This is a great condo/resort for families, close to shopping and restaurants, pool and hot tub access, pickle ball and basketball courts, fun for everyone!

Great views!

Check in process was smooth and easy and Julie’s communication was great! The second room doesn’t get as cold but there were fans provided in the closet. We would stay here again!

Spring Break 2025

Overall experience was great! Easy check in, condo was clean, and location is great. Easy access to beach, and pool with small kiddos. Small shops near by, with grocery stores within 10 miles. This was our second time at Surfside, but first in this condo— would definitely stay again!

Our stay was magnificent in Miramar beach. The condo was very spacious and welcoming. The beach was right across the beach and the eating places were within a good distance. Wonderful first time visit!

Great property and location

Property matched the photos and description perfectly. The beach sand was great and the staff was super helpful. If there was a complaint, it would be the wait time at the elevators, but not a serious issue.

The owner was so kind and easy accessible! The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! If there is any complaint it would be long wait times at the elevator. We will definitely be back!!

My wife and I chose this condo due to the ease of beach access, the setup for four children, and condo amenities. The Condo was nice and clean and we were able to get in with no hassles at all. Julie was very helpful and accommodating. I would book again.

We loved the condo, nice and clean great view of the pool and ocean. Everything we needed in condo. Our host /owner Julie was very nice kept in touch . This is third year coming to surfside first time staying in the condo. We like the pool side the best.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing time in Miramar Beach. The condo was so awesome! Beautiful views of the ocean and pool. It was super cozy! We loved the decor. It worked great for our family of 5! I appreciated the bunk beds. Our boys were able to sleep on those and our daughter had her own space. It was perfect! We had a couple of questions while there and Julie was very responsive and so kind! We would definitely stay here again!

Pink Moon Memories

We had a terrific stay at this property and Julie was truly outstanding! She was super responsive with any questions we had. The condo was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Views from the patio were beautiful and the convenience of the condo to the venue for our music festival could not be beat! We made great memories with friends and enjoyed some awesome music under the Pink Moon!

Amazing!!!

Very clean and nice condo. Yes the lobby and elevators are a little outdated but honestly it has no effect on the stay. The pool area was very spacious with plenty of chairs. Having the bridge to use for beach access rather than having to walk across the road is so nice, especially when you have children. Definitely gonna come back.

Surfside

Perfect view. Loved being on the 3rd floor over looking the beach and pool area. The condo was clean and the beds we were comfortable. Julie was super easy to communicate with and the location is perfect for those who love to beach or if you want to walk the strip there is plenty to do from ice cream, coffee and restaurants all within walking distance.The Royal palms restaurant was super convenient being on site and pretty good food. We also enjoyed the beach bar and beach services that were included with our stay. We took several walks and we’re able to see dolphins dancing in the mornings. Everything was perfect.

Great place to stay

What I loved the absolute most was the sky bridge. We enjoyed going to the beach & had piece of mind when crossing the street, since we took an elevated bridge over the road. But that wasn’t all, I loved all the amenities, from the heated pool & hot tubs, the fitness center, on site restaurant, & covered parking. There was an outdoor sports area, but we never visited it. It was also a short distance to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls, souvenir stores, etc. The condo itself was well stocked w/ everything we needed, & the owner (Julie) was prompt to txt me back w/ any questions that I had. It felt like home away from home. I also feel as if it was child friendly, as my 4 year old toddler could roam around safely. Absolutely loved it!

The condo was nice, great location. Nice views. Great communication with the property manager. The property itself Surfside needs a little updating. Elevators can take awhile to arrive. The beach amenities only include 1 umbrella & 2 beach chairs, so if you have 4 or 6 people in your party be prepared to pay extra.

Was a really great experience.

Over all it was a great experience. The beach is just a walk over a beige and down some stairs. Beds were comfortable, everything clean! Only down side was it was really loud at night! A group had their music blasting at pool till noise curfew. So Trying to put little ones to bed was challenging. View was beautiful!
