Great place/location

great place we all loved - great space we had 6 adults and two children (3yo/11mos) and it was spacious for us - can’t beat the location feet from beach and bay, minutes from shops, restaurants and entertainment ..easy check in and check out. Great communication with host - Hoping to stay in the future.

Perfect neighborhood

Terrific, fantastic neighborhood half a block away from a little park and bay beach. Only half a block away from the ocean no traffic lots of locals the home has everything you would need. It’s just on the older side. Would be great with new counters / appliances. plenty of parking. Owner on top of things with sending messages. only complaint is the washing machine is the loudest washing machine I’ve ever heard. It was impossible to have the kids napping in the house when it was running or running it at night.

Wonderful beach house

Had a wonderful stay at this beach house. House was on the south end of the island which was less congested. It was a short walk to the beach and the bay which also had a small playground, ideal for my two grandsons. Interior was nice and there was an outdoor eating area in the backyard. Will stay there again.

Great Location

This cute little home is located in the middle of the block. Neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. It's a only a few steps away from the bay and beach. Can't beat the location.

LBI Vacation

Great location on a quiet street in LBI. Good amount of space, great accommodations and super close to the beach. We would definitely come back.

nice get away

just as advertised. nice home a few steps from the beach. we spent most of the day on the beach so why spend crazy money for a rental house when this house has everything you need.

Great house for a family of four

We enjoyed our stay here, it was great place for our two young kids with close access to both the beach and the playground/ bay beach. The biggest challenge which has nothing to do with the rental was the greenhorn flies. They were a nuisance.

Short relaxing get-away

House was roomy, clean and comfortable. Great outdoor area for grilling and eating. House was short distance to beach and even shorter to bay. Only 2 of us so 1 bathrm not an issue but could be if larger family. Jamie (owner) delight to work with, immediate response to any questions. Easy peasy check-in. Holgate very quiet area but was no problem for us just getting away for beach and relaxation. Definitely would rent again. Thanks Jamie.

The only thing that I had issues with was no afternoon sun and 1 bathroom. 🤔 With 3 women could be a issue.

Nice home close to the beach

This is a nice place to stay perfect for our family of four. It is just a half block to the beach. Holgate is a quiet area of the Island with less crowded beaches but still close to Beach Haven restaurants, shopping and Fantasy Island. The house was clean and seemed well taken car of overall. Also, as a single family home, there are no other tenants sharing the property during our stay which is a plus.

Mold?

We could not stay long due to moisture or mold under the house and the vents. Couldn’t stop coughing, sneezing and wheezing. We came back home Sunday night due to street flooding, Tuesday night we went back home again and came back Thursday and left early Friday morning after cleaning and wiping everything down. Although very nice location.

Great Place! Perfect Location.

We had an amazing week-long trip here. It is the perfect location, right between the bay and the beach. It was very clean and well decorated. We look forward to staying there again. **You will have to bring your own soaps/garbage bags/sheets/etc.

Outstanding stay

This is our third year at 11 Joan and we have an excellent experience every year. This year we had an issue with a key and I contacted the owner who was available and immediately fixed the problem over the phone. Each year we see new improvements to the house, this year was a new shower. The house is clean and well maintained.
