Beautiful apartment with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. Most importantly for us was the climate, which is so much cooler than other destinations around Europe.Check-in with David was great and all amenities explained. Our delayed flight caused him no stress.Local shops and cafes within walking distance and several excellent restaurants serving fantastic food. The beach, a few minutes from the apartment is perfectly clean and the sea is so refreshing to swim in.A great base to visit other parts of Northern Portugal, including Porto itself which has so much to offer and it only a short taxi journey away.Family loved it and will definitely plan to return.

The apartment is in a truly spectacular position. The pictures give a precise idea of the views and you are literally metres from the beach. We slept with the window open each night and the sound of the waves was wonderfully peaceful.Easy access to the motorway allows North South travel and we used the Metro from the Fashion Outlet station direct into the centre of Porto in around 30 minutes. The access control system is really easy, but note that David applies a new code to each arrival, which is set up on the day. You won't receive this until your arrival day so don't panic that you don't have it before that.Underground car parking keeps your car from overheating in the sun and the "Camino" walkway lets you take beautiful scenic walks North and South along the coast itself. All the amenities are there to make time in the apartment relaxing and the broadband is a very good speed, allowing streaming on multiple devices. We would be very happy to stay again in the future.

David our hosts was great with communicating with us and his stepdaughter was very helpful checking us in and gave us great recommendations for restaurants.

Beautiful place!

First time in the Porto area and stay at this amazing place. Beautiful views from every window, a few steps from the beach, close to some restaurant and bars and a major shopping centre and grocery store is only a few minutes drive! David was also very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent apartment in Vila cha

Outstanding location on the beach with great sea views, direct beach access on the doorstep. 4th floor with great views and lift. Large, spacious flat with three full bedrooms, two bathrooms each with toilet (one in one of the bedrooms), furnishings as described, very clean and quiet, restaurants/beach bars all within walking distance. Car hire advantageous because of supermarkets and the sights around: Porto, Braga, Gerês National Park etc Very good, fast communication with the owner/manager. We would book again.

Amazing experience

The apartment is a kind of magic! The overview of the sunset from the balcony (or even from the kitchen and all bedrooms) is something that poets could better describe than me! The host is really accessible and provides all the support needed during our stay. Groceries store is a bit far away from the spot, but this is a minor worry if you are discovering the area all day long / during the winter, the beach in front of the apartment is really exclusive and empty. The apartment, furniture, and assets were super clean on our arrival. It is worth every invested Euro on our booking at this apartment. I recommend it!

Perfect Apartment

My family and I had a great stay at the apartment. Owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The apartment had everything we needed and also includes secure underground parking. The photos do not really show how great the apartments location is in terms of access to the beach and the outstanding views it has up and down the coast from 3 different balconies, plus the roof terrace. Sunset views are amazing. My 10-year-old daughter spent hours playing on the beach and swimming. There are also enough small restaurants and cafes with a 10-minute walk to save you having to drive out to eat or cook in the apartment if you don’t want to. I would recommend without hesitation and am looking forward to returning in the future.

Superb flat in excellent location

We loved our stay at this beachfront apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped with comfy beds and a great shower. Beyong the comfort of the apartment, the location was exceptional with wonderful views from every room out to the sea and the balcony was a great place to enjoy the sunsets! Easy to walk out of the apartment and go straight onto the beach - to walk, rockpool, relax or swim. There is a big supermarket 3km away or local shops. We loved eating at a local restaurant- Caravela. Amazing fish stews and rice dishes. We mostly relaxed at the apartment/ beach but enjoyed taking the Metro into Porto on a couple of days (very easy). Porto is a great city to enjoy! We are very grateful to the host David for arranging an early check in and for being a great host. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing break. We hope to come back soon!

Amazing apartment right on the beach

We really loved staying at the apartment. It was perfect for us. There were two balconies and a roof terrace all with stunning views. The three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with two of them facing the sea. Having two bathrooms was great and the lounge and dining area are very comfortable and nicely decorated. There was everything and more that you could need for a self-catering holiday. The block was very quiet and there was a lift so that my elderly mum did not have to tackle all the stairs. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood however we were able to get around to visit Porto and other norrhern Portugal towns and villages by using Uber and public transport. We had one very special day with the owners family. We walked along the coast both ways on the brilliant boardwalk and visited fishing villages and traditional seaside. I would highly recommend this accomodation and would love to visit again in the future. A great big thank you to David and his family and friends for all their help and quick communication throughout our stay.❤❤

Porto Beach and Birthday Stay

The condo was exactly as described in the listing and as other reviews said has views of the ocean from every room. The kitchen is well equipped and although could use some updated pans, we made dinner every night at the condo as you couldn't find a better view anywhere. The bed we used in the middle bedroom was very comfortable and we loved listening to the sound of the ocean at night. The living room is comfortably furnished and there is even a wood burning fireplace. David was very helpful before and during the check in process with recommendations and other information. We enjoyed being right on the beach and there is a board walk that goes for miles in both directions that is good for running, walking along the beach. Vili do Conde is a short drive away and offers several restaurants, shops, and a public outdoor market on some days. There is also a shopping outlet mall and a big grocery store just 10 minute drive away. Vili Chi is small with mostly beach bars, couple restaurants, and no shopping (that we found). There is a good little grocery store about a 15 minute walk, but you really need a car to stay here. If you want to be able to walk to lots of restaurants and shopping this might not be the place for you. But if you love an ocean view high above the waves with beautiful sunsets most nights, I highly recommend it. And I hope to go back sometime.

vacances a villa do conde
