Situé au deuxième étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble du début du '900, l'appartament peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes. L’appartement se compose d’une agréable salle à manger avec kitchenette entièrement équipée, lumineux 4 chambres à coucher, une avec salle de bains et une chambre à deux lits. Il existe 2 autres salles de bains. La décoration est moderne et chic et à l’intérieur il dégage une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. L’appartement est entièrement climatisé et équipé d’une connexion Wi Fi.

We found charming breakfast places, bakeries and shopping right around the corner. The location was perfect for us; close to the Vatican and within minutes of public transportation to reach more distant destinations.

What a lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood in Rome., and convenient to the metro. The apartment itself was fabulous. spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great beds and well appointed too. Only thing missing was a living room, but we played cards in the kitchen and worked out great.

A perfect home base for a large group! We had 8 people and never felt cramped. The neighborhood felt very safe and residential, yet we were just a short walk from the Vatican and the Metro. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The management team was excellent and always quick to respond to our questions. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for space and convenience in Rome.

After spending a week traveling through Italy, this was a wonderful oasis to spend Easter weekend at. The home was beautifully appointed, the beds were soft and inviting, and the home was perfectly located near Vatican City, without being in the middle of the crowds.It is a short walk to the Metro, which enabled us to pop over to the center of Rome for sightseeing.There were 5 of us (our 3 daughters and us). Everyone had their own space, and the incredible benefit of 3 bathrooms was huge.I highly recommend this home for a family or even 2 couples with children. We would definitely consider returning.

Wonderful location! There’s a church about 20 steps from the front door, a beautiful strolling area for shopping & dining just a few minutes away. Perfect jumping point for further travels: easy walk to Vatican City & metro and bus stations for further travels.

The apartment is much bigger and brighter than expected from the photos. The check in process was excellent and Filippo made sure we knew all we needed to know before he left.The rooms are clean and having the three washrooms was a godsend for our five guests.It is extremely close to a decent shopping street (Ottaviano) and Metro Station (Ottaviano) and perfect walking distance to activities at the Vatican.The hosts kept a great line of communication leading up to the trip. I would rent this place again in the future.Just a tip - if you a big TV watching person on your vacation, the living room/kitchen is more for socializing than relaxing... that is what the huge bedrooms are for. This place has excellent separation for "Me Time" after a long day exploring the sites.

The location is excellent. Close to metro, Vatican and lots of great restaurants. Lovely accommodations as well. Nicely furnished and air conditioned. There is an elevator for reaching the unit and there are minimal steps once inside. Great place. Also there is the opportunity to arrange transport to/from the airport at a reasonable price. Would recommend and hope to have the opportunity to stay again.
