This spot is a little piece of heaven. We were so comfortable and enjoyed our stay a great deal. The stairs are a lot so be prepared but the apartment is totally worth the climb.

A very nice, roomy apartment, in a convenient and bustling part of Paris (a metro station, shops, and cafes are close by). Clean and beautifully decorated. As a family of 4 for a week, more soap and toilet paper would've been nice, but we'd stay here again, without hesitation.

The host provided all of the necessary information I required to book the property and for my family to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Paris. The property is a short Metro ride to various Paris sights of interest and a short walk to numerous cafes and restaurants.

The property is a beautiful blend of modern and Parisian charm. It is very spacious with everything you need for a perfect getaway in Paris. It is well located with lots of attractions, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place!

The property was as described. There is no air conditioning, but windows can be opened and fans were provided. The shower has a hand-held sprayer and that makes showering odd for anyone used to a wall mounted shower head. The neighborhood has a lot of graffiti and can be untidy, though we didn’t feel unsafe. Check Google Maps for street views before you book!

This apartment is beautiful. So spacious and light, overlooking both the bustling street as well as a charming interior courtyard. But the apartment itself is brimming with lived-in charm. We felt like we were getting to stay in the very nice apartment of French friends with excellent taste. As another reviewer said, it felt like we were living like real Parisians! I actually loved the long walk up the creaky winding stairs. The apartment was way more space than just my wife and I needed but we were so glad to have the room to stretch out and relax, and enjoy breakfast or read in a different room while the other person was sleeping. We were happy that we stayed here instead of some of the tiny boutique hotel rooms we were eyeing that were more expensive. We enjoyed walking to the strousburg by taking the scenic route crossing street and walking down the winding brick street past Hotel Providence. We hope to be back sooner than later!

I struggled with this review. Plenty of good, couple of bad, one glaringly bad. : Clean unit, accurate listing (said up front no elevator, no AC, and 4th floor unit), the apartment was charming, location very good (a block or two away from some really nice stuff, but graffiti on the buildings outside), and the mgmt company was responsive and attentive. -: I mentioned that there was no AC, and that was included in the listing. Totally fair. We knew it, and rolled the dice a little for a May visit (avg. highs 72 degrees). Unfortunately for us, Paris had an epic heatwave (92-95 during the day) that lasted our entire stay. The week before our trip, I messaged to see if it were possible to acquire some sort of AC unit - noted that I was traveling with my wife and 19mo daughter. We were leaving the US Monday morning, they told me Friday they had talked with the owners about them buying an AC unit and, while no decision, it seemed they were leaning towards it. I did not learn until we landed in Paris Tuesday morning that the owners decided against it. That's my biggest issue - left me NO time to find an alternative. French Open in Paris, many hotels booked, so we had to sleep in 85 degree heat (not a joke). On me for not renting a place with AC, on them for abysmal communication. Additionally: the front door is like a bank vault door and does not close well at all; master bed has broken slats, resulting in a concave mattress.

L'appartamento è confortevole ma non è dotato di due bagni come da descrizione. Il riscaldamento non riesce a riscaldare bene gli ambienti.Le dotazioni sono sufficienti.L'appartamento è al quarto piano senza ascensore e con gradini stretti e ripidi.

Die Lage ist perfekt, Mehrere Metro Stationen fußläufig. Wohnung sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die 4 Treppen (4.Etage) haben wir als Sport gesehen!Wir konnten viele Sachen zu Fuß machen. Wir haben uns ein bisschen wie "echte" Franzosen gefühlt. Ein rundum sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Parisian Apartment

Lovely stay in this very spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. The location was good as far as walking to various places with restaurants, bars and mini markets. The traffic on the main street in front of the apartment building was 3 lanes on non-stop traffic from early hours of the morning until late at night, so quite noisy if you have the windows open. We drove to Paris and were told by the property manager there would be spaces in front of the building to unload and load the car which turned out to be false. The front of the building is a very wide sidewalk without access to vehicles. We had to park in a parking garage about 500 meters away (which we had reserved beforehand) and carry our luggage through busy streets. When we got to the apartment, a young lady was there to meet us with the keys and proceed to climb 4 flights of very old wooden slippery winding stairs with no elevator. Despite this, we had a lovely time.
