Cette unité loue uniquement samedi au samedi pendant les saisons occupées.

Ce trois chambres au rez-de-chaussée, totalement reconstruit, est parfait pour une famille avec des enfants. Il dispose d'un lit king-size et de trois lits queen-size avec de NOUVEAUX matelas à plateau-coussin. Il y a une grande piscine avec beaucoup de chaises longues et une piscine séparée pour les enfants. Il a également une toilette extérieure pour votre commodité.

C'est une vĂ©ritable unitĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. Pas besoin d'utiliser les escaliers ou l'ascenseur, pas besoin de marcher tout autour du bĂątiment. Il vous suffit de franchir vos 20 pieds de portes coulissantes en verre et de sauter dans la piscine, de vous promener sur la plage ou de vous allonger au soleil de l’Alabama.

Le complexe Pelican Pointe est l’un des endroits les plus populaires de la plage. La sĂ©curitĂ© Ă  temps plein et l'entrĂ©e sĂ©curisĂ©e vous donneront le sentiment d'ĂȘtre chez vous. Rester dans cet endroit est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles vous allez au travail.

Votre terrasse extérieure au rez-de-chaussée est la cour avant entiÚre. Vous n'allez vraiment pas y croire jusqu'à ce que vous le voyiez.

Les barbecues au charbon de bois sont sur la propriété et sont disponibles sur le principe du premier arrivé, mais à cause des codes de prévention des incendies, les barbecues au charbon et au gaz ne sont pas autorisés sur les ponts.

Perfect location

This was our 2nd stay. We love the location on the first floor. It is so convenient with kids to go to the beach and pool. We had another great trip to Orange Beach.

We couldn't have had a better location at this beach-facing, ground level condo! Both access to the pool and beach were literality steps away. The view from our patio of the sunrise and sunset were spectacular. Another plus was that our host was prompt in replying to my questions prior to and during our stay. I would definitely consider staying at this condo again.

Nice location, easy access. I feel like housekeeping needs to be more aware of dust in vents and walls in kitchen area. Also floors need to be mopped better, family had to keep shoes on at all times if not feet would be dirty even after showering. All in all I really enjoyed staying there except for the things I mentioned would recommend to others.

Spring Break 2025

We loved our stay at Pelican Pointe. The condo location on the bottom level was so convenient to the pool and beach! Parking was so handy, too! We loved having breakfast on the large patio where we could see the gulf. We took the kiddos to Alligator Alley and were pleasantly surprised. Our host was very thoughtful and responded to our questions quickly. Our first trip to Orange Beach was very enjoyable!

We loved staying at this property for spring break. The first floor location (close to both pools, beach, and parking) was great. The property was clean and Shannon was very responsive, though we did not need much. The complex was convenient to shopping and entertainment. We will definitely stay here again!

About the owner: We are a family of three from Slidell, LA who enjoys traveling. Vacations to the beach have always been our favorite.

After many years of visiting Alabama beaches with our families, as children and now as adults we decided to purchase a unit of our own. The many years of happy memories made this an easy choice.

My family would love for you to share our home away from home with us. We hope that you will enjoy our gulf front escape as much as we do, and make wonderful memories of your own.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose Pelican Pointe for several reasons:
1) Location - we love Orange Beach and the location is so convenient. There are 3 grocery stores across the street, several restaurants and shops to find that perfect souvenir.
2) Beach Front - we wanted a beautiful view of the gulf.
3) Ground Floor Unit - we have always searched for ground units because it's extremely easy to access. You don't have to tote all of your beach items or little ones too far. The unit is steps away from the beach and pool.
4) Gated Entrance - the beautiful, well-maintained landscaping and its location away from the main road.
5) Gulf Front Pool - we wanted to be able to go for a swim and still view the white sandy beaches at all times.
6) Indoor Pool - we have a toddler, and being able to continue to have fun even if the weather isn't cooperating was a huge plus for us. This also lets us enjoy our home away from home all year long.
7) Condo Association - the association does a great job of maintaining the property and ensuring everything looks great all year long.
8) Safety - there is a Security Guard on property; as well as video cameras.
