Amapas 353 est un nouveau bĂątiment de boutique Ă  seulement 150 pieds de la plage de Los Muertos et de la plage de Blue Chairs dans le quartier Amapas de Romantica Zone Ă  Puerto Vallarta. A 2-4 minutes Ă  pied de la plage.

Cette unité est un luxe1 BR (lit king avec surmatelas en gel), 2 Ba avec 1150 pieds carrés (107 mÚtres carrés). Il y a un canapé-lit (queen) dans le salon. Le bùtiment dispose d'un ascenseur et est techniquement au 4Úme étage. Le 4Úme étage est situé à 7 étages de l'entrée cÎté océan et à 1 étage de l'entrée cÎté montagne.

L'unité, nommée "Casa de las Olas" (maison des vagues) a de grandes brises océaniques qui refroidissent et rafraßchissent le condo en quelques minutes. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cuisiniÚre, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, mixeur et cafetiÚre, etc. Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. Ce condo a son propre systÚme de purification de l'eau dans la cuisine et un coffre-fort numérique. Il offre un salon de belle taille avec un coin salon avec table à manger. Les 2 salles de bain complÚtes ont des pommes de douche à effet pluie et des comptoirs en granit.

Sur le toit de l'immeuble se trouve une belle piscine à débordement chauffée avec une vue imprenable. Il y a aussi un belvédÚre couvert, WiFi, évier et barbecue. Le bùtiment a une trÚs belle salle de gym à un niveau inférieur. Le bùtiment est à un pùté de maisons des plages et à proximité de grands restaurants, de la vie nocturne et des magasins.

Good job but this was a bad week with the cartel activity shutting down the town. We were left without food for a day and with no transportation, would have hoped management might have helped us out a little instead of just finding a store to walk to that’s 1.5 miles away.

This property is all about the views! Amazing view from the living room and balcony. Great place to stay in a great neighborhood within walking distance to all of the good restaurants and shops. My wife and I love the property and will definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo in a great area of the city! Well kept unit was clean, well supplied with essentials & nicely furnished. Moises was a responsive, excellent host! Great restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk.The only location negative was the sharp hill on the cobblestone street. If you walk a lot (as we did) make sure to bring sturdy shoes. Also the shows at Top of the Sky Bar, loud & visible from our deck, became somewhat annoying. Fortunately they ended around 10:30. But all considered, we would not hesitate to rent this lovely unit again.

Sunsets and storms

Great balcony and ocean views. Perfect location to beach, Malecon, shops, restaurants, pier, easy to walk and enjoy the cobblestone streets on foot. Condo is well layered out, open kitchen with all your needs met, and a/c when u need to revive from the heat/humidity of the day so u can go back out. Very comfortable bed with geckos sera adding us at night, and birds welcoming he morning. Saw great shows from the balcony facing sky top bar, fireworks several nights over ocean, and dolphins in the morning while enjoying coffee on the balcony. Got to enjoy a couple of lightening storms from the couch too. Would stay here again, it had everything we expected and more.

Great view, beautiful sunsets and crashing waves.

This condo has it all - great location, great view, the sound of the crashing waves, clean, organized, excellent security, dedicated management staff that do quick repairs when required and punctual check-ins, great layout, two large washrooms, excellent air-conditioning, a very large kitchen and a huge balcony. The musical entertainment from Top Restaurant at the nearby Matamar Hotel adds to the charm. The sunsets are beautiful and the beach is a very short walk from the condo.

Great view and location

We have stayed at this property multiple times. It has the perfect location and a fabulous view. It is well appointed and has two full bathrooms. It is so easy to just forget about everything. Saw a mama and baby whale breaching and playing on our last morning. Only a a couple of hundred yards off the beach. Awesome!

3rd Stay

We always appreciate this place and plan to stay here next year. There was a hiccup this year with the checkin process as whatever automated email service you use sent us the request for checkin info 6 months early instead of a few weeks before like in previous years. Also, we didn't receive any instructions about check out this year and I had to contact vs whatsapp to make sure they were fine with keeping the place unlocked with keys in it - previous years, we saw the manager and handed him the keys. I'm hoping that by next year the owner can replace a the cups and glasses as the cups are all chipped and only one glass left. We bought our own cups from the store because I can't drink on cups with chips on them. All minor I know.. I did love that they had the grocery service and that was a great asset to our stay. (If you deduct the 35 grocery fee next year, I will be happy to provide the unit with a few glasses and cups. -:)

Our Second Visit

Our last stay here was in 2017 as we've traveled with a larger group during our last several visits to Puerto Vallarta. I'm happy to report that the property was just as wonderful as we remembered. The location (proximity to the beach and fantastic restaurants) and the pool make this one of our favorite spots. My only critique, if I'm being nit-picky is the lighting in the bathrooms (overhead and flourecent?), but in our experience, is fairly common in Mexico. We absolutely would stay again when we're not coming down with/ staying with a larger group. A

Amazing Week

This was our second time staying in this condo. The description online is extremely accurate. The property manager is very easy to work with and responds very quickly. The views from the condo are absolutely breathtaking. The rooftop pool is quiet and the views are fantastic. Everyone we met on the property was very nice and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful apartment with the most amazing views!

We loved the property, exactly as was advertised. In a great location with wonderful views of the ocean. The highlight, the sunsets and the whales..it was just perfect. The owner is a lovely guy and was extremely communicative. A lovely stay.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views

We have stayed at this property for the last four years and really find it to be our home away from home. The location is perfect, the building is boutique and very quiet. The unit is spacious and the 2nd full bathroom is a real plus. The kitchen is fully equipped. The rooftop area is very nice with a wonderful pool/hot tub & grill/dining area overlooking the ocean. The gym is also well equipped. Blair and his property manager Moises are both very nice to work with and also very responsive. We highly recommend this property and look forward to going back.

Beginning in 2003, it had been a dream to buy property in Vallarta and spend relaxing vacations there. This little paradise evokes the wonderful feelings I had visiting tropical places as a child, like Guaymas, Mexico, and later the same feelings I had while living in the tropics of the Philippines and Hawaii.

There is something magical about Vallarta that draws you into the town, its culture, the people. But it is thoughts of warm sun, ocean breezes, lively beaches, great food and margaritas, and the hospitality of this charming city that has me and so many others returning year after year.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I first visited Amapas 353 during its construction phase in November, 2012. The model unit was open and friends and I walked through that unit - admired the attention to detail in the construction of the building and unit, then saw the incredible view and fell in love. My friends actually bought a unit in the building that trip, but I hesitated. In June 2016, I finally have my own place in paradise and happy to own that same model unit that I walked into years ago.

Guests enjoy the property in part because Amapas 353 is within walking distance of an incredible variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Los Muertos Beach is known for beach clubs, some with pools, DJs, and others with music groups playing songs for young (and old) travelers. The atmosphere is lively and you are guaranteed to have a memorable experience! The Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta or Old Town Vallarta is a famous “people watching” location day or night. And in addition to bars and restaurants, you can also look forward to the galleries that have become a trendy stop while visiting Puerto Vallarta.

*Gym has state of the art equipment and great for such a small building.
*Step out onto the cobblestone street and walk down 90 steps to the beach, or down the street and down a little hill (Vallarta has many - so bring walking shoes!) and find yourself in heart of the Romantica zone within 5-7 minutes.
*Taxis are everywhere, and buses are plentiful and cheap. Uber is also available.
*Restaurants, bars, shops all very close.

*Romantica zone is not always quiet - it is the hip and trendy area of Vallarta. In Amapas 353 you will hear the crashing sounds of waves from the beach, and you may hear noises from music on the beach or two night clubs in the area (no music usually after 11pm), from construction, or from the highway that runs along the east side of the building.

*The views and closeness to the beach make this building one of the best in Amapas! You won't be disappointed.
