La maison, entiÚrement rénovée de novembre à décembre 2016, est trÚs spacieuse et confortable, idéale pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis. Ce magnifique appartement, situé au cinquiÚme étage d'un immeuble du sixiÚme étage, avec ascenseur, a une superficie de 200 mÚtres carrés et se compose d'un hall spacieux avec une grande armoire, d'un salon avec table à manger et d'un nouveau canapé-lit gigogne confortable ( 2 couchages), cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec table à manger, quatre grandes chambres, 3 salles de bains avec douche ou un bain à remous / douche combiné. Les chambres sont les suivantes:
1) la chambre une a un lit queen et un lit simple (3 couchages);
2) la chambre deux a un lit queen size (2 couchages) et une salle de bain avec douche;
3) la chambre trois a un lit queen (2 couchages);
4) la chambre quatre est un jumeau (2 couchages).
Toutes les chambres ont TV LCD et grands placards.
Toutes les chambres sont Ă©clairĂ©es par de grandes fenĂȘtres et prĂ©sentent de hauts plafonds, caractĂ©ristiques des anciens bĂątiments romains. Les meubles sont neufs et la maison est unique, avec une vue magnifique sur S. Église Peter et trĂšs calme. Climatisation, chauffage central, accĂšs internet wifi gratuit (trĂšs rapide sur fibre optique), eau chaude continue, 5 TV LCD, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, coffre-fort, four, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, cafetiĂšre.
L'appartement est situé dans un bel immeuble avec entrée par la Via della Stazione di San Pietro.
L'emplacement de la maison est fantastique: quelques minutes à pied jusqu'à S. Peter Church et S. Peter Rail Station avec des trains toutes les 10-15 minutes pour Roma Trastevere, Roma Ostiense, Roma Termini, Roma Tiburtina, etc. Le bus 64 pour Piazza Venezia (Colisée) est à cÎté du bùtiment. Commerces, cafés, restaurants, Green Groucery (ouvert 24h) Pùtissiers trÚs proches également. Station de taxi à seulement 1 minute à pied du bùtiment.

This place worked out perfectly for the 9 of us! We all had our own rooms and felt right at home. Never felt crammed in the space and worked out great being close to the train for us to head to Civitavecchia Port. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This was a great place for our family of 6. The washer and dryer were very useful. The separate kitchen and living room areas were spaces we could all be together. The host was very helpful during check in and was responsive throughout our stay. Great location!

Spacious stay close to the Vatican

Location was clean and spacious with a super market close by for food and drink. Walking distance to most attractions and close to public transit. Laundry on site works well, needed to hang dry most items.

Appartement conforme Ă  la description, spacieux, confortable et fonctionnel. Emplacement Ă  deux pas de la place Saint Pierre permet de nombreuses visites Ă  pied. ArrĂȘt de bus Ă  150m Ă©galement trĂšs pratique. Maurizio ou ses collaborateurs rĂ©pondent rapidement et peuvent organiser les transferts de ou vers l'aĂ©roport et autres facilitĂ©s. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour.

Disappointed- I would not recommend staying here

Well, let me start by saying. I read most of the reviews before booking and thought this place will still work for our family. I knew there would be very little toilet paper provided for the amount of ppl, small plumbing issues, one towel per guest, a lift that only allows 3 ppl at a time. Five flights of stairs if you didn't want to wait on the lift and we're close to the market to buy extra toilet paper and detergent to wash towels. Transportation and the check in process was fine and Allan was great with making sure we were comfortable. We arrived a little earlier before the cleaning service but they did a great job cleaning up from previous guest that just checked out. The disappointment is the toilets not flushing. During our entire stay we had to fetch buckets of water to flush the toilets which was so embarrassing for us. We did report it to Allan, not his fault but he had to do the same thing which was even more embarrassing. Some of us found other places to go during our tour of Rome. We never heard from the owner Maurizio. He suggested to Allan that we take a pic of the problem and forwarded to him when Allan was there and seen it with his own eyes. Loud construction, the front door handle fell off but we we figured it out and reattached the knob, One of the TV was not working. It was a cable issue and Allan resolved it. The air filters need changing. We left a day early. Overpriced with cheap upgrades. We would've been better off & cheaper staying in a hotel.

Incredible Apartment

I had stayed in Rome on two previous occasions and was expecting a smaller apartment. This apartment exceeded my expectations. It was not only large enough to hold my family of 10, but it was clean and had all the amenities you would need. We were greeted by Alan and he provided an overview of the apartment as well as had a bottle of wine waiting for us. It is located just a few minutes walk from St. Peter's Square which made for unbelievable views while walking. The only minor issue was the washer and dryer. You cannot fit much in them and it takes a while to dry the clothes. But this did not take away from the stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone travelling with a large group of people.

Highly recommend

We had a great stay. Alan was there at check in and even contacted us before to let us know what to expect. The location is walking distance to the Vatican and many restaurants. Short walk to buses to Pantheon, Coliseum and other attractions. The apartment was spotless and had all amenities described. We would definitely recommend!

4 night stay close to Vatican City

Property was in a very safe area a short walk from markets, restaurants and Vatican City. Communication with manager was outstanding and responsive. Complex had a lift that makes luggage and steps minimal effort. Great for families and multiple couples as we had 4 BR’s large living and kitchen space as well.

Fabulous Stay!

Family of 6 loved this apartment for a vacation in Rome! It was spacious, well stocked and extremely comfortable for all of us. Couldn’t ask for a better location. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back and recommend to others. Allan was wonderful to work with ar check in and very accommodating!

Great Apartment - Highly Recomend

We had 8 travelers, and this apartment had plenty of space. Spacious bedrooms, newer, upgraded kitchen and baths. Lots of very good, reasonable restaurants within a couple blocks, public transportation very near by. The manager and host were great, even after i locked our passports in the safe and lost the key. Host also arranged for our transportation from the airport, which was great1 Would stay here again and highly recoment.

Amazing apartment

We loved the romance and comfort of this apartment. Everything was as advertised. The beds were comfortable; showers were warm. Neighborhood was charming and very close to train, bus, Vatican. Shoppes in area had pastries and coffees and nice restaurants were close. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place

This was a perfect location for what we were looking for. The apartment was a two min walk from the train station which made life easy. Ilaria was great to work with. She was able to switch our reservation with no hassle at all. Ilaria was also quick to respond to any questions that we had. Allan checked us in and was very thorough on showing us everything in the apartment. I would highly recommend this place. If I ever make it to Rome again this will be my first booking.

This location was perfect for us. It was around the corner from the train and a taxi stand, close to shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and we were greeted right when we arrived. It was a very enjoyable stay.
