious and beautiful, all of the rooms were done so nice. The game room was a hit for my family, and the pool is wonderful, and the size is just right. The neighborhood was nice, and it was easy to find, we didn’t want to leave. The owner responded to any messages I had, we will definitely be back as soon as I get some more money to rent it, hopefully when my son turns 18 in August.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the conveniently located vila. Lots of beds to accommodate our large party. We enjoyed the pool table and air hockey table and having a washer and dryer was very convenient. Pool was too cold for kids to swim but we enjoyed sitting on the patio. Make sure to bring all essentials such as laundry detergent, dish detergent, seasoning, garbage bags, paper towels, as we showed up and didn’t think about these items. There was a Walmart nearby which was convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

We’re awaiting for this disgusting and disrespectful guest’s reviews to be removed as they’re total lies. This guest caused hundreds of $$$ damage to our home. There was rotting food, soda cups, ketchup, stained bedding, towels and trash left all over the house on departure. If anybody is in doubt following this review, we will be happy to provide the photos our management company took. The pool was clean as our management company visited and provided timed photos, along with their many cars. The trash can was emptied before their arrival, so any issues with this was self inflicted.

Perfect for an Orlando attractions family holiday

A beautiful villa in a lovely area just off of the 192. Perfect for getting to all of the Disney attractions and everything else that Orlando has to offer. Supermarket and loads of food establishments less than 5 mins drive away. The villa itself was clean, tidy and very well equipped with everything you could hope for from a home from home. Good size bedrooms, excellent lounge area and a good sized pool to relax after a long day or splash about for the kids. The vendors are extremely helpful and great to deal with. Would go back to this villa again in an instant! Thank you very much

Fantastic spacious Modern Family Home

I would just like to say on our arrival the Villa was immaculate very spacious very comfortable facilities fantastic, my three children loved the themed bedrooms and the games room. The pool area was lovely and clean and overlooked a lovely reserve which was nice and private. This was our first time going to Florida and I would like to thank you for letting us stay in your Villa we had an amazing magical experience and memories which will last forever . Great house

We had 10 people on vacation in this house and were very comfortable. The communication with the owners was the best I’ve had. Very quick to respond and very accommodating to our requests. Pool was very nice. We didn’t realize the hot water had been turned off in the garage until our last night, so we took cold showers the whole time. That was really the only down side of our trip. Kids loved the themed rooms. Thank you for having us

Christmas Holidays

We spent the Christmas Holidays at this house. It has enough space for 10 peoples. The pool was heated (extra charge$) and we appreciate it. After 6:00 pm, the heater is off, so if the nights are cold, the water temperature will be cold in the morning. Make sure to take a good decision before you pay an extra charge for that service. Also, the house is very well located if you want to go to Disneys. Expect trafic to go to Orlando.

Good house for a great price.

This house worked out nicely for our family. It is very spacious and accommodated our large family well. We chose this house for location and price. We appreciated that the owners did not have hidden fees that were not included in the per night rate. My only complaints would be that the cleanliness could use a little work. There was hair in the shower when we arrived, and there is quite a bit of clean up expected before checkout which can make getting out of the house on checkout day a little challenging. I have experienced homeaway rentals that have expected more and less clean up from us, and everytime I stay at one that expects a lot I think next time I will choose a place with less checkout responsibilities. So that is my fault for not looking a the checkout responsibilities.

Fantastic location, very clean and tasteful decor

We REALLY enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. We were a party of 10 and had plenty of room for all. The villa is situated very close to all the theme parks and there is a huge selection of restaurants and amenities close by. The kitchen had everything in it we needed when ever we ate in. The kids loved the themed rooms, there was a lot of thought put in to them, they were a lovely touch. There were plenty of pool towels and regular towels for everyone. Parking for two cars was easy. The entire home was spotless. The owners and the management team are great to deal with and answered all of our many questions prior to arrival. The location was in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to everything. Also nice having the peace of mind the villa is covered by CCTV for added security (Only outside and not overlooking the pool), there is also a safe which was good for passports, money, laptop ect. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a home very near the Disney area!!!! Thank you Guys for making our holiday so memorable, we will be back very soon!!!

Amazing Experience summer 7/18

Overall experience was amazing!!! this was our very first time renting a home like this. it definitely made us feel like home away from home. This home's space was very thought out and planned well. I loved the fact that the kids enjoyed the themed rooms while keeping the master bedrooms with an adult/spa like ambiance. Pool was great, a little small but just perfect enough to enjoy after a long hot florida day. - only cons were no A/c in the game room, this made it difficult to enjoy and the notices everywhere stating $100 charges for incidentals; made us feel very restricted. I would rather there have been an incidentals page in the receiving manual, rather than little posted signs everywhere. A/C could only brought down to 75 degrees or notice of a/c freezing would cost us an additional $100 call out fee, being from Florida this was not comfortable at night. Overall, I would definitely use this property again; as stated definitely enough room for everyone to do as they please. Watch TV, sleep, swim, eat, game-room you name it. thank you for the experience can't wait til next time.....

Fabulous Five Star

This property was excellent throughout. As described and communication with the host was excellent both before and during our stay. Our twin boys (10) loved the games room, pool and Harry Potter themed bedroom. They continually ask when we can go back! Our daughter (12) loved her very own queen sized bed, the pool and the large very open living space with plenty of seating for all, great for spending quality time with the family. My in laws had the master suite which i must admit i was jealous of, however my wife and I stayed in the bedroom at the front of the property and had use of essentially our own bathroom. The Air Con was the best, fabulous for me as I did struggle with the heat towards the end of our holiday. I struggle to think of much at all wrong with the property, we did think an extra drying rack would be useful although we managed with the ample hangers available to get things dry in the garage. We couldn’t find any wine glasses in the property other than plastic ones. We purchased some from Walmart for $6 problem solved. We left these so future guests can also use them (indoors only obviously). Overall we would highly recommend this property and host and we look forward to visiting again some time soon. We very much enjoyed our 4 nights here. The house is easy to find and access. Food options and a decent Walmart within a quick drive. The house was clean, couches and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Plenty of space for my husband and our two teenagers. The location is quiet and feels very safe. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and we are pretty picky about our lodging! My only negative was regarding the pool. We had paid to have it heated, but when we arrived the heat had not been turned on. We didn't receive an answer as to why. Someone came out the next morning and turned on the heat, but by the end of that day it still wasn't warm enough to swim in. We were advised to put the pool cover on. As the temps dropped to a high of about 60, we didn't have much hope that the pool would ever warm up. However, the morning we left it finally was warm enough to swim in. Just a shame that the cover wasn't on immediately (ideally before we got there) so that we could have been able to enjoy it more than just the last day. Kind of a high price for one hour of swim time. We were expecting a warm pool as soon as we arrived. I'd clarify the pool arrangements before paying the fee!

Hi Lori-Mari Thank you very much for your kind review, it is very much appreciated and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. In relation to the comment regarding the pool. The problem stemmed from the late request and payment of pool heating (Day prior to arrival). The management company were informed that we were awaiting payment, but we expected it imminently. We would normally turn the pool heat on at least the day prior to arrival, during a pre-guest inspection of the villa. Unfortunately, due to the unseasonably low temperatures at the time of your stay, all pools struggled to maintain the heat during the night.
