Deux chambres à coucher avec salles de bain complètes. Ce condo situé au 2ème étage est situé dans le complexe tranquille Gulf Watch 32 avec piscine communautaire chauffée et solarium. plan d'étage ouvert avec grande salle. A une cuisine complète, lave-vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse unité. Télévision par câble, 42 "TV HD, DVD et Internet sans fil. Dedicated espace de bureau à domicile. accès à la plage privée. A la partie la plus étroite de l'île sur une impasse calme, il n'y a rien entre le complexe et les eaux cristallines de la fois le golfe du Mexique et de la voie navigable Intercoastal. marche pratique de nombreux restaurants et boutiques dans le quartier historique de Bridge Street. Environ 1200 pieds carrés plus projetés en balcon. Deux places de stationnement réservée couvert directement sous l'unité. Semaine minimum.

Le condo est idéalement situé pour les courtes promenades panoramiques grâce à Anna Maria Island, Long Boat Key et St Cercle Armand de Sarasota. Si vous préférez laisser le volant à quelqu'un d'autre, un service de tram gratuit toutes les 20 minutes à partir de 6h30 jusqu'à 22h30 passe par l'arrêt complexe à toutes les principales attractions Anna Maria Island.


Anna Maria Island est une île barrière tropicale miles sept et demi de long. Il est blanc et fin des plages de sable de sucre sont ouverts au public avec un accès pratique, presque à la fin de chaque bloc, le long de toute l'île. Elle est l'une des plus belles plages des États-Unis. Great stay

Unit was just as advertised. It’s a perfect location to the private beach and to many restaurants. Great communication with the property manager when we needed help with something. Have stayed here before and will continue to stay here:)

All the extras that were provided made this vacation perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. If I may make one suggestion… Please put “Building D” on the address. We arrived at night, our parking spot was hard to find in the dark.

32nd wedding anniversary annual vacation

Wonderful decor, comfortable couches and mattresses; firm as I like them. Close walk to Bridge Street for entertainment and shopping. Across main road from beach and driving distance to Lido and siesta key beaches. Thank you for all the beach chairs, I left behind the beach umbrella I bought for the other guests to use on their trip.

Home away from home

This property is so convenient. So close to everything we needed and wanted. This unit has anything you could need for the beach....don’t bring a thing but your bike or kayak if you have one! We will be back!

Great arrangement of rooms. So many things for the beach were available, from beach chairs to towels and toys. Since we flew in, these were much appreciated. Well stocked kitchen. A couple of problems were quickly addressed.

Great condo

Perfect condo and perfect location! We have been saying at Gulf Watch for 17 years. We have stayed in this unit for the past three years. As long as this unit is available each year, this will be our new unit we book :-) We love that it is on the first floor. It is the perfect location for walking to many restaurants, to grab morning coffee on Bridge Street, walking the private beach, or shopping. The unit looks just like the pictures. It was very easy to get ahold of someone if we had a question about something. Definitely recommend it.

Christmas Stay

Overall we liked the accommodations. I would have assumed there would have been some toilet paper and a roll of paper towels to start, but it was the end of the roll for both bathrooms and 2 paper towels left on the roll. The place overall was well stocked with dishes, cooking items and extras if we needed light bulbs, batteries, etc. The folks who checked in above us after Christmas we very loud and we could hear them running across the floors at all hours. Not sure I would rent here again, but great location.

I was slightly frustrated that the thermostat was set to 74 degrees and we weren’t able to adjust it any lower specific to our comfort level.

Loved the area and everything about Anna Maria!!

Water pressure was terrible at sinks in bathrooms only… showers and kitchen sink was great. Every time we touched the blinds to open them and let sunlight in they would fall apart… we tried putting them back on but more would come down so we just left them alone. There were already a few in floor when we arrived… so we left them. The TV!!!!! Very hard to figure out channels and remotes. Cable was out ALOT… but it did storm a couple days. Netflix never worko. We could most definitely manage with these few things and had a great vacation! Just wanted to let u know the things we felt could be improved!!! Thanks for allowing us to stay and we will be back!!!

Cute place

Termites, clogged drain, tv's in bedrooms didn't work. Wasted a day while termites were sprayed, daily dead termites cleaning, wasted a day for tv updates. Management company blocked my phone # so I couldn't call them about all the issues. Cute place, but neglected.

I have rented this property several times over the years, we drive all the way from Ohio and it is always worth it, great place to stay with great views and clise to everything.

Solid option but a bit over-priced

Any non-five star review is often interpreted as bad, but that's not what I mean with this rating. This condo is solid, just not amazing and we expected a bit more for the price we paid. Pros: size of the condo (it could easily fit a family of 5 or two adult couples), ease of parking, amenities in the condo (washer/dryer, WiFi, dishwasher, large fridge, beach equipment, towels/linens), proximity to some shops and restaurants including the main pier. Cons: this was our first vacation rental from a company as opposed to an individual and the experience felt impersonal. The place also could use a little love / maintenance (i.e. the fan is missing a blade). As an example of the corporate feel, the place was only stocked with one toilet paper roll per bathroom for the required week stay. There was also the smallest shampoo bottle and soap I've ever seen. The owners should upgrade their tvs to smart versions so guests can access programs like NetFlix (a big help with kids). There is a pool in the complex but it's tiny and does not have a hot tub. The beach isn't too far (roughly 150 yards) but you have to cross the main road of the island to get there without a close crosswalk. The bathrooms are very basic, more of what you might find at a motel. Be careful as checkout is at 10am, although they did extend it for us by an hour. In conclusion, the place is fine but we were expecting more for how much we paid.

Truly PARADISE away from home!

Our 10 day stay was fantastic! The property was just as it was described. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean and spacious. The shared pool was quiet and hardly ever had more than a couple people in it. The beach across the street from the condo was great and just a few steps away. We will stay here again!
