Great home! We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The listing was completely accurate, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware, and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent; they responded quickly when we experienced an issue with a blown fuse. We'd definitely recommend this property to others

Such a fabulous time! The host was so kind. We attended the Gilmore Girls event in Brighton and had just as much fun staying at the house as the event. Comfortable and welcoming. The host even put out Gilmore Girl napkins and coasters! Ample room, everything worked as it should. Not a single complaint! So kind. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful place for our family to gather. We had two families with 10 people. There were 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Everyone enjoyed the time on the water and sitting in the deck enjoying the views.

We had an amazing week at Dottie’s Lakeside. It fit our family of 11 perfectly. The grandchildren enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks and swimming in the shallow water by the dock. The beautiful view, deck and all the nature in the area makes your lake house one of our favorites. Hoping to come again. Thanks for all the memories.

Always amazing staying here. This was our 3rd stay. The home suits our needs perfectly. The fishing from the dock is great. We stayed over the 4th of July and even got to enjoy the neighbors firework show.

Family friendly

The host was extremely fast at responding if I had a question. The kids loved the water fun. They especially enjoyed the paddle boards. They entertained themselves for hours. There were just a ton of fun toys. Although there were a lot of homes and seemingly were close, the trees made it feel very secluded.

Family reunion

The house was superb for our family reunion with activities for all ages. Very clean and modern. Great location on the lake. Two kitchens made it perfect for family meals for large group. Host was quick to respond and pleasant. We plan on renting this house again. Short drive to Brighton which has restaurants and all you need.

Coming Home

We traveled back to the Howell/Brighton area to catch up w/ friends and family. The house was plenty big. Description of the property was more than accurate. Plenty of life jackets. Our sons used the kayaks and paddle boards. The house was clean. Extremely comfortable. Perfect for our group!

Fantastic lake house

My family was coming out for a Michigan Football game and wanted to enjoy the rest of the weekend at a lake house and this place fit the bill perfectly. Great location, lots of room plenty of amenities and a beautiful lake. If we come back around the area we would consider staying again.

Fantastic Lake Getaway!

We stayed the weekend for a family wedding in Ann Arbor and it was really a wonderful spot! The host was very responsive, the house was clean, and the lake was a blast. The only thing I did note is the AC unit services all three floors which means the lower level is cold, the middle is great, and the upper is a bit warm! We would stay again.

Beautiful Home on a scenic lake

Very nice home that is close to everything. 10 minute drive to lots of activities, and 20 minute drive to 3 different major cities. Home was everything it showed in the listing.

Beautiful home and views

It's the perfect vacation rental. We no longer live in Brighton, but come back once a year to visit friends and family. There's plenty of space for my family and ideal for guests to stop by and visit during our stay. The backyard is huge, fishing is great, a nice little beach, and the neighbors were very friendly. The views are beautiful. We will definitely be coming back next summer!
