Magnifique victorienne historique - Marchez jusqu'au centre-ville de Truckee!

Cette maison de sept chambres et six salles de bains et demi a été construite dans les années 1880 et est bien entretenue et joliment aménagée. Il a subi un remodelage de 1000000 $ à la fin des années 1990. Son équilibre parfait entre une décoration du XIXe siècle et un mobilier moderne en font un espace unique pour une célébration. Notre maison victorienne à deux étages peut accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes, mais est suffisamment spacieuse à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour accueillir un rassemblement de 25 personnes pour un événement des plus mémorables. Des frais supplémentaires peuvent s'appliquer pour un rassemblement de plus de 15 personnes.

A l'étage, il y a deux suites avec des lits Cal King, une suite Queen et une chambre communicante Jack et Jill avec une reine et deux lits jumeaux. En bas, il y a une suite Queen avec une salle de bains pour handicapés et une suite King. De plus, il y a un futon en taille réelle dans la salle TV / Media séparée. La maison dispose de tous les nouveaux matelas Sealy Posturepedic haut de gamme et de nouveaux draps.

Surplombant le centre-ville de Truckee, Mt. Rose et la rivière Truckee claire et fraîche, la maison Richardson se trouve au centre des stations de ski de classe mondiale, des terrains de golf et des activités de pêche et de plein air abondantes. Les activités ne manquent pas pendant que vous vivez le style de vie de Tahoe.

L'emplacement du centre-ville de cette location permet de se rendre facilement à pied aux cafés, boutiques, musées, restaurants et lieux de vie nocturne.

À l'intérieur de la maison, la cuisine du chef professionnel est idéale pour se divertir avec deux éviers, un four commercial à six brûleurs avec hotte et un comptoir abondant.

Les autres commodités comprennent une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une télévision par câble, un barbecue, un grand porche avec des chaises à bascule donnant sur le centre-ville de Truckee et le mont. We loved our stay in truckee. Each bedroom was tastefully decorated, with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked for any cooking or baking needs! We made a carrot cake and cupcakes for my daughters wedding. The location is ideal for a quick walk down the street to downtown truckee. Thank you Jeannine for a wonderful, memorable stay.

Absolutely loved our stay in the Richardson house. Great Family Trip

This was a wonderful family vacation. My husband, myself and my 3 kids and their families. We had 8 adults and 5 children ages baby - 9 years old. The house is very historic and beautifully maintained. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was great, lots of accessories and room for multiple people to be preparing food etc. The living room/dining room were great for gathering and everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well.It was nice to be right by town, we could go in the morning and get coffee or fill leisure time just walking around. The food trucks and music on Thursday evening in town was fantastic.Great communication with the host, she was very helpful with some suggestions for places to go.We would definitely stay here again if we come back for another family reunion.

Fantastic place in a fantastic location within walking distance of downtown truckee

As advertised the house is very large with 6 1/2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful clean beautifully restored Victorian with high ceilings, large common areas, great hot tub, well appointed kitchen, front porch with rocking chairs etc etc. We will definitely be back. You won’t be disappointed.

Second time/second year in a row that we stayed at this property for President's Day weekend. The Richardson House is amazing in. Property was very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and seems to have brand new state of the art appliances (I do not remember if they were the same last year, but I have they impression they are brand new). Great for large groups of families, plenty of space for everyone. Very close to Truckee center (accessible by foot). Would definitely stay there again!

2024 Summer Get Away

This is our second year in this house and the 8 of us completely and totally love these accommodations. We will return for a third year and a fourth and a fifth. It’s perfect for a small business meeting like ours. The gazebo is our night time gathering spot. The Weber BBQ fit our needs and the kitchen is so well equipped we could feed a crowd.

Way better than the pictures show!

This Victorian has been completely remodeled and updated with all of the charm preserved for a step back in time. There is ample room for everyone to gather together, including a large dining room table for truly special meals with family and friends. The bedrooms are comfortable and unique in their own way and allow privacy when wanted. The proximity to Truckee is an added bonus. We unreservedly recommend this beautiful home.

Historic Truckee Home provides Wonderful Ambiance for the Best Family Reunion so far!

This is a gorgeous property. The detail work, hardware finishes, and decor are of the Victorian era and magnificent. It is very well-appointed too. Luxury beds and bedding. The kitchen was a chef's dream and we were all able to work in there together to prepare dinners together. From the start, our communication with the property manager Jeannine was 5-stars. She followed up with every detail to make sure we were comfortable and offered us insider tips on how to best enjoy the Fourth of July weekend that we were there for. We were four nights and enjoyed having en suite bathrooms for every couple and the spacious dining and living areas were nice to share space. We did not use the parlor/game room or the gazebo outside too much. We were on the go during the days. It was sweet to sit on the beautiful front porch in the rocking chairs and chat over coffee in the mornings or the afternoons, with an adult beverage, and watch the town go by just below us. All in all a very special experience. Our family group of about 12 of us has rented multiple times every year or so to get together. Mostly in Rocky Mountain resort towns, but we loved the small town-friendly vibe of Truckee, and the beautiful home that we stayed in this time surpassed the other properties we have enjoyed in Colorado. We had a wonderful time. It was very special. Many thanks to Jeannie for her follow-up and care before and during our visit.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Absolutely beautiful and huge home! Bathrooms in every room made getting ready with a large group so easy. Walking to downtown was super convenient, and mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee and a view were magical. Highly recommend!
